The aim of this diploma work is to create a marketing campaign of TA Hydronics product operating in the B2B market. The theoretical part will deal with the first characteristic of the concept of communication, followed by analysis of the current situation of the company, marketing and communication mix, which is diffused by new trends in communication. Next section will follow the implementation and monitoring phase. There is a characteristic of TA Hydronics at the practical part. A further part will focus on the marketing campaign proposal, with the transition to marketing situational analysis, including analysis of the internal and external environment.There is a control stage at the end of this work.

The main objective of this Diploma Thesis is to evaluate economic performance of the company TOS VARNSDORF a.s. during the period 2008 -- 2013. The theoretical section provides a general definition of the methods of economic analysis especially those used for strategic and financial analysis. The practical part includes a basic description of the company and application of methods introduced in theoretical section, notably the PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, ratio analysis including economic value added and prediction models.

This thesis is focused on E.ON Group, one of the biggest provider of electricity and natural gas in the Czech republic. The E.ON Group will be compared with other competitive suppliers in customer service area. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the suitability of services in mentioned area. This comparison should result in creating new solutions and possibly new services provided by E.ON Group. The theoretical part will contain basis applicable in real world, such as situational analysis, segmentation, and other elements necessary for a deeper insight into the E.ON Group. Finally these elements will be applied to the actual market situation in the practical part of this thesis.

The Diploma Thesis focuses on analysis of major ASEAN countries in order to identify the market potential for Czech exporters. The author firstly introduces the Czech national export support scheme and ASEAN association as a whole. Afterwards he uses PEST and SWOT methods to analyze main countries and cultural dimensions according to G.Hofstede to describe possible behaviour of potential business partners. Moreover, the author takes a closer look at Vietnam, as the only ASEAN country in the priority list of Czech export strategy 2020. The last chapter of the Thesis compares major ASEAN countries based on a model created by the author and recommends main solutions to increase Czech export to the region.

The aim of this thesis is to make a strategic analysis of the company OLIVIER FOOD s.r.o. using selected methods and tools, to reveal its strengths and weaknesses and to propose a strategy to improve the situation in the company.

The goal of the thesis is to provide an economic analysis of Klubíčko Beroun, o.p.s. To be successful, a nongovernmental organizations have to plan with a good strategy and analyze both outer and inner environments. The NGOs receive finances mostly from donors and have to be responsible for using them efficiently. Therefore, NGOs should not undervalue the economic aspect of their activities and should pay attention to the financial indicators. In my work, I focus on the analysis of the strategy and on the financial analysis. The thesis consists of two parts: the theoretical-methodological part, and the analytical part. In the first part, the basic theoretical apparatus is introduced, and it is consequently used in the second part. The results of the analysis of the strategy and the financial analysis serve as a basis for the SWOT analysis and for the formulation of the strategy for Klubíčko Beroun, o.p.s.

The thesis "Use of tools and methods of management accounting in formulation and implementation of a project company's strategy" describes the tools and methods of managerial accounting which project-oriented companies should use in strategy formulation and its subsequent implementation. The theoretical part focuses on the description of methods and tools of strategic management and the ways to implement them. Practical part applies the defined methodical processes to a project-oriented company VPÚ DECO PRAHA a. s. To this company, I drafted a mission and vision, created a SWOT analysis that served as a basis for Cross-Impact analysis and subsequently produced a Balanced Scorecard model, tailored to its needs. I also calculated the company's target costing.

The rapid growth of universities in the Least Developing Countries (LDCs) is aimed at enhancing access to tertiary education, which has resulted in a sharp increase in the enrolment rate. However, the quantitative increase has been marred with a correspondingly continuous decline in the quality of education. This is attributed to a wide range of limiting factors mainly classified as institutional problems. Some of these problems include a shortage of resources, limited skills and incompetent human capital, lack of ICT infrastructure, and the ineffective use of existing ICT resources. These problems and others have adversely affected how national education and research network can improve research output and quality of education. In this study, a survey, in the form of an exploratory quantitative research design is used. A descriptive non-experimental quantitative approach was also chosen, and a questionnaire was administered to approximately one hundred and seventy-two (172) participants drawn from twenty-nine (29) Ethiopian Public Universities. The results of the analysis show that the study variables namely NREN service for education, EthERNet, electronic device and research output have a significant and positive impact on the Quality of Education (QE) to differing degrees. Also, the study variables such as NREN service for research, high-performance computing, and remote computing facilities indicated that they had a significant and positive impact on Research Output (RO) to differing degrees. The study explored the impact of EthERNet in improving the quality of education and research output by examining the existing network infrastructure and NREN services. The study employed the use of the Actor-Network Theory (ANT) to assess the existing network infrastructure and NREN services to determine that a reliable network can improve the quality of education and research output. Besides, Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to identify the positive and negative factors that impact on the roles, relationships, and formation of quality of education and research output. Furthermore, a three-step design science approach was applied to propose and justify the theoretical framework, which is used as a base to develop a service portfolio and roadmap conceived to design the required NREN service for EthERNet. This research contributed to the body of knowledge by finding the missing link between the quality of education and research outputs. From a theoretical perspective, the research contributed a theoretical framework by developing the construct and their measures that can be used in assessing the adoption and usage of technology. Furthermore, the study contributes to the literature by demonstrating an analytical process which could be used as a guide for future NREN service requirement to improve the quality of education and research output with the existing findings being used as a reference point. / School of Computing / Ph. The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the current situation of the ambulatory information system AMBIS and its components in MEDCENTRUM, s.r.o .. On the basis of the analyzes it proposes appropriate measures to improve the current state of the information system. The proposed changes should bring improvements, simplification of the patient ordering system, clarity and reconciliation of ordering processes and increase the overall security of the Information System.

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of the company Ing. Jiří Povolný AUTOP from several levels. Based on the results of these analyzes, suggests a suitable solution to resolve the current state of the system. Suggested and recommended changes should simplify and speed up processes in the company, as well as ease communication with customers and raise employee awareness of the importance of the security of the information system.
