Chirurginio profilio slaugytojų darbo motyvacijos veiksniai / Motivation factors of surgical profile nurses work

The aim of the study – investigate the motivation factors of surgical profile nurses work. The objectives of the study: 1. To investigate of satisfaction with work, to identify the motivation positive factors, emotional exhaustion of nurses, which are working in the surgical profile departments and operating-theaters. 2. To investigate negative factors (emotional exhaustion, salary, nursing load). 3. To give the offers for the main problems solutions. Hypothesis – the nurses motivation, which are working in the operating-theaters or surgical profile departments, is the same. Methodology: Investigative – nurses, which are working in Kaunas University of Medicine clinic, departments of orthopedics and traumatology, neurosurgery, childrens surgery in the operating-theaters and departments. Investigation method – Questionnaire-based inquiry, emotional scale. Statistical analysis has been made by Microsoft Excel 2003 program. The obtained findings were processed using SPSS for Windows 12.0 statistical software package. The results and conclusions of the study: 70% of all nurses are satisfied with theirs job, ‘cause they are „responsible for what they��re doing“. The bigger pay could induce to work better even 82,5% of nurses. Almost for the half of nurses, working in the departments, the motivation for better work could be financial support-awards; for the third of operating-theaters nurses – the compliments of the heads. Le manque des connaissances, de la dimension morale et des acquis professionnels force le travailleur social se défier de ses efforts et de la qualité de la formation professionnelle. Donc, on a pour le but le dévoilement des particularités d‘activité professionnelle du travailleur social tant que l‘analyse des inconformités de la formation et des besoins professionnels. Pour parvenir au but on doit baser théoriquement le fond de l‘activité professionnelle du travail social, examiner la compétence professionnelle en aspect théorique et pratique et faire des études approfondies des rapports entre la formation professionnelle et les besoins pratiques du travailleur social.

The present master paper investigates the challenges which are met while trying to implement the provisions of the directives on professional qualifications into national law. Despite the fact that the directives regulating the recognition of professional qualifications have already been implemented into the national law of the Republic of Lithuania after the new European Parliament and Council directive 2005/36/EC codifying all the existed directives on the recognition of professional qualifications, has been adopted, the competent authorities face new challenges trying to implement the provisions of new directives. Due to this fact, several stages of the implementation of the directives of European Union are distinguished.: the obligations Lithuania had to fulfil before the accession to EU and after the new Directive 2005/36/EC was adopted. The main objective of this paper is to analyse problematical issues regarding the transposition of directives on recognition of regulated professional qualifications into national law. The attempt was made to disclose the main features of the systems regarding recognition of regulated professional qualifications. A great deal of attention is alloted to the analysis of the process of recognition, the presumptions and the development of General system of recognition and Sectoral directives.
