This research will try to further explore this relation. We will take the theme of art in Nietzsche's philosophy, in a broad sense, as a guide and launch the challenges of getting lost in the multiplicity of his topics when the relevance of art seems to capsize in his writings. Thus, the central point involved in this research is the investigation of the art status, in your broad sense, in Nietzschean thought on his works The Birth of Tragedy (1872), Human, All Too Human (1878) and The Gay Science (1882). For this purpose, first we will carefully analyze the influence of art in the thought of the young Nietzsche. Thus, we will treat the Apollonian-Dionysian union, the experience of the tragic propitiated by such a union and how it is interfered on metaphysical conceptions. Later, we will treat metaphysics depuration undertaken by Nietzsche on his work Human, All Too Human, in which the thinker seeks the anti-dogmatism and the rigor of the scientific stance as the antidotes to the romanticism and idealism that his philosophy was subjected in his inaugural stage. At this stage of the research we will see how the philosopher attenuated the importance of art in his writings. In an effort to keep the connecting thread of the art as a guide, we will explore the conceptions of art present, often covertly, on the work The Gay Science. Therein the art seems to return with new vigor, and even remote from the metaphysical conceptions, which guaranteed him support, art resurfaces with more depth than the thought of the young Nietzsche. On this resurgence we can associate the knowledge with the living (Erlebnis) and the self creation. About living (Erlebnis) we will explore the singularity inherent in it due to the several and peculiar power arrangements of existence. Finally, we will approach the topic of vis creativa (creative power), a term coined by Nietzsche and little explored that seems to lose its most own brilliance at the strength of will to power conceptions. The themes of Nietzsche's illness and loss of self (Selbstlostsigkeit) are also treated. / Muito se fala acerca do quanto a filosofia nietzschiana está relacionada ao tema da arte. Nesta pesquisa tentaremos explorar mais a fundo essa relação. Tomaremos o tema da arte na filosofia nietzschiana, num sentido ampliado, como fio condutor e nos lançaremos aos desafios de perder-se em sua multiplicidade temática quando a relevância da arte parece soçobrar em seus escritos. Assim, o ponto central envolvido nesta pesquisa é a investigação acerca do estatuto da arte, em seu sentido ampliado, no pensamento nietzschiano presente nas obras O Nascimento da Tragédia (1872), Humano, Demasiado Humano (1878) e A Gaia Ciência (1882). Para tal intento, primeiramente analisaremos detidamente a influência da arte no pensamento do jovem Nietzsche. Desse modo, trataremos da união apolíneo-dionisíaca, da experiência trágica propiciada por tal união e de como ela está imiscuída a concepções metafísicas. Posteriormente, trataremos da depuração metafísica empreendida por Nietzsche na obra Humano, Demasiado Humano, na qual o pensador busca no antidogmatismo e no rigor da postura científica o antídoto para o romantismo e idealismo a que sua filosofia esteve sujeita em sua fase inaugural. Nessa etapa da pesquisa veremos o quanto o filósofo atenuou a importância da arte em seus escritos. Num esforço por manter o fio condutor, exploraremos as concepções de arte presentes, muitas vezes de forma velada, na obra A Gaia Ciência. Ali a arte parece retornar com novo viço, e, mesmo que afastada das concepções metafísicas, que lhe garantiam sustentação, a arte ressurge com tanta, senão com mais profundidade do que no pensamento do jovem Nietzsche. Nesse ressurgimento pudemos associar o conhecimento à vivência (Erlebnis) e à criação de si. Acerca da vivência (Erlebnis), exploraremos a singularidade a ela inerente devido às diversas e peculiares disposições de forças da existência. Por fim, abordaremos o tema da vis creativa (potência criadora), termo cunhado por Nietzsche e pouco explorado já que parece perder seu brilho mais próprio ante a força das concepções sobre vontade de potência. Também são abordados os temas da enfermidade de Nietzsche e da perda de si (Selbstlostsigkeit).

A integralidade do cuidado na Estratégia Saúde da Família -  um aporte para uma anamnese ampliada / Comprehensiveness in health care in the Family Health Strategy - a contribution to a larger history

A Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) nem sempre contempla a integralidade, apesar deste ser um princípio estruturante do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), nas definições da Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) e da legislação brasileira que ampliam o conceito de saúde, atribuindo ao processo saúde/doença as influências das determinações sociais. As profissões da saúde ainda funcionam com abordagem reducionista. Infelizmente, conceitos, definições e legislação não são suficientes para conscientizar e tão pouco transformar as práticas de saúde. Esse trabalho propõe a elaboração de um questionário anamnetico ampliado focada em pacientes poliqueixosos, baseada na teoria de Fernando González Rey o que significa trabalhar com o enfoque histórico-cultural e subjetividade, portanto mais humanizado, a fim de experimentar outros modos de intervir no processo saúde/doença e romper sua abordagem fragmentada positivista visando contribuir para uma melhora na relação profissional/usuário na ESF. Para testar a efetividade do questionário, foi realizado um piloto que indicou ser importante para se alcançar os objetivos esperados, a necessidade da capacitação da equipe e a alteração nos processos de trabalho encontrados atualmente na ESF. / The Family Health Strategy (FHS) does not always include comprehensiveness, although this is a structuring principle of the Unified Health System (SUS), the definitions of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Brazilian law that expand the concept of health, assigning the health / disease process influences the social determinants. The health professions still work with reductionist approach. Unfortunately, concepts, definitions and laws are not enough to raise awareness and so little change health practices. This paper proposes development of an expanded Anamnesis questionnaire focused on many complaints patients, based on Fernando González Rey theory which means working with the historical-cultural approach and subjectivity therefore more human, in order to experience other ways of intervening in the health / disease and break its positivist piecemeal approach to contribute to an improvement in the professional / user in the FHS. To test the effectiveness of the questionnaire, a pilot test was performed which indicated it is important to train the staff in order to achieve the expected goals, as well as a transformation in the work processes found in the FHS.

Essa conjectura foi proposta por Roger Penrose em 1969, e diz que singularidades resultantes de colapso gravitacional de matéria fisicamente razoável estão sempre envolvidas por um horizonte de eventos, ou seja, escondidas de um observador externo. Apesar de muitas evidências a favor dessa conjectura, ela nunca foi provada. Nossa meta é analisar se essa conjectura pode ser violada classicamente sob especificas circunstâncias. Começaremos com uma introdução ao assunto, apresentando os conceitos que nos serão úteis ao longo de nosso trabalho. Depois investigaremos os trabalhos anteriores na área, que visaram destruir o horizonte de eventos de um buraco negro, criando assim uma singularidade nua (visível), e consequentemente violando a conjectura. Por fim, apresentaremos nossos resultados, que podem ser divididos em duas partes: (i) generalização dos casos clássicos obtidos anteriormente, e demonstração, sob dadas condições, da violação da conjectura para um buraco negro de Kerr-Newman e (ii) análise da validade da conjectura para um buraco negro com cinco dimensões em um espaço-tempo assintoticamente AdS, dando assim uma contribuição para a correspondência AdS/CFT / Abstract: The aim of this work is to test the Weak Cosmic Censorship Conjecture in black holes. This conjecture was proposed by Roger Penrose in 1969, and it states that singularities arising from the gravitational collapse of physically reasonable matter are always involved by an event horizon, i.e., they are hidden from an external observer. Despite so much evidence in favor of this conjecture, it has never been proven. Our aim is to analyze if this conjecture can be violated classically under specific circumstances. We will start with an introduction to the subject, presenting the concepts that will be useful throughout the work. After that, we will investigate the previous studies in the field that tried to destroy the event horizon of a black hole, creating a naked (visible) singularity, and hence violating the conjecture. Lastly, we will present our results, which may be divided in two parts: (i) generalization of the classic cases previously obtained, and demonstration, under specific conditions, of the violation of the conjecture in a spacetime with a Kerr-Newman black hole and (ii) study of the validity of this conjecture with a five-dimensional rotating black hole in a asymptotically AdS spacetime, making a contribution to the AdS/CFT correspondence / Doutorado / Física / Doutor em Ciências

L’objet de cette thèse est l’étude du problème Δ 2uω = fω avec les conditions aux limites Uω = Δ uω = 0, le second membre étant supposé dépendre continûment de ω dans L2(ω), où ω = {(r, θ); 0 < r < 1, 0 < θ < ω} , 0 < ω ≤ π, est une famille de secteurs tronqués du plan. Si ω < π on sait d’après Blum et Rannacher (1980) que la solution de ce problème uω se décompose au voisinage de l’origine en uω = u1,ω + u2,ω + u3,ω, (1) où u1,ω, u2,ω sont les parties singulières de uω et u3,ω la partie régulière. En effet, au voisinage de l’origine u1,ω (resp. u2,ω, u3,ω) est de régularité H1+πω−ǫ (resp. H2+πω−ǫ, H4) pour tout Q > 0, tandis que la solution uπ appartient, au moins au voisinage de l’origine, à l’espace H4(π), où π est le demi-disque supérieur de centre 0 et de rayon r = 1. On voit clairement une résolution de la singularité près de l’angle π dont la description est l’objectif principal de ce travail. There, the second member is assumed to depend smoothly on ω in L2(ω), where ω = {(r, θ); 0 < r < 1, 0 < θ < ω} , 0 < ω ≤ π, is a family of truncated sectors of the plane. If ω < π it is known from Blum et Rannacher (1980) that the solution uω decomposes as uω = u1,ω + u2,ω + u3,ω, (1) where u1,ω, u2,ω are singular and u3,ω is regular. Indeed, near the origin, u1,ω(resp. u2,ω, u3,ω) is of regularity H1+πω−ǫ (resp. H2+πω−ǫ, H4) for every Q > 0, while the solution uπ is, in the neighborhood of the origin again, of regularity H4. One clearly sees a resolution of the singularity near the angle π whose descriptionis the main objective of this work. Meshless method for modeling large deformation with elastoplasticity

Xin / Over the past two decades meshless methods have attracted much attention owing to their advantages in adaptivity, higher degree of solution field continuity, and capability to handle moving boundary and changing geometry. In this work, a meshless integral method based on the regularized boundary integral equation has been developed and applied to two-dimensional linear elasticity and elastoplasticity with small or large deformation. The development of the meshless integral method and its application to two-dimensional linear elasticity is described first. The governing integral equation is obtained from the weak form of elasticity over a local sub-domain, and the moving least-squares approximation is employed for meshless function approximation. This formulation incorporates: a subtraction method for singularity removal in the boundary integral equation, a special numerical integration for the calculation of integrals with weak singularity which further improves accuracy, a collocation method for the imposition of essential boundary conditions, and a method for incorporation of natural boundary conditions in the system governing equation. Next, elastoplastic material behavior with small deformation is introduced into the meshless integral method. The constitutive law is rate-independent flow theory based on von Mises yielding criterion with isotropic hardening. The method is then extended to large deformation plasticity based on Green-Naghdi’s theory using updated Lagrangian description. The Green-Lagrange strain is decomposed into the elastic and plastic part, and the elastoplastic constitutive law is employed that relates the Green-Lagrange strain to the second Piola-Kirchhoff stress. Finally, a pre- and post-processor for the meshless method using node- and pixel-based approach is presented. Numerical results from the meshless integral method agree well with available analytical solutions or finite element results, and the comparisons demonstrate that the meshless integral method is accurate and robust. This research lays the foundation for modeling and simulation of metal cutting processes.

Otimização de estruturas unifilares por programação inteira com restrições de falha

O conteúdo deste trabalho trata da formulação para solução do problema de otimização estrutural com minimização de massa em estruturas unifilares, sujeitas a restrição de tensão, flambagem das barras isoladas e fadiga. São considerados três casos de otimização: paramétrica, de forma e dimensional. Os problemas de singularidades nas restrições de tensão e flambagem são evitados através de uma formulação que faz uso de programação inteira para solução do problema. Outra singularidade encontrada na otimização topológica é a singularidade na matriz de rigidez da estrutura. Este problema foi evitado através de uma formulação que considera a existência de matriz de rigidez regular como restrição do problema. O método de solução utilizado para resolver problema de otimização é o método dos algoritmos genéticos. As restrições do problema são impostas através da penalização da função objetivo. O método de solução mostrou-se adequado para solução dos problemas estudados. A formulação implementada é validada através da solução de problemas clássicos de otimização estrutural. Os resultados obtidos são comparados com a literatura onde verificou-se a coerência dos mesmos. Após realizar a validação, a formulação é utilizada em um estudo que tem como base uma estrutura real: uma torre de queima de gases (flare) oriundos do processo de extração e armazenagem de petróleo em uma unidade flutuante. Para o problema da torre as restrições foram determinadas com base em critérios de falha estabelecido na norma DNV. A otimização do flare permitiu minimizar a massa da estrutura sem que os critérios de falha fossem violados. Verificou-se que a metodologia proposta é adequada para solução com grande número de restrições e com diversos casos de carregamento. / The purpose of this work is the development of a methodology to solve the structural optimization problem of frame structures subject to stress, buckling of isolated members, and fatigue constraints. Three types of structural optimization problems are considered: sizing, shape and topological. The stress and buckling singularity problems are avoided by an integer design variable formulation, using integer programing to obtain the optimization problem solution. Another issue found in optimization problems is the stiffness matrix singularity. The proposed formulations include the linear system stability as a constraint in the optimization problem. A genetic algorithm is used to solve the general optimization problem. All constraints of the problem are included with a penalization equation. The results show that genetic algorithm is a good approach to solve the proposed formulation. The proposed formulation is tested for solving classical optimization problems. The obtained results are consistent with the literature. A real engineering problem is solved with proposed methodology: a gas burning tower (flare). In this problem, all constraints are based on failure criteria recommended by DNV standards. The structural optimization of this problem shows that structural mass minimization is possible without violating the failure criteria. It is observed that solution methodology deals successfully with problems with multiple constraints and load cases

Modélisation compacte du rayonnement d'antennes ULB en champ proche/champ lointain : mise en application en présence d'interface / Compact modeling of ultra wide band antenna near or far-field radiation pattern : implementation close to different interfaces

Les performances des antennes Ultra Large Bande (ULB) les rendent appropriées pour de nombreuses applications. En radar à pénétration de surface (SPR), application visée de cette thèse, une telle bande passante offre un excellent compromis entre capacité de pénétration et résolution spatiale en imagerie micro-ondes. De plus, il a été démontré que la prise en compte du champ rayonné par l'antenne en présence de la surface améliore considérablement la qualité des images obtenues. Cette thèse aborde la problématique de la quantité de données représentant les antennes ULB. En effet, les descripteurs classiques d'antenne ne suffisent pas à caractériser l’évolution en fréquence de leurs performances. Le développement en harmoniques ou vecteurs sphériques est utilisé pour modéliser le diagramme de rayonnement d’antennes tout en réduisant le volume de données. D'autre part, les méthodes d'expansion en singularités modélisent la réponse en fréquence (ou impulsionnelle) de l'antenne par un ensemble de pôles de résonance. Le but de ce travail de thèse est d'établir un modèle compact qui représente avec précision le rayonnement d'antenne, et permette la connaissance du champ à différentes distances. A cette fin, plusieurs combinaisons des méthodes de caractérisation ont été étudiées. L'approche proposée est validée par la modélisation du diagramme de rayonnement simulé et mesuré d'une antenne Vivaldi (ETSA). Le modèle établi fournit le champ rayonné à différentes distances de l'antenne avec une erreur inférieure à 3% avec un taux de compression de 99%. La dernière partie de cette thèse présente une application de l'approche proposée au rayonnement d’antennes en présence d’interfaces / UWB antennas bandwidth makes them highly suitable for a number of applications. In surface penetrating radar (SPR) applications, which is the focus of our research, such a bandwidth range allows good signal penetration ability and fine space resolution for microwave imaging. In addition, it has been shown that the knowledge of the radiated field by the antenna enhances drastically the quality of the resulting images. The work reported in this thesis deals with the problematic of the huge amount of data representing UWB antennas. Indeed, due to the frequency dependence, the classical antenna parameters are not sufficient to characterize this type of antenna. The scalar or vector spherical wave expansion is widely used to expand the radiation pattern of a radiating antenna and permit a high compression data rate. On the other hand, the Singularity Expansion Methods are used in frequency/time domain to model the antenna response by a set of resonant poles. The purpose of this thesis is to establish a compact model representing accurately the antenna radiation characteristics, which also allows to find the field at various distances. To this end, several ways of combining the aforementioned methods have been investigated. The proposed approach is validated by modeling the simulated and measured radiation pattern of an Exponential Tapered Slot Antenna (ETSA) in free space. Furthermore, we verify that the established compact model provide radiated field at different distances from the antenna with a compression of the initial pattern up to 99% and an error below 3%. The thesis describes the study of the rare charged kaon decay K00 e4 on the NA62 experiment at CERN. This decay is interesting from the chiral perturbation theory point of view. In this work the data from 2007 recorded on NA62 ex- perimental setup were analyzed. The measurement of branching ratio for this process normalized to K00 3π decay has been performed. Also the form factor measurement has been done and the cusp singularity has been observed. 1
