This thesis is engaged chip machining using the system Sinumerik 840D-ShopTurn. The first part of the thesis is engaged the incorporation of the control system Sinumerik 840D - ShopTurn among other control systems. The thesis also deals with the basic methods of NC programming with an emphasis on workshop-oriented programming. The practical part includes design and preparation of technical documentation for the selected part (nutcracker), including creating a CNC program using workshoporiented environment - Sinumerik 840D ShopTurn. The program was validated using a graphical simulation software SinuTrain 7.5 and also directly at the machine SP 280SY. At the conclusion was created techno - economic evaluation of the proposed technology.

This thesis addresses the problematics of automated mini-doses application of the adhesive. In thesis are summarized the parameters and types of adhesives with regard to the suitability and the basic theory of bonding. At the same time are summarized the available technologies and methods of bonding. Part of the work is the analysis of requirements for automatic microdosing, in terms of management, delivery system, manipulator, mechanics, functional safety. It also includes the selection of suitable components. The thesis contains the development and description of the control software, visualization, data acquisition, management of robotic manipulator, functional safety logics and dispenser management. The outcome of the thesis is a functional device according to the proposed 3D model made of borrowed components on which algorithms are tested and functionality was verified. In the conclusions are described the complementary features ensuring the possibility of setting the device up in the industry.

In the first part of this work, there is analysis of the industrial proprietary protocol S7 by Siemens. The analysis is performed by Wireshark between the programmable controller S7-1200 and Simatic NET OPC server. This protocol is based on other protocols whose proposals and solutions are completely or at least partially described in this work. On the basis of this information is created a communication library in C ++, which allows the transmission of variables. This library is subsequently used in the implementation of the communication server through which one can easily access variables in the programmable machine with a text protocol.

Jedoch werden formale Methoden noch selten für industrielle Projekte genutzt. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Untersuchung, ob und wie Methoden, Werkzeuge und Ergebnisse aus dem Bereich der Wissensrepr
äsentation auf das Gebiet der formalen Spezifikation übertragen werden können. Zuerst vergleichen wir Ziele, Konzepte und Probleme der Wissenrepräsentation mit denen der formalen Spezifikation. Danach untersuchen wir einige Eigenschaften von Spezifikationen und Wissensbasen, wie zum Beispiel Konsistenz, Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit. Weiterhin betrachten wir ein Werkzeug zur Spezifikation von wissensbasierten Systemen, welches selbst ein Wissensrepräsentationssystem ist. Abschließend ordnen wir diese Arbeit in die Standard Siemens Entwicklungsmethode (stdSEM) ein.

Systemet simulerades sedan med framgång. Alla funktioner har inte utvecklats men de viktigaste kraven är uppfyllda. På Swerea Sicomp AB i Piteå bedrivs forskning inom materialområdet polymera fiberkompositer. Just nu bedrivs ett projekt mot bilindustrin där de undersöker möjligheten att använda fiberkompositer för att få ner vikt och således minska miljöpåverkan för bilkomponenter samtidigt som krav på ökad produktion och kortare ledtider även finns. I framtiden ska det byggas en ny pressanläggning på Sicomp där det ska finnas möjlighet att testa denna typ av konstruktion och produktionsprocess. Detta examensarbete har till största del syftat till att utveckla en simuleringsmiljö som kan visualisera den nya pressanläggningen. Simuleringen har gjorts i Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate. Resultatet av detta arbete är en processimuleringsmodell och mall som ger möjlighet att testa produktion av olika typer av komponenter och även utföra test av verktyg i en säker miljö. När en simulering genererats för en önskad produkt och önskade verktyg så finns det möjlighet att exportera programkoden som vid ett senare skede kommer att kunna användas i den riktiga anläggningen. Det finns även möjlighet att undersöka och ta fram process och cykeltider för de projekt som testas i simuleringsmodellen. Genom att använda offlineprogrammering på detta sätt kan upp till 40-60% i tidsåtgång sparas i jämförelse med onlineprogrammering. / At Swerea Sicomp AB in Piteå research in the field of polymer fibre composites is performed. The possibility of using fiber composites to reduce the weight and therefore also reduce the environmental impact on vehicle components is investigated together with the automotive industry. This along with increased production and shorter lead times. In the future a press facility will be built at Sicomp to test the construction of the new product and its production processes. This master thesis was done to develop a simulation environment that can visualize the press facility. The simulation model has been done in the program Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate. The result of this master thesis is a simulation model and a template that enable production testing of different products and tools in a safe environment. It is possible to export data and robot programs from the simulation model for different projects. The data exported from the program can in the future be used in the real press facility. From the simulation model process and cycle times can be developed and investigated. By using this sort of offline programming up to 40-60% of the time can be saved compared to online programming.
