Master’s thesis considers development of other company business activities with the focus on the profit of the whole plan. The first part of the thesis concentrates on the theoretical recourse for the creation of the business plan, definition of basic procedures making the business plan. The second part of the thesis analyses branch in which the plan will be realized. The third part of the thesis suggests real solution, prediction of sales, profits and recoverability of investment.

The purpose of my master‘s thesis is to open new school within EWTO in Vysočina region, concretely in Žďár nad Sázavou, and consequently spread the influence of EWTO in Czech republic. Part of my thesis is dedicated to determine the best investment option, analyse external environment, define conditions for foundation of a new school, propose convenient pricing policy and compile entrepreneurial plan in order to get mid-term bank loan.

This Master’s Thesis is analyzing the FINO-trade company, relations with it’s branch surroundings and it’s working processes. This master’s thesis deals with analysis of the performance of the company Kraft Foods CR, s. r. o. The theoretical part explains the term performance and describes methods of the measuement. In the next part is outlined the profile of the company and company is evaluated by the EFQM Model, using which are identified weaknesses in the organization and discovered the hidden potentials of the company.

The Master’s thesis deals with the proposal of marketing strategy, which should lead to gain new costumers, maintaining the existing costumers and a higher profits, based ontheoretical knowledge and analysis of contemporary conditions of the company.

The master´s thesis is focused on the analysis of real estate company M&M reality holding, a.s.. The mapping of the analysis focuses on the professional environment using the PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. In the conclusion I propose recommendations that should lead to improve the current situation.

For my thesis I have chosen the analysis of the current state of the company called „Stavební doprava a mechanizace, Praha a. s.” in the area of the economic growth and human resources and its impacts for the customers. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the latest knowledge in this issue, present trends and the explanation of the basic perception. In the practical part of the thesis there is shown the evaluation of the current state of the company and are included suggestions for maintaining the long-term development of the company.

The Master's thesis is focused on analysis of internal and external environment and evaluation of current situation of recently established company Medicomfort, s.r.o.. Proposal for improvement of marketing strategy is constructed, based on discovered information.
