Defende a idéia de que a medicina é um espetáculo de poder que, acasalado com o poder punitivo, e interagindo com, e sobre, o indivíduo, invade e se apropria do seu corpo para, usando-o como instrumento de dominação política, discipliná-lo de acordo com a conveniência, sobretudo, da higiene e, naquela sua relação espúria com o poder punitivo, diferenciá-lo e controlá-lo social e penalmente. Sustenta, ainda, que, malgrado o acasalamento não tenha sido intencional, o Estado via na medicina o instrumento para reforçar o seu poder, enquanto essa via naquele o apoio para o seu espraiamento, embora Medicina e Estado tenham convergido, mas também divergido, por vezes tática e estrategicamente, porquanto nem sempre os dois poderes reconheceram o valor da aliança que haviam estabelecido. Então, defende a tese de que o Estado acatou a medicalização das suas ações políticas e admitiu o valor político das ações da medicina, e com vantagens para ambos que, dividindo o poder, conquistaram. É que, a medicina, mais rápida e mais adequada aos problemas salutares apresentados, ajudava-o a se imiscuir no corpo para a permanência parasitária daquela. E, para manter seu direito ao discurso, sustenta que a medicina reinventou constantemente uma necessidade para, diante dela, apresentar-se como única solução, tendo conseguido isso mediante a apresentação de uma retórica dominial eloquente, mas, sobretudo, tecnificada, é dizer, inacessível ao dominado. Com isso, a disciplina, o controle e a repressão do indivíduo, penal e medicamente, estavam prontas, pois, Direito e Medicina, aquele com a lei, esta com o remédio, juntos, dominaram e dominam os destinos do indivíduo, e da coletividade. Demonstrou, ainda, que os higienistas nunca se desocuparam de suas funções. E, por fim, que os princípios penais devem, independente da qualificação que se os dê, sempre refrear o poder punitivo. / This dissertation discusses the relationship between the medicine, the psychiatry, the punitive power and the Penal Law, as well the influence that the ones speech produces in the other, and vice versa. Argues the idea that the medicine is an spectacule of power that, with the punitive power, and interacting with it, and above, the individual, invades and apropriates of their body for, using it as instrument of political domination, disciplin it according with the convenience, mainly, of the hygiene and, in that spurious relationship with the punitive power, diferenciating and controlling it social and criminally. Maintains, even, that, despite the union not have been intentional, the State saw in medicine an instrument to enforce its own power, while medicine saw in State the suport for its propagation, despite Medicine and State have converged, but also diverged, sometimes, tactically and strategically, because not allways the both powers recognized the value of the alliance that they have just established. So, defends the thesis that the State accepted the medicalization of its public actions and admitted the political value of the medicine actions, and with the advantage for both that, sharing the power, they won. It means that, the medicine, more fast and more appropriate to the relevant problems presented, helped the State to interfere in the body, insofar the State, with its hegemonical power, opened gaps into its own body to the remaining parasitic of the other onte. And, for keeping its right of speech, argues that the medicine reinvented frequentlly a necessity for present itself as the only solution, getting it by the presentation of one dominial eloquent rhetoric, but, mainlly, technified, or, inaccessible to the dominated. With it, the discipline, the control and the repression of the individual, penal and medically, were ready, because, Law and Medicine, that one with legislation, and this one with drugs, together, dominated and still dominate the destinys of the individual, and collectivity. Demonstrate, more, that the hygienists never stopped their functions. And, finally, the penal principles must, independently of the given qualification, allways stops the punitive power.

L’implantation valvulaire (mise en place d’une stent-valve percutanée), pulmonaire ou aortique, est une procédure récente en plein (et rapide) développement. Cette procédure prometteuse, possède plusieurs écueils parmi lesquels, l’altération du matériel implanté lors de son déploiement. L’implantation valvulaire dans les voies pulmonaires dilatées, est une autre limite de la procédure. Dans notre travail, nous avons étudié le traumatisme valvulaire lié au déploiement des prothèses. Ensuite, nous avons évalué un nouveau dispositif de réduction du calibre de la voie pulmonaire, afin d’en élargir les indications ultérieurement.Nous avons donc dans un premier temps comparé 2 types de stent-valves, l’un expansible par ballon et l’autre auto-expansible. La comparaison a porté sur l’occurrence de lésions valvulaires lors du sertissage et du déploiement de ces 2 types de prothèses. Nous avons pu montrer la présence de lésions des feuillets péricardiques de ces prothèses, induites par la compression des dispositifs. Par ailleurs, la présence de lésions histologiques plus marquées avec les valves expansibles par ballon, suggère aussi un rôle de l’expansion de ces prothèses dans la genèse des lésions valvulaires post-déploiement. Nous n’avons pas constaté d’altérations des propriétés mécaniques du tissu valvulaire induites par la compression et le déploiement des feuillets.Dans une autre partie de notre travail, nous avons mis au point un modèle d’élargissement de la voie pulmonaire, associé à la création d’une insuffisance pulmonaire sévère. Nous avons pu montrer que la réduction du calibre de la voie d’éjection pulmonaire était possible avec notre réducteur, par voie endovasculaire ou transventriculaire droite. Il n’a pas été observé de migration ou de fracture du stent de ces prothèses 2 mois après la procédure. Si le modèle d’élargissement de la voie pulmonaire est intéressant pour évaluer les réducteurs et la faisabilité de leur implantation, un suivit à plus long terme est nécessaire avant d’envisager une implantation chez l’homme. Enfin, l’altération des feuillets induite par le maniement des prothèses, est un phénomène à prendre en considération. Il nécessite, compte tenu de son impact potentiel sur la durabilité des prothèses, une investigation plus approfondie. / Percutaneous valve implantation (PVI) is a new with fast growing expansion procedure. Nevertheless, this promising technic has some reefs. Impairment of the implanted device at deployment is one of them. Valvular implantation in dilated right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) is another limit of the procedure. In our work, we studied the valvular traumatism after prosthesis deployment. Subsequently, we evaluated a new device for RVOT size reduction, in order to widen PVI indications.Firstly, We compared 2 types of valved-stent (VS) (balloon expandable and self-expandable). We compared the occurrence of valvular leaflets injury after crimping and deployment of both types of prosthesis. We showed the occurrence of pericardial leaflet injuries, induced by devices crimping. Otherwise, the presence of sharp histologic lesions with balloon expandable VS, suggests a prosthesis expansion role, in genesis of valvular injuries, as well. We couldn’t show any impairment of valvular tissue mechanical properties after leaflets crimping and deployment. In another part of our work, experimental asymmetric enlargement of the RVOT with creation of severe pulmonary regurgitation, were performed in an ovine model. Size reduction of the enlarged RVOT and PVI were successfully achieved through an endovascular and right transventricular access. Valve function was satisfactory in all correctly implanted VS (one case of inversion). No migration or fractures of the size reducer or VS were seen before animal sacrifice, after 2 months follow-up. Since feasibility of RVOT enlargement and RVOT reduction has been demonstrated, a long-term study is necessary before considering a human implantation. At last but not least, deterioration on valvular leaflets after prosthesis handling is an effect to consider. Taking into account its potential impact on prosthesis durability, it requires further deep investigations.

In this modern rather interconnected era, an organization’s top priority is to protect itself from major security breaches occurring frequently within a communicational environment. But, it seems, as if they quite fail in doing so. Every week there are new headlines relating to information being forged, funds being stolen and corrupt usage of credit card and so on. Personal computers are turned into “zombie machines” by hackers to steal confidential and financial information from sources without disclosing hacker’s true identity. These identity thieves rob private data and ruin the very purpose of privacy. The purpose of this project is to identify suspicious user activity by analyzing a log file which then later can help an investigation agency like FBI to track and monitor anonymous user(s) who seek for weaknesses to attack vulnerable parts of a system to have access of it. The project also emphasizes the potential damage that a malicious activity could have on the system. This project uses Hadoop framework to search and store log files for logging activities and then performs a ‘Map Reduce’ programming code to finally compute and analyze the results.

This work aims to demonstrate the evolution of human rights and the relation imbricated with the human work. The fundamental rights express higher valves where social rights are inserted, among then, the right of work. This rights exist and can be a g feat reference for the transformation of society, provided it is effectively observed, allowing the development of human skills. The work represents (for person), sense and reason for a dignified existence. In this contest, the work demands human development and makes the humans being, worthy in its essence. Consequently, the work fosters citizenship and provides support as a mechanism for reducer the social inequalities, culminating with the republican objective established in the Federal Constitution. / Esta dissertação aborda a temática envolta ao trabalho humano e sua importância como forma de reduzir as disparidades sociais. Objetiva-se demonstrar a evolução dos Direitos Humanos e a relação imbricada com o labor humano. Infere-se que os direitos fundamentais expressam valores superiores, nos quais se encontram inseridos as garantias sociais, dentre eles, o direito ao trabalho. Esse último existe e pode ser grande referencial para a transformação da sociedade, desde que seja efetivamente observado, permitindo-se o fomento das aptidões do ser humano. O trabalho representa para a pessoa sentido e razão para uma existência digna. Nesse contexto, o trabalho erige o desenvolvimento humano e torna o ser digno em sua essência. Por conseguinte, o trabalho fomenta a cidadania e enseja suporte realizador, como mecanismo de redução das desigualdades sociais, culminando com a realização do objetivo republicano disposto na Constituição Federal.

This diploma thesis deals with projection and general design of rotary indexing table for dedicated machine tools. The major attention is given to substitution of hydraulic drive table by table driven by servomotor, namely double axis its positions in vertical and horizontal directions. The total configuration of rotary table is solved as a construction kit, user can used any servomotor and additive gearbox. The work is concentrated to the optimization of table construction for this new designed conception. The positioning and fixing of table plate is solved by couple of Hirth couplings with central hydraulic motor. The computational part of work includes calculations of dynamic of rotary motion of the table and hydraulic system. All important screw connection, gear wheels and Hirth couplings were verified by calculations. Also working lifetime of bearings and strength deformation of major constructional sections of rotary table verification were controlled. Inherent part of work is security analysis, economics analysis, patent search and analysis of construction identity. Presented work contains three-dimensional model, drawing documentation of both variants of configurations and production drawing of major section parts of rotary table.

Ce travail vise à prédire le comportement dynamique de transmissions par engrenages supportées par des paliers hydrodynamiques, semblables à celles utilisées dans le domaine de la propulsion navale. Un modèle couplé de transmission mécanique est présenté ; il traite la plupart des interactions possibles entre les engrenages, les arbres et les paliers. Un élément d’engrenages à dentures larges, avec raideur non linéaire et dépendante du temps, est combiné à des éléments finis de poutre alors que la contribution des paliers est introduite par la résolution directe de l’équation de REYNOLDS et d’un model thermique simplifié. A cause des jeux de fonctionnement des paliers, une attention particulière a été portée à la définition de l’état de référence et des degrés de liberté. La réponse du système est calculée par la combinaison d’un schéma d’intégration temporelle, d’une méthode de NEWTON-RAPHSON et d’un algorithme de contact normal unilatéral de manière à ce que les conditions de contact aux paliers et entre les dents soient simultanément traitées. Les résultats de simulation sont comparés à des mesures réalisées sur un banc d’essai de haute précision possédant un train simple étage en dentures droites et hélicoïdales, supporté par des paliers lisses de type hydrodynamique. Les comparaisons fournissent un bon accord et aboutissent à la validation du modèle de couplage tant sur les aspects globaux que locaux. Bon nombre de résultats sont également présentés, qui montrent que certains paramètres, bien souvent ignorés dans les modèles de la littérature, tels que la position de la zone d’alimentation des paliers, la température de lubrifiant dans les paliers, les accouplements avec l’environnement extérieur peuvent fortement modifier l’équilibre statique et le comportement dynamique du système, jusqu’aux contacts entre les dents. / The present work is aimed at predicting the dynamic behaviour of geared transmissions supported by hydrodynamic journal bearings, similar to those used in naval propulsion. A global model of mechanical transmissions is introduced which deals with most of the possible interactions between gears, shafts and hydrodynamic journal bearings. A specific element for wide-faced gears with non linear time-varying mesh stiffness and tooth shape deviations is combined with shaft finite elements whereas the bearing contributions are introduced based on the direct solution of REYNOLDS’ equation and a simple thermal model. Because of the large bearing clearances, particular attention has been paid to the definition of the degrees-of-freedom and their datum. Solutions are derived by combining a time-step integration scheme, a NEWTON-RAPHSON method and a normal contact algorithm in such a way that the contact conditions in the bearings and on the gear teeth are simultaneously dealt with. The simulation results are compared with the measurement obtained on a high-precision test rig with single stage spur and helical gears supported by hydrodynamic journal bearings. The experimental and simulation results compare well thus validating the simulation strategy both at the global and local scales. A number of results are presented which show that parameters often discarded in global models such as the location of the oil inlet area, the oil temperature in the bearings and external couplings with mechanical parts can be influential on the static and dynamic behaviour of the system.
