Detta arbete är gjort i utredningssyfte och utredningen är gjord med hjälp av Mäenpää Byggnads Ab. Utredningen tittar närmare på teorin i produktionskalkylen och går igenom hur man skall gå tillväga för att upprätta en produktionskalkyl. Teorin är tagen från litteratur men det har även gjorts intervjuer med Mäenpää byggnads Ab för att se hur de jobbar med ämnet. Utredningen belyser också produktionskalkylens för- och nackdelar. I teorin men även intervjun kan man snabbt se en stor nackdel med produktionskalkylen. Därför tittar utredningen på möjligheter att göra denna produktionskalkyl på ett lite annorlunda sätt än vad teorin säger och på så vis undvika delar av den stora nackdelen. Det blir också tydligt att teorin är mer inriktad mot större företag och större projekt vilket kan göra det svårt för medelstora företag att följa teorin.

Abstract Author: Shahad HassanTitle: The meaning of an ADHD-diagnosis Supervisor: Urlika Järkestig-BerggrenAssessor: Torbjörn Forby The purpose of this study is to show how biographers and chroniclers with an ADHD-diagnosis describe their identity experiences before, during and after diagnosis. The purpose is also to show if these identity experiences can be understood based on deviance and stigma.The result showed that the authors had a negative view of themselves before the diagnose ADHD. The negative views they had come from the environment that negatively affected them. After the diagnosis, the self-image has improved, the authors began to understand themselves much more than before. The results also showed that ADHD- diagnosis gave a confirmation of the identity. Many authors that felt lost said that the diagnosis has led them to being identified. The conclusion of the study is that the authors have different experiences of the diagnosis. Abstract Work and its effect on women’s empowerment and gender equality has been a long, on- going debate since the middle of the 20th century – not at least in development contexts, where women have been recognized to play a crucial role. The discussion has movedfrom only emphasizing women’s participation in the labor market, to also stress the need to recognize and value the unpaid, domestic work that women perform every day. Many feminist scholars have witnessed how the neglecting of housework and childcare has left women with a double burden, since men’s responsibility in the family andhousehold has been rather stagnant. Therefore, by interviewing 17 married, self-employed women in Kampala, Uganda, this study explores women’s reasons andexperiences of organizing reproductive and productive labor, and their solutions for balancing the two working domains. Many scholars draw upon norms, attitudes and traditions, when explaining the gendered division of labor. This study shall argue too that it is indeed gender stereotypical perceptions that maintain the gendered patterns of reproductive labor. However, the results also point to a material, income-related dimension of gender equality – in a context where income is often a determinant of thewoman’s workload within the household.
