The development of the social service for the disabled is inseparable part of the development of the common social service system. The disabled provided with stationary and non – stationary services by institutions of various jurisdictions. Stationary care is one of the most common forms of social service in Lithuania, which purpose is to create living conditions, which do not interfere with the human dignity and ensuring as far as possible a better quality of living for the caring necessary people by stimulating their ability to take care for themselves and to integrate themselves into society. This purpose urges the staff of the social care institution, which is also partly in charge of the patients’ mental health care, to apply not only universally but also scientifically based knowledge that enables to fulfil the expectations, wishes, well-being of the disabled and helps to ensure the high quality of treatment as well as properly balanced care service. The work purpose - to uncover the main work spheres of the different structure social care institutions and provided service possibilities, which the best satisfy the inhabitants’ requirements. Magistro darbo objektas - festivalių komunikacijos vadyba. Darbo tikslas - atskleisti meno festivalių komunikacijos vadybos ypatumus, įvertinant galimą jų įtaką festivalių įvaizdžiui. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: aptarti festivalių, kaip renginių specifiką ir jų organizavimo kontekstą; suformuoti teorines festivalio įvaizdžio kūrimo prielaidas; remiantis teorija, išskirti pagrindines festivalių įvaizdžio adresatų grupes ir aptarti svarbiausius su jomis susijusius festivalio komunikacijos vadybos aspektus; ištirti Lietuvoje rengiamų tarptautinių meno festivalių komunikacijos vadybos ypatumus. Naudojantis literatūros bei kitų šaltinių analize ir sinteze buvo padarytos tam tikros išvados apie festivalių ir jų komunikacijos vadybos ypatumus. Buvo išsiaiškinta, kad festivalių komunikacijos specifiką įtakoja savitos festivalių, kaip renginių savybės – periodiškumas, laikinumas, lankstumas. Nors festivalis dažniausiai yra tam tikros organizacijos produktas, įvaizdžio kūrimo prasme galima jį lyginti su pačia organizacija, kaip struktūra. Tai leidžia festivalio įvaizdžio kūrimo aspektus analizuoti remiantis bendrais organizacijos komunikacijos vadybos principais. The purpose of thesis – to reveal the peculiarities of the communication management of festivals. The main goals of thesis are: to discuss the specifics and organizational context of festivals as of events; to form up the theorethical preconditions of crreating the festival‘s image; to line out the main groups of addressees of festival‘s image, being based on theory; to discuss the most important aspects which are related to communication management of festivals; to investigate the peculiarities of communication management of international festivals of art, organized in Lithuania. By the help of analysis of literature and othe sources of information some conclusions about festivals and peculiarities of their communication management were drawn out. The family is like a growing children’s cradle. There, it is formed child’s character qualities and ethics. Relationship between parents and family’s traditions become an instrument of education in the family and help the child to gain some meaningful experience. Different types of the families are discussed in this work: the meaning of psychological climate to child’s education is being emphasized. Also, different types of education in the family are opened. When we talk about the families that have got disabled children, we can say that such families have some features: exaggerated care, avoiding of changes. The aim of this work is to establish the influence of education on the child’s with special needs feelings at school. The main problem is the system of factors which decides feelings and self-confidence of children with special needs. The research was carried out in two Anykščiai gymnasiums and in one secondary school in Anykščiai district. Respondents: children with special needs, their parents and class teachers. The study deals with the features open source CRMs have, the ways we can change the code and make our own open source CRM system. The research is oriented to Web based CRMs. One open source CRM system is modyfied and translated into the Lithuanian language. Installation files were created for people who do not know databases and Web services software in order to help them install this CRM system and configure database as well as other system requirements. The final result of our work is open source CRM system called „OfisasTinkle2006“. This product is used by a couple of firms in their business sphere.

Magistro darbo objektas – pasitikėjimas organizacija. Darbo tikslas - atskleisti pasitikėjimo pozicijas organizacijos santykiuose su klientais, apibrėžti pasitikėjimo vertę organizacijai ir jo siekimo būdus. Šiame darbe siekiama atsakyti į klausimus, kas yra pasitikėjimas, kodėl jis svarbus organizacijos ryšiuose su klientais ir kaip jį įgyti. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: apibrėžti pasitikėjimo sampratą; pateikti pasitikėjimo suvokimą organizacijos komunikacijoje su suinteresuotomis grupėmis; argumentuoti, kodėl pasitikėjimas ir rūpinimasis santykiais su klientais yra itin svarbūs sėkmingai organizacijos veiklai; išskirti, kaip palaipsniui organizacija gali įgyti klientų pasitikėjimą; pateikti pasitikėjimą organizacija ryšiuose su klientais lemiančius veiksnius bei apibendrinti juos sukuriant naują teorinį modelį; patikrinti sukurto teorinio modelio veikimą praktikoje ir rekomenduoti, į ką organizacijos turėtų atkreipti didžiausią dėmesį siekdamos stiprinti klientų pasitikėjimą jomis. But only at the end of XX century it became of high interest for both psychologists and marketing specialists. They noticed that trust from consumers ensures stability and prosperity of the organization. Also, the more the markets develop, the more influential trust becomes. Due to the increased trust importance the need to determine factors influencing trust has sharply increased. As a result of that theorists have developed various models, which explain trust and its effects for an organization. The main aims of this work is to explain the concept and importance of trust for business organizations, in addition, to determine how organizations may gain consumers’ trust over time and what are the main factors influencing customers’ trust in nowadays society. An Investigation of Insulator Proteins in Mosquito Genomes

Transgenic mosquitoes are beneficial for the design and implementation of various pathogen control programs. However, low and variable expression of transgenes caused by position effects is a hindrance to the characterization and effective use of transgenes in mosquito species. The use of insulator sequences to flank transgenes may have the ability to overcome position effects caused by the genomic environment surrounding the insertion site. CTCF is a multifunctional protein, conserved from humans to Drosophila. Its role as an enhancer blocker in the Drosophila bithorax complex and its proximal binding to other insulator proteins on Drosophila chromosomes makes it a good candidate for identifying insulator sequences throughout the mosquito genome that may be used to improve mosquito transgenesis. Its multi-functionality as a transcription factor and genome organizer also makes CTCF worthy of investigation for an improved understanding of the regulation of the mosquito genome. This study uses chromatin immunoprecipitation with an An. gambiae CTCF antibody followed by Illumina deep sequencing (ChIP-Seq) to identify regions of CTCF binding throughout the An. gambiae genome. A subset of the CTCF binding site peaks was validated using ChIP-PCR. Another subset of this data set, including the ChIP-PCR validated peaks, was input into the motif finding tool, AlignACE, in order to identify a CTCF binding site consensus. Four motifs were identified, none of which were found in more than 11.9% of the ChIP-Seq data set. These results lead us to conclude that An. gambiae CTCF binds to a wider variety of sequences compared to Drosophila CTCF. This work also includes a comparison of the expression profiles of the dipteran insulator proteins, Su(Hw) and CP190, with that of CTCF across multiple life stages in Ae. aegypti. The results of this study suggest the possibility of genomic colocalization, as has been recently discovered in Drosophila. The identification of CTCF binding site peaks throughout the An. gambiae genome provides a large data set of potential insulator sequences that may be used to improve mosquito transgenesis, and provide a new model for the study of CTCF function in a species with medical significance.

The objective of this master’s paper is to study the influence of public relations to the image of Šiauliai secondary schools. The analyses of literature dealing with the public relations in the management of educational organizations, the particularity and meaning of the image of educational organization have been carried out. The survey and the analyses of schools’ websites have been carried out. Parents of the pupils from Siauliai secondary schools and teachers took part in the survey. Purposeful developing of public relations influences the formation of image of Siauliai secondary schools. The choice of school is determined by the consumers – parents and pupils – therefore the image of secondary school is very important. In majority of schools public relations are still believed to be of minor importance, the attention to which is paid only when there are extra resources and time.

Sprendėme tiesinį dinaminę sistemą su valdomomis pradinėmis sąlygomis. Šio uždavinio sprendimas susiveda į valdymo funkcijos persijungimo taškų suradimą. O valdymo funkcija, remiantis Pontriagino principu, buvo ieškojama gabalais pastovių funkcijų klasėje. Iš pateiktų skaičiavimų ir rezultatų galima daryti išvadą, kad persijungimo taškų vieta intervale (santykis su intervalo ilgiu) priklauso nuo intervalo ilgio, pasirinktų kraštinių apribojimų, pradinių valdomų sąlygų, bet visiškai nepriklauso nuo intervalo suskaidymo žingsnio. Bet, pakeitus kraštines sąlygas iš nelygybių į lygybes, gauname, kad persijungimo taškų vieta intervale lieka pastovi santykiškai intervalo ilgiui. Darbe palyginta Simplekso ir adaptyvinio metodų efektyvumas, sprendžiant tiesines dinamines sistemas su valdomomis kraštinėmis sąlygomis. Galima daryti išvadą, kad adaptyvinis metodas yra efektyvesnis. Tai galima paaiškinti tuo, kad sprendžiant tiesinio programavimo uždavinį adaptyviu metodu nebūtina jį susivesti į kanoninį tiesinio programavimo uždavinį. Dėl šios priežasties sumažėja duomenų struktūros ir išlaikoma pradinė informacija apie modelį. / 8. Summary (Linear dynamic system optimisation with guided initial conditions) The linear dinamic operating problem with guided initial conditions was solved. The solution of this problem consists of finding the guided function of switching points. Guiding function, according principle of Pontragin, was searched in uniform functions class by piecemeal. The conclusion can be drawn from results and showed calculations that the place in interval of switching points depends on the length of interval, chosen marginal confines, initial guided conditions, but does not depend at all on the step of interval separation. But if we change marginal conditions from inequality to equality, we will see that the place of switched points in the interval does not depend on the length of interval. There were compared the efficiency of Simplex method and adapted method in solving linear dynamic systems with guided marginal conditions. So, we can draw the conclusion that the adapted method is much more effective than Simplex one. This can be explained by a fact that when you solve linear programming problem by adapted method it is not necessary to transform it into canonic linear programming problem. That’s why the structure of data decreases and the initial information about the model is kept.

Darbuotojų reagavimo į neigiamą informaciją apie jų organizaciją ypatumai Santrauka Šiuolaikinės organizacijos daug jėgų ir laiko skiria savo įvaizdžio formavimui, kuris yra vienas iš nematerialių išteklių, joms galintis suteikti konkurencinį pranašumą. Caillouet ir Allen (1996) teigia, kad darbuotojai, būdami neoficialiais organizacijos atstovais, neoficialių pokalbių savo aplinkoje metu, perduoda tam tikrą informaciją visuomenei, kuri gali įtakoti organizacijos įvaizdį. Reputacijos krizių, nuo kurių neapsaugota nė viena organizacija, metu, organizacijoms ypač svarbu valdyti informaciją, patenkančią į aplinką. Socialinės identifikacijos ir atsakomybės dėl asociacijos teorijos paaiškina, kodėl darbuotojai yra motyvuoti paaiškinti jų organizacijos veiksmus ir apginti ją. Caillouet and Allen (1996) claim that employees are unofficial representatives of the organizations who by unofficial conversations in their environment communicate certain information, which can influence organization’s image in their community. During reputation crisis, which can happen to any organization it is essentially, important that organization would control the information about itself, spreading in it’s environment. Theories of social identification and responsibility through global association explain why employees are motivated to explain the actions of their organization and to defend it. Based on the fact that because of organizational identification employees perceive organizational critics as personal (Ashforth and Mael, 1989), the assumption that employees use ego defense mechanisms when react to negative information about the organization is followed in this work.
