Kruse, Maria January 2009 (has links)

Jennefelt, Maria January 2007 (has links)

This essay examine the femme fatal and the head character in the play Lulu Eine Monstretra gödie by Frank Wedekind. I have studied Lulu, who would be classified as a femme fatal, in terms to see what kind of woman’s portrait a femme fatal is. I will show with the theories of Judith Butler, Jacques Lacan and Joan Riviere how the femme fatal can be seen as a construc-tion, a role done by men. As well as a strong self owned woman. I will also discuss other con-cepts like femme-inism. My aim with this analysis is not to show one, but many different ways of looking at the femme fatal.

The legal framework for water security in SADC / Monica de Beer

De Beer, Monica January 2015 (has links)
Water is a basic human necessity and water resources are becoming scarce, limited and in some cases expensive. The SADC region is a very dry and semi-arid region, which places pressure on the region’s water resources and security. Water is a key ingredient for SADC to achieve their regional goals and water security should receive high priority in this region. As SADC’s economic development will be defined by the availability of water it is important to define ‘water security’ for this region. SADC has a large number of shared water resources and the scarcity of water has fostered cooperation between the member states. Achieving water security will rely on the legal instruments that are available to the SADC region. These legal instruments focus on cooperation, integration and management of transboundary rivers. In this dissertation various international, regional and legal instruments were discussed in terms of the definition for ‘water security’ in the SADC region. This dissertation does not only focus on the legal framework for water security but also where this normative framework failed to address the elements of water security. Two case studies will be done on transboundary rivers (Limpopo and Okavango River) to illustrate how cooperation and agreements between countries could lead to ensuring a water secure region. RBO’s are at the core of IWRM and the governance of transboundary rivers will rely on the commitment to the agreements between these countries. OKACOM and LIMCOM are both discussed in terms of their legal frameworks as well as measured against the main elements of water security. This study will thus, by examining the definition of water security and applying it to the legal framework provided for by SADC, establish whether SADC’s normative framework effectively provides for water security. The case studies will provide a practical example of wherethe RBO’s have utilised the normative framework provided, and whether RBO’s facilitate or enable water security in this region. / LLM (Environmental Law and Governance), North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, 2015

No. of bitstreams: 1 Marta Maria Okamoto.pdf: 1418184 bytes, checksum: 9a41337daa677277340b25911d99f5d2 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2017-02-15 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / This study aims at revisiting the theory of Operative Groups and its author, Enrique Pichon-Rivière, the importance of working with groups in different settings, its power and the vigor of such resource. From his theory, we circumscribe the concept of internal group for the interesting definition linked to what each person carries with him/her from his/her life history, which is updated when entering a group. Having this conceptual framework in mind, we go through his writings, starting from the origins of the term group and going as far as the strong influence his theory had on the reality of the Brazilian mental health in the 1970s and 1980s. Going one step further past, we return to the first years of his life and we follow his living in the northern region of Argentina, predominantly inhabited by Guarani Indians. We enter the delicate and painful moments of his life, the first years in Buenos Aires, psychiatry, psychoanalysis, Marxism, his concern with the collective. We experience his form of creation, which is based on the need of coexisting articulation of theory and practice in a dialectical way. The choice for such a path is not random as Pichon- Rivière aligned his life with his theory, linking the striking facts he lived with the creation of his concepts, making his theory as the outcome of the story of a life. This reflection put together with the revision of the elements the Pichonian perspective identifies in the groups, can instrumentalize and enhance the practices and, at the same time, when brought to the present day, can reinforce the power and the place of the groups / Este estudo tem por objetivo revisitar a teoria dos Grupos Operativos e seu autor, Enrique Pichon-Rivière, a importância do trabalho com grupos em diferentes contextos, sua potência e o vigor de tal recurso.

[en] IN SEARCH OF SATISFACTION: A STUDY ABOUT THE PSYCHOLOGICAL REPERCUSSIONS DURING THE POST-OPERATIVE PERIOD OF BARIATRIC SURGERY / [pt] EM BUSCA DA SATISFAÇÃO: UM ESTUDO SOBRE AS REPERCUSSÕES PSÍQUICAS NO PÓS OPERATÓRIO DE CIRURGIA BARIÁTRICA

NELIA MARIA MENDES NEIVA FERNANDES 22 November 2016 (has links)
[en] The purpose of this work is to investigate the psychological repercussions of bariatric surgery on obese patients. We will articulate psychoanalytical practice, research and theory with patient testimonials collected by the author, a psychologist member of the bariatric surgery staff at a public hospital in Rio de Janeiro. We will highlight the psychological suffering caused by the social stigma of obesity, which stimulates the search for radical methods, such as gastric surgery. Then, we will examine the contributions made by psychoanalysis to the clinical treatment of obese patients. Finally, we will analyze the operative group carried out with psychological outpatients of the hospital, in order to promote their mental health.

ETUDE SEDIMENTOLOGIQUE ET GEOCHIMIQUE (ISOTOPES STABLES) DES BASSIN SYN-OROGENIQUES DE L'HYMALAYA DU NEPAL (SIWALIKS ET BASSIN DE KATHMANDU)

Gajurel, Ananta Prasad 27 September 2006 (has links) (PDF)

Maskerade

Bremerich, Stephanie 25 April 2017 (has links) (PDF)
