With the relationships between histories and memoirs, initially, it problematizes works of local memorialists, news of the press and materials of popularization of the public power, looking for to identify which are the projects and memoirs that are configured while hegemonic in the city. In a second moment working with depositions, it interprets the residents' speeches, looking for to give visibility other histories and memoirs in dispute in the city. It brings for the dialogue the memories and these residents' paths, formulated along the process of constitution of the city. And doing of the city while space of interests and fights. The work appears for as the urban conflicts for the home, for the search of better life conditions, it puts in movement actions unchained by this population that they originate social demands that they belong to the place / O presente trabalho analisa a construção das memórias do Município de Franco da Rocha, situado na Grande São Paulo, sua relação com as representações públicas da cidade, cuja centralidade foi se constituindo a partir do Hospital Psiquiátrico do Juqueri. Problematizando as relações entre histórias e memórias, inicialmente, problematiza obras de memorialistas locais, trabalhos acadêmicos, notícias da imprensa e materiais de divulgação do poder público, buscando identificar, quais são os projetos e memórias que se configuram enquanto hegemônicas na cidade. Num segundo momento trabalhando com depoimentos, interpreta as falas dos moradores, buscando dar visibilidade a outras histórias e memórias em disputa na cidade. Trazendo para o diálogo as lembranças e trajetórias destes moradores, formuladas ao longo do processo de constituição da cidade. Problematiza o fazer-se da cidade enquanto espaço de interesses e lutas. How do they work to solve their problems and to answer the demands along with the institutions that are responsible for the public policies in the district? With the answers to these and other questions, an analysis of the population‟s fights with the support of local social movements will be conducted. It will be done based on the historical-critical perspective of the social movements within the context of social live, through a qualitative approach based on semi=structured interviews applied to people who are close observers of the district‟s reality, and on the analysis of News contents that were published in two newspapers from Aracaju in previous years, especially from 2004 to 2008. In face of the material studied about the News from newspapers and the contents of magazines, it is evident that the local popular movements began as a new way of practicing politics that was characterized by a reproductive practice of the status quo. Numa conjuntura que acumula desgastes às organizações políticas, como sindicatos e partidos políticos, buscamos nas acepções de Lukács elementos sobre a política, ideologia e ―momento ideal‖. Por esse viés, estudamos o marxismo clássico para adentrar na complexa discussão sobre o partido revolucionário, principal meio de universalização das lutas sociais. Com essa base teórica construída, nos voltamos ao movimento da realidade, em especial às manifestações que explodiram no Brasil em junho de 2013. Recuperando elementos objetivos e subjetivos desse ascenso, tentamos minimamente contribuir para o debate sobre a alteração ou não no momento ideal partidário, escolhendo, no caso, o Partido Socialista dos Trabalhadores Unificado (PSTU). Não temos a pretensão de afirmar que foi possível compreender o momento ideal do PSTU, pois para isso seria necessário um estudo muito mais amplo, mas nosso esforço foi no sentido de entender, pela ótica de um partido político de esquerda ativo nas principais lutas sociais do país, seus limites e possibilidades a partir do movimento da realidade. / The purpose of this dissertation is to contribute to political party activists dedicated to the construction of a classless society. In an environment that accumulates wear political organizations such as trade unions and political parties, seek the meanings of Lukács elements of politics, ideology and "ideal time". By this bias, we studied classical Marxism to enter the complex discussion of the revolutionary party, the main means of universal social struggles. With this built theoretical basis, we turn to the movement of reality, especially the demonstrations that erupted in Brazil in June 2013. Recovering objective and subjective elements of this rise, try to minimally contribute to the debate on the amendment or not in ideal party time choosing, in this case, the Unified Socialist Party of Workers (PSTU). We do not pretend to say that it was possible to understand the ideal time of the PSTU, for therefore a much larger study would be needed, but our effort was in order to understand, from the perspective of a political party active in the left main social struggles of country, its limits and possibilities from the reality

It approaches the conceptions that historically influenced the debate about that theme, considering the historical construction of cooperation and cooperativism, associated to the cooperativist movement of the 19th century Europe and its relation with the fight for socialism, based on what identifies the main tendencies of analysis nowadays which orient different conceptions and practices related to cooperation. It points out analysis elements of the MST political organization process in the fight for agrarian reform in Brazil, within the class fight, situating the construction of the agricultural cooperation conception in that movement and the issue involving the relation between agricultural cooperation and the political organization in MST, within the context of the social fights in the country. It presents a reflection about the contribution of agricultural cooperation for the political organization of the rural workers in the MST settlements, facing the agrarian issue, considering the particular experience in Maranhão based in the configuration of agricultural cooperation. In the final considerations, it detaches the difficult task of MST, in the effort to articulate the immediate fight to the mediate one, in the perspective of construction of a new sociability for the rural workers, having as mediation the fight for land and for agrarian reform, in the objective life conditions in the settlements. / Estudo sobre a cooperação agrícola na organização política do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST), mais particularmente as experiências desenvolvidas no estado do Maranhão, sob a orientação da tradição marxista. Aborda as concepções que historicamente influenciaram o debate sobre essa temática, considerando a construção histórica da cooperação e do cooperativismo, associados ao movimento cooperativista do século XIX na Europa e sua relação com a luta pelo socialismo, com base no que identifica as principais tendências de análise, na atualidade, orientadoras de diferentes concepções e práticas acerca da cooperação. Aponta elementos de análise do processo de organização política do MST na luta por reforma agrária no Brasil, no âmbito da luta de classes, situando a construção da concepção de cooperação agrícola nesse movimento e a problemática que envolve a relação entre cooperação agrícola e organização política no MST, no contexto das lutas sociais no país. Apresenta uma reflexão sobre a contribuição da cooperação agrícola para a organização política dos trabalhadores rurais nos assentamentos do MST, no enfrentamento da questão agrária, considerando a experiência particular no Maranhão com base na configuração da cooperação agrícola. Nas considerações finais, ressalta-se a difícil tarefa do MST, no esforço de articular a luta imediata à luta mediata, na perspectiva de construção de uma nova sociabilidade para os trabalhadores rurais, tendo como mediação a luta pela terra e por reforma agrária, nas condições objetivas de vida nos assentamentos.
