論文共一冊，約五萬字，分成六章，內容扼要說明如下：
一理論部份：透過國內、外文獻探討，發展影響引進自動化成效之理論架構，分為二
個理論模型：
（１）系統方法：將影響廠商引進自動化成效之因素，成為四大類，分別是環境因素
、組織人員因素、設備系統軟、硬體因素、系統規劃因素。
（２）管理者推動作風：依據管理者在引進自動化過程中，參與的程度與資訊流通的
情形，探討其對自動化成效的影響，管理者推動作風，分為四種，分別是積極介入，
參與、勸服、敕令等。
二實證部份：針對國內CAD 之供應商與使用CAD 廠商，展開全面性調查研究，以電話
聯絡、郵寄問卷方式取得資料，再以因素分析，無母數統計檢定進行統計分析。
