In the form of a qualitative meta-analysis, 27 productions related to the impacts of Pibid were treated through Discursive Textual Analysis (ATD), between theses, dissertations, articles in periodicals and complete works in annals of events in the area of Chemistry Teaching, published in the period 2010-2015, encompassing the five regions of the national territory. The papers were previously selected according to their content, aiming to answer the research question of this investigation: What are the contributions of Pibid to the initial training of chemistry teachers in Brazil, present in academic productions in the period 2010-2015? The results obtained, by the analysis carried out, show actual contributions of the Pibid to initial teacher training in Chemistry, but also, they indicate impacts on the continuous training of supervisors and coordinators. Also, the contributions of the actions within the scope of the Pibid contemplated the Institutions of Higher Education through its courses of degree in Chemistry and the partner schools and their agents. It was possible to identify, also, situations problems to be overcome. Considering all these contributions, it was evident that the Pibid achieves the objectives set forth in the legal documents, and their actions are effective to improve: the initial teacher education in Chemistry; the curricular organization of Chemistry undergraduate courses; the teaching practices of supervising teachers; the teaching of Chemistry in partner public schools; the valuation of the teaching profession. The Pibid motivates graduates to follow the teaching career in Public Basic Education, overcoming the problems present in this profession. On the other hand, the Pibid, as a public policy, can not be seen as a solution to the complex problems of teacher training in the Brazilian educational context, because it does not meet all the subjects of this system.

This article aims to investigate the professional identity of the teachers of the Education of Young and Adults (EJA) at Ferreira Itajub? Municipal School, in Natal, the capital of Rio Grande do Norte. Through this research it is possible to comprehend the repercussion of teachers? immersion in the EJA modality, the professional qualification, based on identity concepts (GIDDENS, 2002; HALL, 2011; 2014; CASTELLS, 2008; BAUMAN, 2013) and teaching (TARDIF; LESSARD, 2012; ARROYO, 2000, 2006; PERRENOUD, 1997). All the data was analysed by the methodology of the comprehensive interview. The data was collected by asking semi-open questions to the teachers who worked in the 3rd and 4th levels of this modality in this school. The content analysis (BOGDAN; BIKLEN, 1994; BARDIN, 2011) ranked data in seven topics: formation, which is related to the graduation choice; why to be a teacher, which analyzes the reasons that led to the teaching career; arrival at EJA, which reveals how teachers got into this modality; to be an EJA teacher, which search the meanings of the teachers in the profession; idea about EJA, which is related to how teachers see this modality, EJA dream, related to a modality idealized by the teachers; and the EJA student, which shows teachers and students relationship. The issues were addressed in two analysis categories: teaching admission and EJA insertion. In the end of the study, these categories showed the conflict between personal and professional spheres experienced by the teachers, revealing that EJA insertion has contributed to a social role unveiling as educator and reassert the identity as a teacher.

Its object of analysis is within the scope of the intellectual, social and professional trajectories of female students who have become teachers or techniques in education, belonging to the civil service of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, and that during the decades of 1920 to , produced and disseminated their ideas through the practices of writing - textual production. It seeks to analyze the intellectual trajectory of these female students/teachers/techniques in education through three approaches: their effective participation in the educational renewal movement, in the intellectual production resulting from the educational debate and in the circulation of their ideas through publication of printed matter. The influence of the New School, the state organization, the educational administrative apparatus and the nationalization policy of education were present in the educational renewal movement. The female students/teachers/education techniques studied here were involved in four public institutions linked to Education: the ?Secretaria de Educa??o e Sa?de P?blica? (SESP/RS), the ?Centro de Pesquisas e Orienta??o Educacionais? (CPOE/RS), ?Escola Complementar/Normal/Instituto de Educa??o de Porto Alegre? and the ?Centro Regional de Pesquisas Educacionais/RS? (CRPE/RS). Institutions that authorized a type of writing: that of teachers for teachers and students for students. The analysis of the intellectual trajectory of the student-teachers through her writings is therefore, through the education and teaching press present in the ?Revista O Estudo?, in the ?Revista do Ensino/RS?, in the ?Revista Cacique?, in the ?Boletins do CPOE/RS? and ?Boletins do CRPE/RS?. Intellectual production of female students/teachers/techniques in education, especially aimed at pedagogical activities and theoretical-methodological orientations. The construction of the biographical narrative of this work was organized from the prosopographic method of the initial formation of the female students/teachers/techniques in education constituted by the passage in the Escola Complementar/Normal/Instituto de Educa??o de Porto Alegre; By the professional performance - teacher and technical in education and other positions in state organs, in schools, universities, among others; Continuing education in undergraduate courses; And by the publication of his writings. From school education, one can see that even with the rigidity of an education and instruction aimed specifically at the female audience, women through the ?Escola Normal? had the opportunity to obtain, in some aspects and moments, what they thought Be denied and opened up professional horizons and new contacts with other realities. The ?Escola Normal?, contradictorily, was an institution that helped to construct an imaginary of primary teacher oriented to the profession and, at the same time, was propulsive by other behaviors on the part of the women: ?the desire to know more, the professional aspiration, the leadership?, represented by the volume of intellectual production of the teachers/techniques in education that circulated in the specialized press. Like the other institutions that produced and consolidated a ?certain educational expertise?, focused on the production of knowledge about childhood and the organization and control of the school system.

For that, it describes and analyses the historical course of three Syndicates representatives of the teachers category Associa??o dos Professores Licenciados da Bahia APLB; Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educa??o de Pernambuco SINTEPE; Sindicato dos Servidores Municipais de Petrolina SINDSEMP acting in the micro-region of the San Francisco Valley, especially, in the municipalities of Juazeiro Bahia , and of Petrolina Pernambuco. It concentrates its interests on the contribution of the Syndicates for the professional development of these teachers in this region analysing the aspects related to emerging conflicts into the Syndical organization, to the attitude of these entities before the educational reality to their reinvindicative struggles to the formative dimension of the group actions. This study tries to answer the following questions: How has this syndical movement of teachers of state school of S. Francisco Valley been characterized? How do their actions reflect in the formation and professionalization of the teachers? Do teachers recognize the syndicate as a constructive space for the teaching profession? The methodological trajectory was directed through a qualitative approach of an etnomethodological character, using instruments for the understanding of this reality, The treatment of the data was based on the interpretative analysis of the speeches present in documents and through answers of the interviwees, having as a reference in this analysis the theoretical studies about syndicalism and the teacher professionalization. For a conceptual construction of this work it was studied these two categories from their genesis, from the social historical evolution of their concepts and the up to date discussions that give explanations about the teachers syndical movement and about the process of teachers professionalization. As thesis of this study it was defended the idea of that the teachers syndicates have contributed expressively in the process of the construction of the teacher profession of the militant teachers of this in the micro-region of the S. Francisco Valley. Once the teachers participate actively in this movement promoted by the syndical entities, the teachers develop the critical sense of the educational realty; improve their formation and reinvindicate from the State this condition as a Right; fight for better conditions in the work; reinvindicate the salary valuation and, try to construct an image of teacher basing on a professional model. The contribution of the Syndicate in the process of teachers profissionalization, is more evident in its external dimension that chacterizes the profissionalism, on the related aspects: to the forms of participation in the definition and the management of the educational politics; to the political struggles for the achievements of the professional status, to the recognition and of his eventual valuation. The syndical actions have repercussions with less intensity in the inside dimension that defines the profissionality, in the related aspects: to the administratation of the pedagogical processes in schools and in the classroom; to the acquisition of branches of knowledges; to the epistemological criticism of the acquirements mobilized in the teaching; the curricular question to the mediation that make possible the learning at school and in the classroom / Esta tese examina a rela??o sindicato/profiss?o docente procurando desvelar o importante papel assumido pelo movimento sindical no processo de profissionaliza??o dos professores militantes.
