The main task of the master thesis is the applicaton of the SWOT analysis in personnel planning for Children and Youth Centre and Leisure Centre in Pardubice region. Theoretical part is focused on definiton of HR planning notion including development phases. In the work, more details of HR planning in the market environment and in schools and educational organizations are discussed. Thoretical part of the work is also focused on SWOT analysis, development of the method, realization, utilization of the method, advantages and disadvantages of the method and the use of the method in the school environment. In the practical part of the thesis quantitative and qualitative research method is applied to achieve the goals of the research. Results of both methods are presented including their evaluation. Title: Management of the project Jr. NBA League 2016 Objectives: The main aim of this master thesis is to elaborate a detailed analysis of the Jr. NBA League 2016 management, point out its strengths and weaknesses, potential opportunities and threats, and according to these discoveries to make a list of proposals and recommendations leading to a removing the weaknesses, an elimination of potential threats and thus to a complete development, an increasing of attractiveness and improvement of an organization of the next Jr. NBA League seasons. Methods: To achieve the aims of this master thesis were used methods of a case study, a semi-structured interview, participating observations, a document's analysis and a SWOT analysis. Results: The master thesis describes the process of this, above mentioned, sports project for children. A part of this thesis is focused on all periods necessary to organization of this type of event. Thanks to the case study were discovered many imperfections e.g. financial and communication problems. Because of these discoveries were, by the author of the thesis, proposed 8 detailed drafts to improve this project. These drafts can be also used for other similar projects. This thesis objectively assess the economic viability of the newly established startup that aims to become the leading expert on the domestic market in the field of consulting cryptocurrency issues. The aim of this work is to build a business plan, which also includes marketing research, together with the financial plan. An introductory part contains of theoretical framework of the cryptocurrency issues with an analysis of the economic impact on the Czech market. The theoretical part of the thesis is enriched with the necessary methodological basics for writing the business plan. In the practical part of this thesis is to find a business plan aimed at assessing the business model of the startup conducting the methods for the analysis of demand and by analyzing of market potential.

In my diploma thesis "Positioning of selected product" I focused on analysis of the positioning of the product CEWE photobook from Fotolab on the Czech market in the context of its competition. The theoretical part explains the concept of marketing, marketing mix 7P, SWOT analysis, positioning, brand and quantitative and qualitative research. The practical part presents the company Fotolab and its three main competitors in the market. In this part, all companies are compared on an extended marketing mix 7P. The Fotolab company is evaluated in the context of a SWOT analysis. The practical part is based on questionnaires and individual interviews, from which the recommendations will come for the company in the conclusion.

The master thesis deals with the economic analysis of the company EYELEVEL s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate economic situation of the company, to identify threats and opportunities that arise from its surrounding. On the basis of the conclusion strengths and weaknesses of the company are formulated with the recommendation in order to improve their current situation. The thesis is split into two parts, theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part defines theoretical and methodological starting points. The principles and basic terms of the particular methods of financial analysis and the strategic analysis of the company´s surrounding were mentioned there as well. The company EYELEVEL s.r.o is for the first time introduced in the practical part. Then PEST analysis, PORTER analysis and financial analysis, the main concern of the thesis, are followed. All the results are summarize in the conclusion.

The aim of this thesis is (i) the introduction of the small company Gentech, s. r. o., which operates in building industry, (ii) the assessment of its current activities, (iii) the internal analysis of the firm, (iv) the analysis of the firm's industry and (v) the external macroenvironment (PEST) analysis. The internal analysis identified the firm's strengths and weaknesses and the external analysis revealed opportunities and threats. A profile of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats were generated by means of a SWOT analysis. An industry analysis was performed using a framework developer by M. E. Porter known as Porter's five forces. On the bases of the information from the environmental scan, they were outlined possibility options for the firm strategy which should be necessary for this small company to survive and prosper.

This diploma thesis is focused on implementation of regional policy in the Czech Republic and Poland. The theoretical part deals with regional policy in general, its definition, motives and used instruments. It is also described its implementation in the Czech Republic and Poland, namely institutional framework, documents in this sphere. This work also contains a description of basic disparities in both states and unemployment trend and trend of regional domestic produkt per inhabitant in regions NUTS II. It is also briefly described how these two states draw the support from structural funds. The last part compares the implementation of regional policy in the Czech Republic and Poland and contains a SWOT analysis.
