Syfte: Denna studie syftar till att öka förståelsen för hur ett nytt företag kan påbörja sin marknadsföring i sociala medier samt bidra till innovationsspridning. Sociala medier är något som på senare tid har växt kraftigt och potentialen för företags marknadsföring är stora. Metod: Vår studie utgår från en abduktiv kvalitativ metod. Empiriska data har samlats in genom ostrukturerade intervjuer som sedan har analyserats. Resultat och slutsats: Hotellindustrin i Gävle upplever idag en hård konkurrens. Flera hotell konkurrerar om samma antal kunder som tidigare. Detta ställer stora krav på att hotellen skapar en unik upplevelse som får kunder att återkomma. Genom att Elite Grand Hotel är nystartat i Gävle är det svårt i dagsläget att se ett konkret resultat av deras ansträngningar att differentiera sig. Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Då Elite Grand Hotel är nystartat finns det stora möjligheter till fortsatt forskning. Vi anser att en undersökning av genomslagskraften i olika sociala medier beroende på segment kan vara värt att vidare studera. Detta för att se hur en optimering marknadsföringen för den valda målgruppen skulle kunna gå till.   Vidare anser vi att en studie av företags relationsbyggande genom sin marknadsföring är intressant. Detta eftersom vår studie visar att relationer har stor betydelse inom upplevelsindustrin, samt att relationer har en stor inverkan på hur vi som individer reagerar på positiv och negativ information gällande företag vi är lojala mot. Studiens bidrag: Ge företag en möjlighet att upptäcka nya kanaler att marknadsföra sig i samt motivera företag som känner en osäkerhet mot sociala medier samt en innovationsspridning om koncepten. / Aim: This paper aims to increase the understanding of how a new company can initiate their marketing in social media and to spread the innovation. Social media is something that lately has grown rapidly and the potential for marketing is great. Method: The paper uses an abductive qualitative method. Empirical data were collected through unstructured interviews, which were then analyzed. The theory is divided according to the marketing mix with the seven p´s and classical marketing theories. Result and Conclusions: The hotel-industry in Gävle is currently experiencing though competition. Several hotels are competing for the same customers. This demands that the hotels create a unique experience that makes the customer return. Because Elite Grand Hotel just recently opened in Gävle makes it difficult to see a concrete result of their efforts in differentiating themself. Suggestions for future research: Because Elite Grand Hotel is newly established, there are great opportunities for further research. We believe that an examination of the impact of various social media depending on the segment may be worth further study. This is to see how an optimization for the selected target group could work. Furthermore, we believe that a study of corporate relationship building through its marketing is interesting. This is because our study shows that relationships are important in experience economy, and that relationships have a big impact on how we as individuals react to positive and negative information regarding the company we are loyal to. Contribution of the thesis: Give businesses an opportunity to discover new marketing channels and motivate business that feel uncertain about social media and spreading the innovation around the concepts.

La partition de "Sept, ils sont sept" pour ténor solo, chœur et orchestre ayant été imprimée en Russie en 1922 sans l'accord du compositeur, la question de l'authenticité du texte musical de cette œuvre, méconnue et néanmoins l'une les plus chères à Prokofiev, est fondamentale. L'origine de l'incantation mésopotamienne transcrite par le poète Constantin Balmont, à partir de laquelle Prokofiev rédigea le texte mis en musique, a pu être retracée en confrontant les ouvrages du poète aux écrits du compositeur. Des liens ignorés jusqu'à présent ont ainsi pu être tissés, et les rôles successifs joués par chacun dans la constitution du texte final clairement établis. Les recherches menées à la lumière documents inédits ont permis d'établir l'histoire de la genèse de cette œuvre et de comprendre dans quelles conditions la 1ère édition fut réalisée, à partir d'un manuscrit autographe récemment découvert. Ce sont également quatre traductions françaises réalisées en vue de la création qui ont été retrouvées, et dont l'étude comparée a permis d'établir le rôle primordial joué par Prokofiev dans ce processus. Lors de la réalisation de l'édition critique de cette partition, nous avons systématiquement confronté cinq manuscrits inédits, aux trois versions imprimées en 1922 et 1933, en tenant compte de leur histoire, de leur spécificité, et de leur mode de rédaction.En même temps qu'elle représente le premier travail d'édition critique mené sur une œuvre de Prokofiev, cette recherche s'inscrit dans la continuité des publications les plus récentes, afin d'offrir aux interprètes autant qu'aux musicologues une partition claire qui corresponde au mieux à la pensée musicale de Serge Prokofiev. / As the score of "Seven, They Are Seven" for tenor solo, choir and orchestra has been printed in Russia in 1922 without the composer's consent, a basic question is to know whether the musical text of this work, neglected and yet one of Prokofiev's dearest, is authentic.The origin of the Mesopotamian incantation transcribed by the poet Constantin Balmont, from which Prokofiev drafted the text finally put in music, was recalled by comparing at once the works of Balmont to the composer's writings.Previously unknown connections could thus be weaved, and the successive roles played by each in the constitution of the final text were clearly established. Research conducted in light of unpublished documents made possible to trace the origins of this work and to understand the conditions in which the 1st edition had been made, from a recently discovered autograph manuscript.Also, four rediscovered French translations made for this work's creation confirmed in a comparative study the key role played by the composer in this process. By taking into account their history, their specificity, and how they were drawn up, we systematically compared, for the realization of the critical edition of this score, three complete manuscripts as well as a vocal score and an annotated edition completed by a manuscript, all unpublished, to the three versions printed in 1922 and 1933. Representing the first critical edition of a work by Prokofiev, this research fits in line with the most recent publications, in order to provide interpreters as well as musicologists a clear score which agrees, at best, to the musical thought of Sergey Prokofiev.

Onder natuurlike groeitoestande ontwikkel die seweweeksvaring slegs beperkte hoeveelhede sori op blare, terwyl groot hoeveelhede sori ontwikkel wanneer die varing onder skadunet verbou word. Die teenwoordigheid van oormatige sori lei tot bemarkingsprobleme. Die navorsing is op die perseel van Bergland Tuine kwekery te Krugersdorp uitgevoer om die invloed van etefon, paklobutrasool (PP333), gibberelliensuur (GA3) , sitokiniene en verskillende skaduvlakke op sorivoorkoms en grootte van seweweeksvaringblare te bepaal. Behandeling van PP333 teen 500 mg dm-3 of met etefon teen 144 en 480 mg dm-3 in die blaarknopstadium het die getal sori by volwassenheid van blare betekenisvol verlaag. PP333-behandelings teen 1 000 en 1 500 mg dm-3 in die blaarknopstadium het die sori by volwassenheid van blare hoogs betekenisvol verlaag. Bespuitings met behandelings GA3 teen 57,6 mg dm-3 of sitokiniene teen 0,00062 en 0,0155 mg dm-3 op die blaarknopstadium het tot 'n betekenisvolle verhoging van sori op volwasse blare gelei. PP333 of etefon beinvloed nie die blaargrootte van volwasse blare wat in die jongblaar-, oopgevoudeblaar- en blaarknopstadium behandel is nie. Blare van al drie blaarstadia wat met sitokiniene of GA3 behandel is, was by volwassenheid nie-betekenisvol groter. Die 70% skadunet met bykomstige swartplastiekstroke in 'n noordsuidrigting onderaan gespan het die getal sori op blare verlaag en die blaaroppervlakte betekenisvol vergroot. Faktore soos seisoenale variasie, oesfrekwensie, plantdigtheid, grondvogstatus, waterkwaliteit, peste en plae was nie by hierdie ondersoek ingesluit nie en behoort ondersoek te word. ENGLISH: Rumohra adiantiformis (0. Forst.) Ching, the seven-weeks or knysna fern is a relatively new floral greenery of increasing importance. In its natural habitat the seven-weeks fern produces small numbers of sori on leaves, while commercially cultivated ferns under shade produce large numbers. The presence of excessive numbers of sori have a detrimental influence on the market value of the product. A trial was conducted on the premises of Bergland Tuine nursery in Krugersdorp to determine the effect of ethephon, paclobutrazol (PP333), gibberellic acid (GA3), cytokinins and different shade levels on the presence of sori and size of seven-weeks fern leaves. Leaves treated in the leafbud stage with PP333 at 500 mg dm-3 or ethephon at 144 and 480 mg dm-3 significantly reduced the number of sori on the leaves at maturity. Highly significant reduction of sori on mature leaves were found when PP333 was applied at I 000 and 1 500 mg dm-3 on the leaves in the leafbud stage. Sori numbers on mature leaves significantly increased after treatment of bud stage leaves with GA3 at 57,6 mg dm-3 or cytokinins at 0,00062 and 0,0155 mg dm-3. The leaf size of mature leaves was not influenced when PP333 or ethephon was applied on the leaves at the young leaf, unfolded leaf and leafbud stage. Leaves in all three leaf stages treated with cytokinins or GA3 showed a non-significant increase in leaf size at maturity. The 70% shade net with additional black plastic strips suspended underneath the net in a north-south direction, reduced the number of sori on the leaves and increased the leaf area significantly. Fertility lies at the heart of Life: it re-invigorates and regenerates. It is one of the most intimate areas of human existence. Worldwide, infertility is on the increase. However, advances in biomedical technologies, such as in vitro fertilisation (IVF) give hope to those who are suffering from infertility. At the same time it brings the question of moral responsibility into focus. The availability of donor sperm and eggs, coupled with greater recognition of the rights of lesbians and gays to become parents either by adoption, utilising donor material, or openly exercising their rights as already existing parents, have complicated previous more conservative understandings of what ‘family’ means. The epistemological point of departure of this research is described in Chapter 3 and is positioned within postfoundational practical theology, with an emphasis on critical emancipative feminism. The underlying research methodology is the narrative approach, embedded in social constructionism. The research explores the narratives of four couples. These co-researchers, affected by infertility and childlessness, share their stories of surrogacy, secondary infertility, gay parenting and miscarriage that are presented in Chapters 4 to 7. In Chapter 2 the researcher includes her story as someone living with infertility. Particular attention was paid to understand and develop insights concerning preferred lives of fruitfulness in spite of infertility and childlessness. The explored narratives revealed varying discourses that are introduced through out the thesis, but are specifically integrated in Chapter 8.
