The aim of this thesis is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the field of processing milk and dairy production in the Czech Republic using strategic and financial analysis. In strategic analysis is an analysis of the external environment and internal analysis of resources and capacity of the company is replaced by a financial analysis of selected companies. A part of this thesis is the comparison among the largest competitors in the market. In the conclusion there are summarized all the lessons learned and there are evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of analyzed field and given opportunities and threats.

The main objective of this thesis is to execute a marketing audit of IMI Hydronic Engineering at the Czech market in order to identify problem areas and opportunities, define key performance indicators (KPI) and follow recommended procedures to improve marketing performance of this company and increase the efficiency of the company as a whole. Marketing audit is a comprehensive analysis of the company and its surroundings, which does not contain only simple analysis of the current situation of the company but also the draft measure. Marketing audit in this thesis is carried out based on the methodology described in the theoretical part and consists of the analyses of six interrelated parts. The first part of the audit (audit of marketing environment) analyzes the external environment of IMI Hydronic Engineering realized through PESTLE analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. The following five sections are focusing on internal environmental audit of this company. These parts of the audit are: audit of marketing strategy, audit of marketing, audit of marketing systems, audit of marketing productivity and audit of marketing functions. The results are summarized in complex SWOT analysis. Recommendations, proposals for amendments, strategies, objectives and KPIs are listed in the conclusion.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to prepare a business plan of a new cafe. On the basis of results of the business plan it will be decided whether the project is viable and the investment is profitable. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of an explanation of basic concepts associated with entrepreneurship, an explanation of steps leading to set up new business and a characteristic of key parts of the business plan. In the practical part various analytical methods are undertaken, for example, PESTEL analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, competitor analysis and customer analysis. The financial plan includes, among others, calculation of financial ratios or investment evaluation techniques. The information acquired from the all parts of the business plan is summarized in the SWOT analysis.

The aim of this thesis is to compose a business plan for a new café in the centre of Prague and asses the feasibility of such intent. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first one focuses on legislation for gastronomy in the Czech Republic. The second one describes the process of making a business plan and gives a sense of the motives behind it. The third chapter is dedicated to coffee and its position in business and society. The fourth chapter is practically oriented. Findings from the previous chapter are used employed in making of a realistic business plan for this specific café. Included is an analysis of a marketing research carried out specially for this thesis.

The aim of this Master thesis is to analyze investment environment of the Russian Federation by focusing on foreign direct investment in the selected countries of BRICS cluster. First chapter is dedicated to the theoretical definition of the investment climate, observation methods such as PESTEL and SWOT analysis, indexes of the multinational organisation (Global Competitivness Index, Ease of Doing Business a Index of Economic Freedom). This chapter also defines investment incentives and foreign direct investment together with typology of this two terms. Second chapter focuses on the Russian investment policy especially on legislative and administrative investment regulation. Last part of this chapter focuses on development of special economic zones, which parcipate in alocation of the foreign direct investment in Russia the most. At the end of this thesis there are strenghts and weaknesses of the russian investment environment together with opportunities and threats described.

The theoretical part presents basic concepts of strategic management, further methods used for strategic situational analysis and technique for evaluation and selection of the strategy. In practical part, described methods are applied to the selected company, in this case to the elementary school.
