Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / O presente estudo tem como objeto de análise a direção social da ação dos assistentes sociais inseridos no projeto Agência de Famílias, que é desenvolvido pelo Banco da Providência. Por meio de nosso estudo pretendemos verificar se as ações realizadas pelos assistentes sociais em tal projeto contribuem para a reprodução da dominação capitalista meramente, uma vez que auxiliam no processo de reprodução da força de trabalho, evidenciando a promoção/legitimação da conformidade, ou se buscam a garantia dos direitos dos usuários, captando a contradição e promovendo formas e estratégias profissionais que viabilizem a resistência a tal dominação. Além disso, pretendemos perceber se pela forma inconsistente da captação das contradições inerentes à realidade social e institucional, os profissionais têm ações caracterizadas pela ambiguidade. Para tanto, foi necessário perceber a direção social da ação desse profissional, ou seja, o significado dessa ação, sua direção ético-política; se ocorre e em que medida é possível ocorrer a materialização dos atuais princípios ético-políticos do Serviço Social brasileiro no cotidiano do trabalho profissional. Isto por que, considerando o conservadorismo que nos parece caracterizar a instituição, entendemos que pode haver distinção entre os objetivos institucionais e profissionais e, que também há uma significativa tensão entre o atual Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social brasileiro e o fazer profissional, devido às novas configurações da sociedade capitalista, mediadas pela ideologia neoliberal, que se reportam cada vez mais ao (neo)conservadorismo profissional. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de entrevistas com os profissionais e, como dito, objetivou enfatizar a compreensão da direção social, do significado e das implicações do fazer profissional dos assistentes sociais inseridos no projeto Agência de Famílias. Os dados analisados também são fruto das observações de campo realizadas no espaço ocupacional dos assistentes sociais entrevistados e, também, dos documentos, fichas e relatórios institucionais. A análise é baseada nos objetivos propostos pelo estudo, tomando como referencial o materialismo histórico e dialético, elaborado por Marx. / The present study aims to analyze the social direction of the action of social workers that participate in the Families Agency project, which is developed by the Bank of Providence. Through our study we attempted to verify if the actions taken by social workers in this project merely contribute to the reproduction of capitalist domination, since they support the process of workforce reproduction, emphasizing the promotion / legitimation of compliance, or if they seek to guarantee the service users' rights, perceiving contradictions and promoting ways and professional strategies that enable the resistance to such domination. Furthermore, we sought to see if the professionals' actions were characterized by ambiguity due to the inconsistent way of perceiving the inherent contradictions to the social and institutional reality. Therefore, it was necessary to verify the social direction of this workers' action, ie, the meaning of this action, its ethical-political direction, if it occurs and to what extent is it possible the materialization of the current ethical-political principles of Brazilian Social Work in everyday professional work. This is because, considering the conservatism that seems to characterize the institution, we understand that there may be distinction between the institutional and professional goals, and there is also an expressive tension between the current Ethical-Political Project of the Brazilian Social Work and the professional activity, due to the new configurations of capitalist society that are mediated by neoliberal ideology, which is increasingly related to the professional (neo) conservatism. The research was conducted by the means of interviews with the professionals and, as said, aimed to emphasize the understanding of the social direction, the meaning and implications of the professional practice of social workers participating in the Families Agency project. The analyzed data are also the result of field observations within the occupational space of the social workers interviewed, and also of institutional documents, records and reports. The analysis is based on the objectives of the study, taking as reference the historical and dialectical materialism by Marx.

O objetivo desse estudo é refletir sobre questões pertinentes aos limites e às possibilidades que permeiam o exercício profissional de assistentes sociais comprometidos com o que se convencionou chamar, no meio profissional, de Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social brasileiro. O que, em nossa compreensão, requer considerar os impactos da intervenção profissional em relação aos diferentes projetos societários. Para a realização desse estudo, retomamos debates que consideramos centrais para pensarmos a intervenção do assistente social, enfatizando os dilemas e pretensões postos a esse profissional, partindo dos interesses burgueses que conformaram o Projeto institucional que lhe traz requisições. Buscamos pensar a tensão presente entre esse Projeto Institucional e o referido Projeto Ético-Político, considerando as relações de oposição e poder, e possíveis negociações estabelecidas entre ambos, pois, assim, pudemos mergulhar nesse universo e avaliarmos o conceito de autonomia profissional, em busca de possibilidades interventivas pertinentes à materialização (ainda que relativa) do Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social brasileiro. Para enriquecer esse debate, realizamos uma pesquisa empírica que recorreu instrumentalmente a questionários e a entrevistas. O primeiro teve a finalidade de contribuir para a escolha dos profissionais a serem entrevistados e enriquecer alguns dados de análise. A entrevista foi realizada com assistentes sociais que atuam na área da saúde, empregados pelo Estado, em processo de formação continuada e que alegaram compromisso com o referido Projeto Ético-Político Profissional. / The aim of this study is to discuss issues pertinent to the limits and possibilities that permeate professional practice of social workers committed to what is called, in a professional, Project Ethical-Political Brazilian Social Service. What, in our understanding, requires consideration of the impacts of professional intervention in relation to various corporate projects. To conduct this study, we resumed discussions that we consider central to think the intervention of a social worker, emphasizing the dilemmas and claims made in this work, starting from the bourgeois interests that shaped the institutional design that brings requests. We seek to think the present tension between this project and the Institutional Ethical-Political Project said, considering the relations of opposition and "power", and possible "negotiations" between both established because, well, we dive into this universe and evaluate the concept of professional autonomy in search of relevant interventional possibilities for realizing (albeit relative) Project Ethical-Political Brazilian Social Services. To enrich this debate, we conducted an empirical research which used instrumentally to questionnaires and interviews. The first aimed to contribute to the choice of professionals to be interviewed and enrich some data analysis. The interview was conducted with social workers who work in health care, state employees, in continuous formation process and argued that commitment to that project Ethical-Political Professional.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / O presente estudo abordou o Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social brasileiro, considerando o seu possível tensionamento no âmbito da política de assistência social, na região Centro Sul/Vale do Salgado no estado do Ceará. Portanto, através do nosso estudo, pretendeu-se analisar as possibilidades e os limites de materialização do Projeto Ético-Político Serviço Social brasileiro na política de assistência social, em tal região. Optamos por essa análise por considerarmos imprescindível apreender as tensões impostas a esse Projeto no cotidiano de trabalho profissional do (a) assistente social. E, para tanto, foi imprescindível analisarmos a atual configuração da assistência social, partindo das diretrizes da Política Nacional de Assistência Social e confrontando-as com o processo de municipalização desta política no campo pesquisado. Avaliamos a relevância do presente estudo em decorrência do atual processo de expansão e centralidade da política de assistência social, no cenário brasileiro, como estratégia de alívio à miséria e à pobreza. Tal movimento se realiza expressando um duplo movimento: a implementação do Sistema Único de Assistência Social e a prevalência dos Programas de Transferência de Renda. Esse contexto tem ampliado, sobremaneira, a requisição aos assistentes sociais, que vêm ocupando, majoritariamente, tais espaços sócio-ocupacionais. Entretanto, essa inserção tem se realizado sob condições e relações de trabalho precarizadas, o que pode implicar em uma possível intensificação do tensionamento do Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social brasileiro. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de entrevistas com os (as) profissionais atuantes nos Centros de Referência da Assistência Social (CRASs) e Centros de Referência Especializado da Assistência Social (CREAs), em sete municípios da região selecionada como campo empírico. Os dados analisados também são resultados das visitas institucionais e observações de campo que realizamos no espaço sócio-ocupacional dos (as) profissionais entrevistados (as). A presente pesquisa está assentada no materialismo histórico e dialético, método de apreensão do real, originalmente elaborado por Marx. / This study addressed the Brazilian social services ethical and political project, considering its possible tensions in the ambit of the social assistances policy in the region of the Center South/Vale do Salgado in Ceará State. Therefore, through this study, we intended to analyze the possibilities and limitations of materializing the Brazilian social services ethical and political project in the ambit of policy for social assistance in that region. We chose that type of analyzes because we considerer indispensable to apprehend the tensions imposed on this project in the daily work routine of the social assistant professional. In order to do it, it was necessary that we analyzed the current configuration of the social assistance, starting from the National Policy for Social Assistances guidelines and confronting them with the municipalization process of this policy in the researched field. We assessed the relevance of this study due to the current process of expansion and centralization of social assistances policy in the Brazilian scenario as a strategy for reliving the misery and poverty. This movement is accomplished by expressing a double action: the implementation of the Social Assistance Single System and the predominance of the Income Transference Programs. This context has enlarged the request for social assistants that have been mostly occupying the social-occupational spaces. However, this insertion has been done under precarious conditions and work relations, which may result in a possible intensification of the tension in the Brazilian social services ethical and political project. The research was made through interviews with professionals that work in the Social Assistance Reference Centers and in the Specialized Social Assistance Reference Centers in seven cities of the region selected as an empirical camp. The data analyzed were also a result of institutional visits and field observation that we did in the social-occupational space of the interviewed professionals. This researched is based in the historical and dialectical materialism, a method of capturing the real, originally elaborated by Marx.

This thesis will try to seize the discussions about the categories that guide the ethical-political project of social service seeking the historical and theoretical determinants, analyzing how the introduction, from the ethical-political project of social service, a direction based on the critical perspective was seized and incorporated in the category in their academic and intellectual production. The present study focuses on the theoretical analysis of the production of social service researchers, and beyond, to discuss the ethical-political project and the categories that surround it, in the analysis of corporate and professional projects with José Paulo Netto, Marcelo Braz and Maria Beatriz Abramides, among others. Also will use additional sources which can support the understanding of the components that guide the ethicalpolitical project and its dimensions. The survey period runs from the first half of 2009 to the first half of 2010. / A presente dissertação apresenta o produto do curso de mestrado na Universidade Federal da Paraíba e está centrada na discussão do projeto ético-político da profissão de serviço social. Nesta dissertação procuraremos apreender as discussões a cerca das categorias que balizam o projeto ético-político do serviço social procurando os determinantes históricos e teóricos, analisando como a introdução, a partir do projeto ético-político do serviço social, de uma direção baseada na perspectiva critica foi apreendida e incorporada na categoria em sua produção acadêmica e intelectual. O presente estudo centra-se na analise teórica da produção de pesquisadores de serviço social, e para além deste, que discutam o projeto ético-político e as categorias que o circundam, na analise dos projetos societários e profissionais com José de Paulo Netto, Marcelo Braz e Maria Beatriz Abramides, entre outros. Utilizaremos ainda fontes adicionais as quais possam subsidiar a compreensão dos componentes que norteiam o projeto ético-político e suas dimensões. O caminho teórico metodológico utilizado consiste em pesquisa bibliográfica a partir de referenciais teóricos vinculados a tradição marxista que abordam e articulam as temáticas acerca dos fundamentos do Serviço Social, exercício profissional e o Projeto Ético-Político, e pesquisa qualitativa a partir de entrevistas com 16 assistentes sociais que exercem a profissão em 05 (cinco) dos 09 (nove) CRAS’s do município de Juiz de Fora/MG. A exposição e organização da pesquisa está composta em três capítulos. O capítulo I realiza um retrospecto das bases sócio-históricas do Serviço Social e sua vinculação com o Projeto Ético-Político; o capítulo II aborda o exercício profissional do assistente social, as suas dimensões constitutivas e as implicações para o agir profissional que se desenvolve e materializa na esfera do cotidiano, bem como as possibilidades de suspensão temporária da cotidianidade que corroboram para a efetivação do Projeto Ético-Político. No capítulo III é realizada a apresentação e análise dos dados obtidos a partir da pesquisa de campo. O resultado desta pesquisa nos possibilitou compreender os limites, desafios e possibilidades presentes no exercício profissional para a efetivação do Projeto Ético-Político da profissão. / The purpose of this dissertation was to analyze the professional practice of social workers in the Centers of Reference in Social Assistance (CRAS) of the city of Juiz de Fora / MG, as well as to know the possibilities of making the Ethical-Political Project in the professional routine. The theoretical methodological approach used consists of a bibliographical research based on theoretical references linked to the Marxist tradition that approach and articulate the themes about the foundations of Social Work, professional practice and the Ethical-Political Project, and qualitative research, with interviews with 16 social workers who practice the profession in 05 (five) of the 09 (nine) CRAS's of the municipality of Juiz de Fora / MG. The exhibition and organization of the research is composed of three chapters. Chapter I presents a retrospective of the socio-historical bases of Social Service and its connection with the Ethical-Political Project; Chapter II deals with the professional practice of the social worker, its constitutive dimensions and the implications for the professional activity that develops and materializes in the sphere of everyday life, as well as the possibilities of temporary suspension of daily ife that corroborate for the implementation of the Ethical- Political. Chapter III presents and analyzes the data obtained from the field research. The result of this research allowed us to understand the limits, challenges and possibilities present in the professional exercise for the implementation of the Ethical- Political Project of the profession.

The changing world of work is contextualized in order to comprehend the working process in which Social Work operates as a profession entered into socio-technical division of labor, highlighting that this suffers the inflections of the socio-historical context, of the production and reproduction of social mechanisms. With the productive restructuring process and the State Reform, there has been an aggravation of the social issue experienced in new sociooccupational spaces. Therefore, the study on the materializing the PEPP involves making critical reflection of changes in the working world for the profession and tune into the most decisive struggles of the working class, that pass for decent working conditions and expansion of rights with a view the extension of social protection with emancipatory perspective. / A presente dissertação tem como objeto de estudo a materialização do Projeto Ético- Político-Profissional do Serviço Social (PEPP) tanto em sua dimensão ontológica, quanto em sua operacionalização e ação estratégica o trabalho da(os) profissionais assistentes sociais no âmbito do CRAS no município de Goiânia GO. Procurou-se evidenciar os desafios e as possibilidades postas ao Serviço Social na busca da efetivação de seu Projeto-Ético-Político (PEPP), o qual está articulado ao compromisso de fortalecer a Política Nacional de Assistência Social. Portanto, o estudo sobre a materialização do PEPP do Serviço Social implica fazer reflexão crítica das transformações do mundo do trabalho para a profissão sintonizar com às lutas mais determinantes da classe trabalhadora, que perpassam por condições digna de trabalho e expansão dos direitos, na perspectiva da ampliação da proteção social com perspectiva emancipatória. A materialização do PEPP do Serviço Social estabelece o desafio de consolidar estratégias de efetivação de ações articuladas e uma direção social ético-política, que indica que o caminho que a categoria profissional sintonize com a garantia da assistência social como política social pública e universal.

The investigation had, as its historical-philosophical base, the historical and dialectical materialism, utilized to biographical and, principally, documentary researches, which procedures were conducted by methodological principles of Italian micro-history. These occasions are an expression of the political organization of psychologists in the late 1970 s that appropriated the entities of the category in the early 1980 s and proposed an ethical-political psychology project based on a critical reading of the profession, comprehended as socially committed with the low income classes. It is from this movement that an Education Committee arises, responsible for the discussion of psychology in education, which has as initiative to arrange the psychologists, through meetings which, in turn, enabled a school and educational psychology project. These events represent a remarkable moment of political organization and critical discussions, as well as a historical synthesis of experiments in educational psychology, whereupon Sérgio Antonio da Silva Leite and Yvonne Alvarenga Gonçalves Khouri stand out for their importance. We conclude that the meetings are products of the ethical-political psychology project, as are producers of a school and educational psychology project, becoming a significant historical fact of the psychology historiography in São Paulo / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar Os Encontros de Psicólogos da Área de Educação, um conjunto de três eventos realizados no início da década de 1980 no Instituto Sedes Sapientiae em São Paulo sob a organização do Sindicato dos Psicólogos do Estado de São Paulo (SPESP) e do Conselho Regional de Psicologia da 6ª Região (CRP-06). A investigação teve como base histórico-filosófica o materialismo histórico-dialético, servindo-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e, sobretudo, pesquisa documental, cujos procedimentos foram orientados pelos princípios metodológicos da micro-história italiana. Esses eventos são expressão da organização política dos psicólogos no final da década de 1970 que ao tomarem as entidades da categoria no início de 1980 propõem um projeto ético-político da Psicologia com base em uma leitura crítica da profissão, compreendida como socialmente comprometida com as classes populares. É a partir desse movimento que surge uma Comissão de Educação, responsável pela discussão da psicologia na área de educação que tem como iniciativa organizar os psicólogos, por meio dos Encontros que, por sua vez, viabilizaram um projeto de psicologia escolar e educacional. Esses eventos representam um importante momento de organização política e discussões críticas, assim como uma síntese histórica das experiências em psicologia da educação, nos quais sobressai o protagonismo de Sérgio Antonio da Silva Leite e Yvonne Alvarenga Gonçalves Khouri. It is also intended to analyze the contribution of Marx s social theory for the profession and its subsequent materialization in daily life of professional work. It is a study of qualitative approach, including a literature review and a field research, through semistructured interviews with three social workers one of the healthcare area, another a teaching and a third of the Judiciary in the city of Uberaba, MG, in the year 2012. This work was justified by questioning the forms of appropriation of the Marx s social theory by social workers and the forms of objectification of the ethical-political professional project in daily professional work. It was noted that there is a degree of ownership of Marx s social theory by social workers, as well as obstacles in the process of vocational training that fell on these theoretical-methodological bases deficiencies. The limitations for the objectification of professional project in daily work come from the relative difficulty in taking ownership of Marx's theory. The subjects understand the centrality of contemporary Social Service professional project, but they are limited in this objectification, given the social relations of capitalist production and institutional boundaries. It was noted that the difficulty in joining the class project cannot be attributed solely to institutional or capitalist limits; that project is to be thought of as a compromise to overcome the determinations and locate man as the measure of all things / Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o processo de apropriação e da objetivação da teoria social de Marx e seus rebatimentos no projeto ético-político profissional junto aos assistentes sociais. Pretende-se ainda, analisar qual a contribuição da teoria social de Marx para a profissão e sua consequente materialização no cotidiano do trabalho profissional. Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, tendo como procedimento a revisão de literatura e pesquisa de campo, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada com três assistentes sociais da cidade de Uberaba, MG, no ano de 2012, sendo um da área da saúde, um da docência e um do Tribunal de Justiça. Este trabalho justificou-se pelos questionamentos sobre as formas de apropriação da teoria social de Marx pelos assistentes sociais e as formas de objetivação do projeto ético-político profissional no cotidiano do trabalho profissional. Observou-se que há uma relativa apropriação da teoria social de Marx pelos assistentes sociais, constatando entraves no processo de formação profissional que incidiram nessas deficiências de bases teórico-metodológicas. Da relativa dificuldade em apropriar-se do arcabouço teórico de Marx apontam-se as limitações para a objetivação do projeto profissional no cotidiano de trabalho. Dessa forma, os sujeitos compreendem a centralidade do projeto profissional no Serviço Social contemporâneo, porém se veem limitados nesta objetivação, dadas as relações sociais de produção capitalista e dos limites institucionais. Observou-se que a dificuldade na adesão ao projeto de classe não pode ser atribuída exclusivamente aos limites institucionais ou do capital; esse projeto necessita ser pensado como um compromisso que supere as determinações e situe o homem como a medida de todas as coisas

The purpose of this research was conducted by the view of the Ethical-political Project of Social Work, placing it in the socio-historical juncture in its various determinations, so limits and possibilities are part of the same dynamic of reality in the perspective of defense of social security rights of the insured in these institutes. Thus Chapter I expressed from the ontological dimension of social being, the work activity, the contradiction between capital and labor in order to understand this unity in diversity in the cyclical crises of large capital and which ones are the repercussions of this offensive in Brazil. The Chapter II dealt to historicize the Social Security in Brazil and its pension reforms in 1998 and 2003. The concern of Chapter III was to contextualize the profession of Social Work in the State sphere, understanding that the profession, from the perspective of work division, can only be analyzed in the context of societarian transformations, having the expressions of Social Issue as its aim of work. This problematization was illuminated by the Professional Project on the understanding that conservatism, being one way to understand the production and reproduction of material life and social, surpasses the history of the profession and stands today as a reality to be faced with theoretical and methodological skills, as well as the ethical-political and technical-operational ones. The Chapter IV was built with the interlocutors from the research partners, with rich interview material, contributing to the finding that the professional project is under construction in these socio-occupational spaces, since it was possible to identify some foundations for this building, however, it needs articulation of forces and organization among professionals because acting individually runs the risk of succumbing to the neoliberal strategies / Esta dissertação trata de compreender e problematizar, nas sendas da teoria social crítica, o cotidiano de trabalho de assistentes sociais em Institutos previdenciários de Regime Próprio da Grande São Paulo, precisamente cinco Autarquias. Essa finalidade da pesquisa foi realizada à luz do Projeto Ético-político do Serviço Social, situando-o na conjuntura sócio-histórica em suas diversas determinações, por isso limites e possibilidades fazem parte de uma mesma dinâmica de realidade na defesa dos direitos previdenciários dos segurados de tais Institutos. Dessa maneira o Capítulo I expôs a partir da dimensão ontológica do ser social, pela atividade trabalho, a contradição entre capital e trabalho a fim de entender essa unidade na diversidade, nas crises cíclicas do grande capital e os rebatimentos dessa ofensiva no Brasil. O Capítulo II tratou de historicizar a previdência social no Brasil e suas reformas previdenciárias nos idos de 1998 e 2003. A preocupação do Capítulo III foi a de contextualizar a profissão de Serviço Social na esfera estatal, entendendo que a profissão, sob a ótica da divisão do trabalho, somente pode ser analisada no contexto das transformações societárias, tendo nas expressões da questão social sua matéria de trabalho. Essa problematização foi iluminada pelo Projeto profissional no entendimento de que o conservadorismo, sendo um jeito de entender a produção e reprodução da vida material e social, atravessa a história da profissão e se coloca nos dias atuais como uma realidade a ser enfrentada com competência teórico-metodológica, ético-política e técnico-operativa. O Capítulo IV foi construído com os sujeitos interlocutores da pesquisa com riquíssimo material de entrevista, contribuindo com a análise de que o Projeto profissional está em construção nesses espaços sócio-ocupacionais, pois foi possível identificar alguns alicerces para essa edificação, no entanto, necessita articulação de forças e organização entre os/as profissionais, pois individualmente corre-se o risco de sucumbir às estratégias neoliberais

O presente trabalho analisa a realidade da prática dos assistentes sociais nos serviços de saúde da Aeronáutica/RJ, tendo como referência o projeto ético - político profissional do Serviço Social expresso no Código de Ética do Assistente Social, na Lei n 8.662/1993 que regulamenta a profissão, bem como nas Diretrizes Curriculares da ABEPSS. O interesse em realizar este estudo em um espaço profissional, pouco debatido no meio acadêmico, define-se pela necessidade de uma investigação teórica que possibilite analisar, revelar e divulgar um segmento da categoria, muitas vezes desconhecido e estranho ao conjunto dos profissionais do Serviço Social. Entendemos que este estudo apresenta um caráter predominantemente exploratório. Para uma melhor compreensão do universo militar da Aeronáutica, tornou-se imprescindível, captarmos na realidade concreta, os limites e as possibilidades do movimento do real na sua historicidade. Para tanto, tivemos como alicerce o referencial teórico marxista crítico-dialético que possibilita ir para além da aparência dos fatos. É certo que uma instituição cujo funcionamento se aproxima do modelo de instituição fechada e conservadora, fundamentada nos princípios da hierarquia e da disciplina, sinalize, a priori, uma inviabilidade real de um projeto profissional emancipatório. Ao realizarmos uma análise dos depoimentos das assistentes sociais entrevistadas, buscamos considerar a cotidianidade da prática profissional, que revela presenças e ausências, aponta problemas imediatos desvela/oculta, caminhando do particular para o universal. Este estudo teve com lócus de investigação os Hospitais da Aeronáutica do Rio de Janeiro: HAAF, HCA e HFAG. Tem-se nesses espaços, uma atuação desafiante para aqueles profissionais que buscam romper com práticas burocráticas e conservadoras e que visam fortalecer práticas democráticas e coletivas de atendimento às demandas no contexto institucional. / This paper examines the reality of practice of social workers in the health services of the Air / RJ, with reference to the ethical-political project of professional social services, expressed in the Code of Professional Ethics, the Law which regulates the profession, and as guidelines for curriculum ABEPSS. The interest in performing this study in professional areas, little discussed in academic circles, defined by the need for theoretical research that enables analyze, develop and disseminate a segment of the class, often unknown and alien to all those working in Social Service. We believe that this study presents a predominantly exploratory nature. For a better understanding of the universe's military Air Force, it is essential to receive "in reality, the limits and possibilities of the real movement of its historicity. To this end, we had the foundation to the theoretical critical-Marxist dialectic that allows to go beyond the appearance of facts. It is true that an institution whose function is close to the model institution "closed", positivist and conservative, based on the principles of hierarchy and discipline, signal, a priori, an impossibility of a real professional emancipatory project. When we conduct an analysis of the statements of social workers interviewed, we tried to consider the everyday professional practice, which reveals presence and absence points to the immediate problems reveals / hides, moving from the particular to the universal. This study aimed to research the locus of the Air Force Hospital in Rio de Janeiro: HAAF, HCA and HFAG. It is in these spaces, an action challenging for those professionals who seek to break bureaucratic practices and conservative and aimed at strengthening democratic practices and collective fulfillment of the demands in the institutional context.
