Zujienė, Neringa 05 July 2006 (has links)
Professional development of a man in a social content is like a process that lasts all his life. There are tasks that are solved in a primary level. Pupils of this educational level project themselves in a distance perspective and they have professional expectations. A professional expectation is a very important parameter of a social maturity. The content of professional expectation depends on mentality, experience and politeness. Mokyklos nelankančių paauglių profesiniai lūkesčiai / Professional expectations of teenagers who do not attend school

Kovalevska, Olga 24 September 2008 (has links)
This master ̀s work consists of two parts: the analysis of scientific literature (problem analysis) and the respondents ̀ survery. The theme of the work is „Professional Expectations of Teenagers Who do not Attend School“. The work examines those teenagers absence from school who belong to a risky group, the consequences of the absence, professional preparation (profile choise, seriousness in making choise of their future profession), students̀ information and consultation, and their profesional expectations. It was made clear that constant evaluation and data collection about every teenager of a risky group helps to ascertain what inward and outward reasons have influence on school attendance. The results of the survery show that students̀ knowledge about the choise of their future professions should become deeper. They have to know where they can get such information and who must provide them with it in order the students could evaluate their possibilities and decide about their future vision in time. It was found out that there is lack of information about the main themes concerning professional preparation of the students. Therefore, it is thought that teachers who pay more attention to rising their pedagogical competence should improve the possibilities of making the students̀ profesional decisions at secondary schools. Well – considered extra –... [to full text]
