Le point de départ de cette recherche est la montée en puissance d'une lisibilité ethnique (notamment via le culturalisme) de la déviance déclinée en figures de la délinquance et de la vulnérabilité. Dans ce cadre, les éducateurs et les agents de sécurité issus des populations minoritaires apparaissent comme plus à même d'intervenir sur des populations considérées comme à "leur image". J’interroge dans ce travail ce lien supposé entre ethnicité,compétences professionnelles et public cible de l'action.Il s’agit d’une enquête par entretiens auprès d'éducateurs et d'agents de sécurité issus de minorités ethnicisées, auxquelles s'ajoutent des observations prolongées sur certains terrains d’enquête. Dans une visée comparative et à partir des parcours biographiques et des relations professionnelles, je mets en évidence les normes de référence qui sont au coeur de la construction identitaire et de la culture professionnelle de chaque groupe et leur influence sur différents processus ou phénomènes comme : le mode de dénomination du public cible, la naturalisation des compétences, la mobilisation de l'ethnicité dans les interactions ou encore les éventuelles manifestations de résistances à des assignations à des rôles spécifiques. Le groupe professionnel comme monde institutionnel et interactionnel modèle ces processus. Au delà des distinctions, il apparaît que dans les deux cas l'enjeu de l’ethnicité se situe sur le terrain de la légitimité et de l'autorité concurrençant ainsi une légitimité de statut professionnel. / Not communicated

STOLETÍ PARISH SOCIAL WORKS IN THE CZECHOSLOVAK CHURCH FROM 1920 - 1955 Autor: Františka Tichá In this work, I pursued the parish social works in the Czechoslovak church from its rise to 1950's. I partially captured an origin of the roots of the Christian church's social works in chapter two. Chapter three describes the rise of the Czechoslovak church and its social works development. The views of some of the Czechoslovak church's theologians on social concerns are captured in chapter four. Chapter five analyzes the social works in three selected parishes. In chapter six, I explained how the Czechoslovak church's teachings were implemented in parishes. Chapter seven discusses the downfall of the social works within the Czechoslovak church after February 1948. In conclusion, I have arrived at an opinion that the social works unions laid out an admirable effort in this field. It is unfortunate that due to the political changes in 1948 the social works unions had to undergo a liquidation.

A investigação partiu da hipótese de que sobre o processo que resultou no fechamento do sindicato incidiram determinações que não poderiam ser explicadas apenas como o esgotamento de um movimento que teve ao longo dos anos 1980 ações de destaque na organização e aproximação da categoria com as lutas dos demais movimentos sociais em curso no país e particularmente no Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Os dados analisados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas, análise dos registros e documentos institucionais arquivados no Sindicato dos Assistentes Sociais do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (SASERJ), arquivos pessoais, acervo do Centro Brasileiro Cooperação Serviços Sociais (CBCISS), acervo do Conselho Regional de Serviço Social do Rio de Janeiro (CRESS), teses, dissertações, trabalhos de conclusão de curso e anais dos congressos da categoria. The investigation began of the hypothesis that on the process that resulted in the closing of the union happened determinations that could not just be explained as the exhaustion of a movement that had along the years 1980 prominence actions in the organization and approach of the category with the fights of other social movements in course in the country and particularly in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The analyzed data were collected through interviews, analysis of the registrations and institutional documents filed in the Syndicate of the Social Works of the State of Rio de Janeiro (SASERJ), personal files, collection of Regional Council OF Social Service of Rio de Janeiro (CRESS), theories, dissertations, works of conclusions course and annals of the Congresses of the category. The reflection on data was established on for considerable bibliography concerning the Brazilian State in the approached period.

The diploma thesis deals with the specific methods of social work with a family during the post-divorce child custody trial. The goal of my thesis is to find out what methods are applied by social workers during their work with families at child custody trial. I stated the research inquiry as follows: what are the barriers identifed by social workers during their work with families undergoing a post-divorce child custody trial? As for the empirical part of the thesis, I adopted the method of qualitative research in the form of partially structured interviews with social workers. The interviewed sample consists of twelve social workers who were at the time engaged in post-divorce child custody trials. Two main critierions were set for selecting the twelve interviewees - the first criterion being that the social workers must be currently working with families during a post-divorce child custody trial, and the second being that all the social workers have been working for an institution for social and legal protection of children for at least one year. The research has brought the following outcomes: the social workers in question mostly adopt the task-oriented approach as well as the anti-oppressive approach. During a conversation with clients the most commonly used method is active listening. With children, it would be the drawing method. On my way to reaching the goal of my thesis I identified a social workers related problem: half the interviewees did not know what methods there are in the field of social work. Most interviewees said that the biggest barrier in their work is the client who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs and also one that is aggressive. The thesis identified some demerits of social workers as well as their seniors, for instance the failing to follow the norms, and could, hopefully help them to realize these flaws and retrieve them in the future.

The aim of the presented work is to present problematic aspects of the work of peer consultants in the field of mental health care, i.e., in psychiatric hospitals, social services and leisure clubs. The theoretical part will present the context from which the position grows and comes- the concept of mental illness and stigmatization of mental illness, as well as the project of deinstituonalization of the mental health care system. The theoretical part of the work is then concluded with an introduction to the position of the peer consultant. In the practical part I deal with the problematic aspects themselves by the means of semi-structured interviews. Aspects such as the scope of work of the peer consultant, experience with colleagues and clients, requirements for the position, the topic of the future and the work procedure and finally also the issue of the legislative anchoring of this position. The world recognizes Toyohiko Kagawa as the St. Francis of Japan. His heart is one of pure love like that of St. Francis, but his battle has not been carried on by means of the sermon in a religious denomination. With a heart of love Kagawa has stood in the streets and would save the lives of the people. This is because he was born in 20th century Japan and not in Italy of the Middle Ages. Fifteen hundred years after the fall of ancient Rome the world once more is about to undergo a mighty change. At this time when a great tide, as it were, is surging up from the broad Pacific a lone Japanese, blessed with keen intuition and deep affection, has come into the world, and is walking in the midst of Japanese society with giant strides. He is a young man, not yet fifty years of age. He has still many years of life on earth. When his saintly journey from village to country, from country to the world, comes to an end, what kind of conditions will he leave behind?

The objective of this study is to examine how professionals approach women that have experienced intimate partner rape. Sexual abuse is an area that has seen an upswing of interest in later years partly thanks to samtyckeslagen (the consent law) and #metoo. At the same time the field is full of misinterpretations and old prejudice that sometimes risks leading to poor professional approach from the professionals. Secondary victimization is an effect of the poor approach that means that the women feel victimized again but by the professionals instead of the perpetrator. Though the area has gained more scientific traction in later years there are still many questions remaining and gaps in knowledge to examine. Through this study we have found that the women continuously experience approaches that makes them feel victimized. We have also found that a lot of the victimization is based in old belief connected to rape myths, the belief that a rape looks a certain way and therefore also that the victim of rape is a certain way. At the same time the women also describe that some professionals have been absolutely essential to their healing. This imbalance in approach is also evident in the earlier research that we have found. Our analysis also found that secondary victimization doesn’t only happen in the meeting between the women and the professionals. The choice of wording in the documentation after the meeting have also proven to be able to wake feelings of both shame and pride with the women. It also became evident that the women that had been exposed to secondary victimization in some cases would go to long lengths to avoid further contact with professionals. This finding means that the secondary victimization risks preventing the authority from helping these women in the future.

Our research, which has a quality character, involved a documental study of archives and materials of the proper College, such as the conceptions about supervision and apprenticeship; about them, we built a dossier trying to capture different ways to think the issue, in the scope of the thoughts of some authors who had treated this question in the Social Work. As our research s main subjects, we established them as the supervisors of FAPSS/SCS, and with them we had developed the focal group, instrument that allowed us to get more knowledge about the practice of supervision and the possible changes that happened in the apprenticeship s field after the new curriculum. We also had done interviews half structuralized with the representatives of the Department of Apprenticeship to learn about the supervision in the professional formation before and during the implantation of the current curriculum. The most substantive change pointed by the supervisors and which was observed in the FAPSS/SCS, it was the introduction of the monthly workshops, that, although those workshops were indicated as important, they are not enough to reach a bigger approach between the College and the apprenticeship s field, because of the limitations e contradictions in the daily dynamics of the institutions where happens the training period. Another aspect that it is not treated in the curriculum, even though it has been emphasized by the supervisors, it is the need of preparation in the moment of graduation to the exercise of the supervision. Still today, there are many issues that keep worrying the professionals in the moment of the apprenticeship s supervision, indicating the needs to also make it priority in the professional formation of social works, always having in mind the articulation between all the subjects involved in this process / O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o processo de supervisão de estágio na formação profissional do assistente social na Faculdade Paulista de Serviço Social de São Caetano do Sul (FAPSS/SCS), a partir da implantação do atual currículo pautado nas diretrizes curriculares propostas pela ABEPSS (Associação Brasileira de Ensino e Pesquisa em Serviço Social) no ano de 1996. Nossa pesquisa, de caráter qualitativo, envolveu um estudo documental, tanto dos arquivos e materiais da própria Faculdade, como das concepções sobre supervisão e estágio; sobre elas, construímos um dossier tentando capturar os diferentes modos de pensar a questão, no âmbito do pensamento de alguns autores que trataram o assunto no Serviço Social. Como sujeitos principais da pesquisa estabelecemos os supervisores da FAPSS/SCS, e com eles desenvolvemos o grupo focal, instrumento que favoreceu a obtenção de maiores conhecimentos sobre a prática da supervisão e as possíveis mudanças que ocorreram no campo de estágio após o novo currículo. Realizamos também, entrevistas semi-estruturadas com as representantes do Departamento de Estágio para apreendermos a supervisão na formação profissional antes e durante a implantação do atual currículo. A mudança substantiva apontada pelas supervisoras e observada na FAPSS/SCS foi a introdução das oficinas mensais, que, embora indicadas como importantes, não são suficientes para imprimir maior aproximação entre Faculdade e campo de estágio devido as limitações e contradições presentes na dinâmica cotidiana das instituições campos de estágio. Outro aspecto que não é tratado no currículo, mas bastante enfatizado pelas supervisoras é a necessidade da preparação formativa para o exercício da supervisão. Ainda hoje são muitas as inquietações que permeiam o exercício da supervisão de estágio, indicando a necessidade de torná-la também prioridade na formação profissional do assistente social, a partir da articulação entre todos os sujeitos envolvidos nesse processo
