Orientador: Ariovaldo Umbelino de Oliveira / Resumo: O estudo dos acampamentos e assentamentos como processo de (re)criação camponesa no Mato Grosso do Sul implicou necessariamente considerar não só as ações resultantes deste processo, mas o significado da luta para seus agentes. Logo lutar pela terra é muito mais que a conquista de um pedaço de chão. A situação conflitiva vivenciada pelos camponeses na busca do retorno a terra é uma luta pela recriação de sua condição de classe sui generis. As evidências históricas desse processo de (re)criação camponesa e o arcabouço teórico-metodológico construído para analisá-lo obedecem ao seguinte encadeamento: Após a Introdução, discutimos, no segundo capítulo, os caminhos teóricometodológicos da pesquisa, essencialmente a importância dos conceitos para o avanço científico. É também nesta perspectiva que se procura compreender a herança filosófica e a sistematização do pensamento geográfico. No terceiro capítulo, apresentamos nossa compreensão das condições de reprodução do campesinato no capitalismo, assumindo o pressuposto de que seu não desaparecimento se faz contraditoriamente como uma relação não-capitalista. Por sua vez, sua (re)criação não pode ser entendida pela unilateralidade do capital; é na luta cotidiana pela terra e na terra que o camponês tem garantido sua permanência no mundo capitalista. Isso posto, partimos para a análise da estruturação do espaço sul-matogrossense, no quarto capítulo, objetivando entender como se deu o cercamento das terras do Estado e o bloqueio histórico à terra de trabalho. Neste sentido, especial atenção é dada à gênese da luta pela terra nos campos sul-mato-grossenses, no intuito de registrar que se nosso passado e presente têm sido de monopolização do território pelo capital, ele têm sido também palco de inúmeras batalhas de resistência... (Resumo completo clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The study of the camp and settlement areas as a process of campesino recreation in Mato Grosso do Sul forces us to consider not only the actions that resulted from this process, but also the meaning of this fight for the people involved in this process. The fight for the land is actually much more than conquering a piece of land. The conflict present in the everyday life of this campesino population in its quest to return to the land is in reality a struggle for the re-creation of its sui generis class condition. The historical evidences of this process of campesino re-recreation and the theoretical and methodological tools gathered to study it obeyed the following sequencing. After Introduction, we discuss, in the second chapter the theoretical and methodological paths taken during the research, specially the importance of the concepts for the scientific knowledge. This perspective is also used in trying to comprehend the philosophical legacy as well as the systematization of the geographical reasoning behind this process. In the third chapter, we present our understanding of the conditions for the reappearance of the campesino population in capitalism. This is done assuming as a cornerstone that the simple fact this population did not disappear is in itself a contradiction, since it is not a traditional capitalist relation. In the fourth chapter, we move towards the analysis of the land area in Mato Grosso do Sul, with the objective of understanding how the partition of the land in the state actually took place, as well as the historical barrier against the working land was raised. In this chapter we give special attention to the origin of this fight for the land in Mato Grosso do Sul. The reason for this is the need to report that if our past and the present have been dedicated to the monopolization of the land by the capital... Notre recherche s’inscrit au cœur du phénomène nouveau des marques de territoires. Nous avons abordé cet engouement territorial en le situant au cœur des pratiques de marketing territorial. Cette discipline a retenu notre attention pour différentes raisons : il s’agit d’une discipline jeune et énormément critiquée pour son « insuffisance de connaissances ». Mais il s’agit également d’une discipline en attente d’une nouvelle structuration. Au cœur de cette étude, nous avons déterminé les liens très forts unissant les pratiques de marketing territorial et l’attractivité. Nous nous sommes donc positionnés en faveur d’une analyse de ce phénomène nouveau, que sont les marques de territoire, afin de le matérialiser, le décortiquer et surtout de comprendre sa place dans les logiques de marketing appliquées au territoire. Nous avons retenu deux cas d’études de cette pratique : Only Lyon et Bretagne. / This research joins at the heart of the new phenomenon of place branding. We approached this territorial craze by placing it in the heart of the practices of place marketing. This discipline caught our attention for various reasons: it is about a young discipline and enormously criticized for its " insufficiency of knowledge ". But it is also about a discipline awaiting a new structuring. At the heart of this research, we determined the very strong links uniting the practices of place marketing and the attractiveness. We positioned in favour of an analysis of this new phenomenon, that are place brands, and especially to understand its place in the applied logics of place marketing. We have analyzed two places brands cases : Only Lyon and Bretagne.

La tesis doctoral "Urbanismo Ambiental y Evaluación Estratégica" investiga y propone un renovado papel del urbanismo y muy especialmente de la ordenación del territorio como instrumentos no tan sólo de valor para la protección del medio ambiente sino también para la consecución de las políticas hacia un desarrollo sostenible. Con tal fín se reflexiona y potencia la visión/función del suelo como recurso ambiental, también en su función urbanística, y de su mano las consecuencias e interacciones que tal conceptuación puede tener en la Comunidad Europea desde su competencia compartida con los Estados Miembros en materia de medio ambiente, concretamente en su capacidad para incidir, mediante técnicas normativas y no normativas en el urbanismo y la ordenación del territorio en cuanto instrumentos de regulación y ordenación del recurso ambiental suelo. En esta nueva andadura del urbanismo ambientalizado o, si se prefiere, en la carrera hacia el desarrollo urbanístico sostenible, la técnica de evaluación ambiental estratégica de determinados planes y programas se revela como fundamental, especialmente si se consigue que su transposición a los ordenamientos internos de los Estados Miembros se lleve a cabo con pleno respeto a las notas insosyalables defendidas en la tesis de técnica preventiva y no reparativa, dinámica, con capacidad de incidencia en la elección misma del modelo de plan y con miras finalistas a la sostenibilidad. Con ella podrá generalizarse el urbanismo ambiental y acelerarse el proceso de revisión que tienen pendiente las materias de urbanismo y ordenación del territorio desde la nueva concepción del suelo como recurso ambiental y mediante la recepción e integración de los principios ambientalistas. / The doctoral thesis "Environmental Urban Planning and Strategic Evaluation" investigates and proposes a renewed paper of the urban planning and very especially of the ordering of the territory like instruments not so only of value for the protection of the environment but also for the achievement of the policies towards a sustainable development. With this purpose is reflected and promotes the vision/function of the land as an environmental resource, also in its urbanistic function, and of its hand the consequences and interactions that such name can have in the European Community from their shared competence with the Member States on the subject of environment, precisely in their capacity to hit, through normative and non normative techniques in the urban planning and the ordering of the territory when instruments of regulation and ordering of the resource environmental land. In this new stage of the environment urban planning or, if the technique is preferred, in the career towards the sustainable urbanistic development, of strategic environmental evaluation of determinate plans and programmes reveals how fundamental, especially if is achieved that its transposition to the internal ordering of the Member States defended in the thesis of technique is carried out with plenum with respect to the notes preventive and dynamics, with capacity of incidence in the same choice of the model of plan and with sights finalist to the sustainability. With her the environmental urban planning will be able to be generalised and to speed up the process of revision that they have pending the matters of urban planning and ordering of the territory from the new conception of the floor as an environmental resource and through the reception and integration of the environmentalist principles.
