G?nero, fam?lia e escola : a homomaternidade na sala de aula

Objective: To investigate the relationships between homomaternal families and the school context, identifying and understanding how the dialogue between them and also between some public policy occurs. Method: two qualitative and exploratory studies were performed which resulted in four articles. The first study was a documental review of the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN), the Brazil Without Homophobia Program and the National Human Rights Plans I, II and III. Narrative interviews were used to conduct the second study, searching for lesbian mothers had eleven children and adolescents of school age, plus four pedagogical supervisors. In both studies, we used discourse analysis from the perspective of feminist studies of gender and Socio-Historical Social Psychology to perform the analysis. Results: It was possible to identify the importance of creating public policies to visualize the LGBT public education, but they are not enough measures to contribute effectively in transforming the school reality. Mothers feel accepted and understood in the chosen schools. Despite presenting very wide understandings of what is considered family, pedagogical supervisors still carry on their discourses crossings of heteronormativity and patriarchy still in effect. Conclusion: The school is changing, but issues such as sexual orientation are still treated in a non-visualized way and in an individualized manner. It becomes increasingly urgent that schools open space for marginalized subjects to have a voice and be heard. / A presente tese prop?e uma reflex?o sobre a rela??o entre as fam?lias homomaternais e as escolas na contemporaneidade. Objetivo: investigar as rela??es existentes entre as fam?lias homomaternais e o contexto escolar, identificando e compreendendo como ocorre a interlocu??o entre eles e tamb?m entre algumas pol?ticas p?blicas. M?todo: Foram realizados dois estudos qualitativos e explorat?rios que resultaram em quatro artigos. O primeiro estudo foi uma an?lise documental dos Par?metros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN), do Programa Brasil sem Homofobia e dos Planos Nacionais de Direitos Humanos I, II e III. Para a realiza??o do segundo estudo, foram utilizadas entrevistas narrativas para pesquisar onze m?es l?sbicas que possu?am crian?as e adolescentes em idade escolar, al?m de quatro orientadoras educacionais. Em ambos os estudos, utilizouse an?lise de discurso sob a ?tica dos estudos feministas de g?nero e da Psicologia Social S?cio-Hist?rica para realizar as an?lises. Resultados: Foi poss?vel identificar a import?ncia de cria??o de pol?ticas p?blicas para visibilizar o p?blico LGBT na educa??o, por?m n?o s?o a??es suficientes para contribuir de modo efetivo na transforma??o da realidade escolar. As m?es sentem-se acolhidas e compreendidas nas escolas escolhidas. Apesar de apresentarem entendimentos bastante amplos do que ? considerado fam?lia, as educadoras educacionais ainda carregam em seus discursos atravessamentos da heteronormatividade e do patriarcado ainda vigentes. Considera??es Finais: A institui??o escolar est? se transformando, por?m tem?ticas como orienta??o sexual ainda s?o tratadas de modo invisibilizado e individualizado. Torna-se cada vez mais urgente que a institui??o escolar abra espa?o para que as tem?ticas marginalizadas tenham voz e sejam ouvidas.

This research also will aboard the collision chances between the fundamental rights to freedom, to respect, to dignity and to family and conviviality and the living in communities compared with the duties inherent parental authority, pointing a thinking as criterion to solve the cases of collision of fundamental rights. It seems to be that the fundamentals rights of children and teenagers have a straight efficiency in family relationships as well as the adoption of duty theory of protection should cover in threats and aggressions coming from others, pointing ensure the best interest of the children. In the first part we will treat about the evolution of the institute of parental authority, then for Roman Law school, then to Civil Right, encoded and for Federal Constitution, even by his current configuration. In the second part of research it will analyze the Doctrine of Integral Protection, the principle of best interest of children, the fundamentals rights of juveniles and the theories of efficiency fundamental rights in the relation of privates, as in his Germanic origin, as in the current situation of Brazilian scenery. In the third part we will review first, the evolution of family relations between parents and children of modernity to post-modernity. Later enter in the effectiveness of the fundamental rights of children and adolescents in family relationships, especially the direct effectiveness of fundamental rights for children and juveniles in family relationships, and the theory of obligations in ensuring protection against any threats from rights of third parties.Cover-if you have the chances of a collision between the fundamental rights of children-juveniles and duties inherent in parental authority, pointing out some criteria for resolving them, aiming always the guarantee of the best interests of children and adolescents. / A presente pesquisa analisa a efic?cia dos direitos fundamentais da crian?a e do adolescente, bem como, a aplica??o do princ?pio do melhor interesse da crian?a e do adolescente nas rela??es familiares. Abordar-se-? tamb?m, as hip?teses de colis?o entre os direitos fundamentais ? liberdade, ao respeito, ? dignidade e ? conviv?ncia familiar e comunit?ria frente aos deveres inerentes ? autoridade parental, indicando a pondera??o como crit?rio para solucionar os casos de colis?o de direitos fundamentais. It investigates the speeches of young boys and girls who take part in Engenho de sonhos a forum composed by a pool of eleven non-governmental organizations and UFRN which aim is the elaboration and execution of projects focusing local development of poor communities in violence and social exclusion context. Throughout interactive diagnosis seminars in five communities in West Side of Natal with six hundred teenagers, it was detected the need to work with family relationships. In order to build the methodological corpus a range variety of procedures were done such as: interviews, focal groups and psychosocial questionnaires with nine local young leaders. The purpose to understand data guided the research through the theory of social imagery and pointed out the following themes: conceptions, relationship, roles, family projects. Live stories of these young population reveals conflicts when it comes to the configuration of family ties, far from the family model stated by society. Family is also, in their perception, an important space to the development of affection, in experiences of all sorts, affecting personality development and determining behaviors in local contexts. The research concludes stating the urge to comprehend this academic work as a way to fight against symbolic and emotional poverty in family context producing discussions and critical reflection in a permanent relation between juvenile social vulnerability (characterized by lacks of all orders) and potential / O trabalho tem como objetivo central uma reflex?o sobre a fam?lia institui??o constru?da social e historicamente partindo da percep??o de jovens moradores de bairros perif?ricos de Natal/RN. Nossa pesquisa investiga essa quest?o ? luz dos discursos produzidos por jovens participantes do F?rum Engenho de Sonhos, projeto que re?ne onze ONG s e a UFRN, na elabora??o e execu??o de projetos preocupados com o desenvolvimento local sustent?vel das comunidades de baixa renda, em contexto de viol?ncia e exclus?o sociais. Por meio de um diagn?stico interativo com os jovens nos cinco bairros atingidos pelo F?rum, detectou-se a necessidade de trabalhar e discutir as rela??es familiares, permeadas de conflitos e crises de identifica??o. A constitui??o de corpus deu-se atrav?s de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, question?rio de perfil psicossocial e grupos focais, numa amostra composta por nove jovens, l?deres articuladores. Foi utilizada an?lise dos discursos, na perspectiva da teoria do imagin?rio social, para compreens?o dos daods obtidos, considerando como pontos de an?lise : concep??o, rela??es, pap?is e projetos de fam?lia. Os jovens relatam est?rias de vida marcadas por dificuldades de di?logo e compreens?o nas rela??es familiares e v?em-se em conflito entre as concep??es tradicionais de fam?lia e a realidade vivida, tendo em vista que suas configura??es e rela??es familiares divergem muito do modelo de "fam?lia estruturada" imposto pela sociedade. A fam?lia ? concebida como espa?o privilegiado da afetividade, seja nas viv?ncias de apoio ou de conflito, afetando o desenvolvimento da personalidade individual, determinando as condutas que o jovem apresenta no contexto social. Conclui-se a pesquisa com a import?ncia deste trabalho como uma forma de combater a pobreza simb?lica e afetiva vivida no ambiente familiar, por meio de discuss?es que colaborem na reflex?o ativa e cr?tica dos jovens com rela??o ? situa??o desfavor?vel em que vivem, reconhecendo tamb?m as suas potencialidades existentes
