O consumo gerado pelo modo de produção capitalista cresce em proporções dantescas e apesar de todas as iniciativas de vários governantes do mundo em frear esse acelerado consumo esse fato não acontece, mesmo com toda pauperização trazida pela intensificação do consumo, ainda assim, prevalece. Diante dessa crise socioambiental que atinge a toda sociedade, a presente pesquisa tem o interesse em conhecer o trabalho de assistentes sociais que desempenham ações de caráter socioambiental, sobretudo no que estes têm contribuído junto a esta questão. O Serviço Social no decorrer de seu amadurecimento histórico adere ao posicionamento crítico ideológico que faz a categoria se posicionar junto à luta dos trabalhadores, desta forma o profissional tem papel fundamental no contexto contemporâneo que se apresenta o cenário socioambiental. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The twenty-first century has been marked by the immense predatory consumption of the environment, generating an imbalance in the most varied forms, the scarcity of rains, the increase of temperature and inhospitable climate to humans, generating a socio-environmental problem that affects all living beings. The consumption generated by the capitalist mode of production grows in dantesque proportions, and despite all the initiatives of several rulers of the world in stopping this accelerated consumption, this fact does not happen, even with all the pauperization brought about by the intensification of consumption, nevertheless prevails. In the face of this social and environmental crisis that affects every society, the present research has the interest to know the work of social workers who carry out actions of a socio-environmental nature, above all in that they have contributed to this problem. The Social Work in the course of its historical maturation adheres to the critical ideological position that makes the category stand with the struggle of the workers, in this way the professional plays a fundamental role in the contemporary context that presents the socio-environmental scenario. From a critical referential for the apprehension of the structural crisis of the capitalism and the impacts on health policy, that in recent decades have significant repercussions in privatization and in the deconstruction of health as constitutional law, it has as focus the social demands and the professional responses to the realization of the right to health. The general objective of the study is to analyze the work of the social worker and the professional responses to the demands presented at the Clinical Hospital of the Federal University of the Triângulo Mineiro (HC-UFTM); and, as specific objectives: to reflect the impacts of the structural crisis of capitalism on health policy; to know how the work of the social worker is organized at HC - UFTM and identify the strategies adopted by social workers to meet the demands of the realization of the right to access to health. The qualitative research carried out through bibliographical, documentary and field data collection, opted for the interview with 5 social workers of the hospital. Diante de tal crise, a qual consideramos socioambiental, o Serviço Social, enquanto profissão que se inscreve no tecido das relações sociais, não deve ficar insciente a esta temática. Com isso, o objetivo da nossa pesquisa foi estudar os fundamentos da questão socioambiental e conhecer a atuação do(a) assistente social mediante esta questão. Assim, buscamos na trajetória desta pesquisa aprofundar a problematização das manifestações da questão socioambiental numa perspectiva sócio-histórica, para refletirmos sobre as possíveis contribuições interventivas do(a) assistente social neste universo, e, ademais, apreender através do relato da experiência do exercício profissional de assistente social na Secretaria do Verde e do Meio Ambiente (SVMA) do município São Paulo/SP, os traços e as reflexões do trabalho desenvolvido, e com isso confirmando as suas inter-relações com o Serviço Social. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: With the contemporary ecological crisis, global society faced the greatest challenge regarding the need to change their actions going forward on this issue. Faced with this crisis, which we consider as being environmental, social work as a profession, which falls into the fabric of social relations, should not be unaware of this subject. Thus, the objective of our research was to study the fundamentals of environmental issue and know the work of social workers in that issue. Thus, we sought during this research further questioning of the manifestations of socioenvironmental issue in a socio-historical perspective, to reflect on the possible interventional contributions of social workers in this universe, and, besides, learn through the account of the experience of professional practice social workers at the Registry of Green and Environment (SVMA) in the city São Paulo/SP, the traits and the reflections of the work, and thus confirming their interrelations with the Social Work. For this, we use as a search route the dialectical method, from the literature and field research. Based on the theoretical framework on this issue, we unveil and analyze the environmental issue, where the binomial: modern paradigm of man-nature relationship and structural hegemonic process - capitalist mode of production - as the main factors for the developments social and environmental degradation was demystified. Thus, we contextualize on ethics, legislation and environmental education as instruments for the construction of a new, ecological paradigm. Discorre sobre o Serviço Social na divisão social e técnica do trabalho, bem como os processos de trabalho. Busca compreender junto aos assistentes sociais, sujeitos da pesquisa, os desafios do trabalho enquanto profissional, nos serviços do Sistema Único de Assistência Social. Apresenta a trajetória histórica da política de assistência social, a partir da Constituição Federal de 1988, visando compreender o Sistema Único de Assistência Social e suas diretrizes para estados e municípios. Discorre, ainda, sobre o trabalho do assistente social nessa política e a organização dos programas, projetos, serviços e benefícios, bem como o processo de reordenamento dos serviços socioassistenciais, tendo como referência o município de Franca/SP. Propõe ainda, a partir do movimento de reconceituação, refletir sobre a direção social do trabalho do assistente social nos diversos espaços de atuação no SUAS e as mediações que norteiam o trabalho profissional. Apresenta a dimensão educativa e sua interface com as dimensões teórica-metodológica, ético-política e técnica-operativa e os principais desafios a serem enfrentados pelo assistente social, enquanto trabalhador do SUAS. / The present study brings a reflection about the work of the social worker in the social protection services of SUAS in the city of Franca/SP. It begin with a reflection about the work category as the founder of social being and its centrality in the life of man, giving support to think about the work of the social worker in capitalist society. It discusses Social Work in the social and technical division of labor, as well as the work processes. It seeks to undertand with the social workers, research subjects, the challenges of work as a professional in the services of the Unified Social Assistance System. It presents the historical trajectory of social assistance policy, starting with the Federal Constitution of 1988, aiming to understand the Single System of Social Assistance and its guidelines for states and municipalities. It also dicusses the work of the social worker in this policy and the organization of programs, projects, services and benefits, as well as the process of reorganization of socio assistance services, based on the reference of the municipality of Franca/SP. It also proposes, based on the reconceptual movement, a reflection about the social direction of the work of the social worker on the multiple spaces of actuation on SUAS and the mediations that guides professional work. It presents the educational dimension and its interface with the theoretical- methodological, ethical- political and technical- operative dimensions and the main challenges to be faced by the social worker as a worker of SUAS.

Analyzes the inclusion of social workers in work processes in healthcare, specifically in the public hospital, from the objective conditions of work, according to which materializes professional action. The aim is to understand them from the point of view of its relationship with users and other health professionals through the privatization of health, which prevents the Unified Health System (SUS), limiting the operation of the services and the guarantee of rights. The approach to the reality studied was through theoretical and methodological procedures based on the qualitative and quantitative research, focusing on documentary research, observation, semi-structured interview and the theoretical foundation. It is observed that the inclusion of social workers in this context arises from the demands derived from expressions of social issues, "raw material" of professional work, and the gaps resulting from contradictions in the process of rationalization / reorganization of the SUS, meaning that the needs the population are confronted with the content and form of organization of services. At the hospital, the professional actions are developed through the shift, space contradictory clash between the collective and individual, in which individual activities are prioritized and ad hoc unplanned and reduced to the solution of "problems" of users, through actions assistance in an emergency and bureaucratic. These findings emphasize the inadequacy of space and lack of minimum conditions of service to users, which undertakes the professional with regard to ethical and political principles of the profession, since it is the responsibility and duty of the social guarantee the secrecy and privacy of users what is revealed during the process of professional intervention. A aproxima??o com a realidade pesquisada se deu atrav?s de procedimentos te?rico-metodol?gicos fundamentados na pesquisa quali-quantitativa, privilegiando-se a pesquisa documental, a observa??o, a entrevista semi-estruturada e a fundamenta??o te?rica. Observa-se que a inser??o dos assistentes sociais neste contexto decorre das demandas derivadas das express?es da quest?o social, mat?ria-prima do trabalho profissional, e das lacunas decorrentes das contradi??es presentes no processo de racionaliza??o/reorganiza??o do SUS, significando que as necessidades da popula??o se confrontam com o conte?do e a forma de organiza??o dos servi?os. Este estudo traz para a discussão a metodologia de educação popular como uma importante estratégia para a realização do trabalho com famílias, especialmente na área da Assistência Social. O interesse pelo tema se deve, pois, a pesquisadora trabalha como assistente social do referido CRAS e busca perceber como o usuário vê o trabalho realizado e se a dimensão socioeducativa está contribuindo para a melhoria das condições de vida das famílias, dada a intervenção do Serviço Social no campo da ideologia. Assim, os usuários que participaram do estudo buscaram contribuir com o desvelar da dimensão socioeducativa do trabalho do/a assistente social. This study brings to the discussion the methodology of popular education as an important strategy for carrying out the work with families, especially in the area of Social Assistance. Esta investigação se propôs a fazer uma análise dos prontuários do ano de 2014 para verificar a realidade dos usuários atendidos, assim como, a concepção destes sobre o significado dos atendimentos realizados pela Unidade Auxiliar. Evidenciou-se a Instituição como espaço de formação profissional através do estágio supervisionado e destacou-se a mesma como tripé da Universidade, ao realizar: ensino - pesquisa - extensão. Salientou- se os desafios encontrados nos atendimentos aos cidadãos e os empecilhos cotidianos postos à profissão do Assistente Social inserido no contexto sociojurídico. A pesquisa configura-se como bibliográfica, documental e de campo, de abordagem qualitativa. A compreensão e interpretação dos dados ocorreram por meio da análise de conteúdo. The purpose of this study was to analyze the medical records of the year 2014 to verify the reality of the users served, as well as their conception of the meaning of the care provided by the Auxiliary Unit. The Institution was evidenced as a space for professional training through the supervised internship, and it stood out as the tripod of the University, when performing: teaching - research - extension. It was highlighted the challenges encountered in attending to the citizens and the daily obstacles placed in the profession of the Social Worker inserted in the socio-legal context. The research is configured as a bibliographical, documentary and field, qualitative approach. The understanding and interpretation of the data occurred through content analysis. It was sought to explain how the process of effecting the rights of users of the Institution occurs and to understand the procedure of access to justice by users who turn to the Auxiliary Unit Centro Jurídico Social. Traz como objeto de estudo a dimensão pedagógica da supervisão acadêmica de estágio em Serviço Social. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi analisar a dimensão pedagógica no processo de supervisão acadêmica de estágio nos cursos presenciais de Serviço Social no estado de São Paulo. Delimitou-se como recorte temporal o período de 1996 a 2016. Privilegiou-se o ano de 1996 devido à aprovação das Diretrizes Curriculares da Associação Brasileira de Ensino em Pesquisa em Serviço Social (ABEPSS) que prevê a indissociabilidade entre estágio, supervisão de campo e supervisão acadêmica, sendo um marco na formação profissional. The objective of this study is to analyze the pedagogical dimension in the process of academic supervision of internships in Social Work courses in the State of São Paulo. Esta investigación tiene como objeto de estudio la dimensión pedagógica de la supervisión académica de prácticas en el Servicio Social. Trae como objetivo general: analizar la dimensión pedagógica en el proceso de supervisión académica de prácticas en los cursos presenciales de Servicio Social en el estado de São Paulo. Esta dissertação discute o entendimento dos assistentes sociais que atuam nos centros de referência especializados de assistência social de três coordenadorias de desenvolvimento social do município do Rio de Janeiro sobre o tema das drogas, com o objetivo de analisar se as ações profissionais são dirigidas a uma perspectiva crítica, desconsiderando valores conservadores na sua intervenção, e se, durante seu trabalho profissional, buscam contribuir criticamente para a garantia dos direitos dos usuários. Para tal, realizamos entrevista com os assistentes sociais inseridos nesses centros, e através das respostas apresentadas, analisamos como o tema das drogas é abordado pelos profissionais de serviço social. A contribuição para a garantia de direitos requer do profissional de Serviço Social a possibilidade de realizar mediações entre as políticas e a contextualidade do usuário, considerando, também, as possibilidades e limites no percurso histórico que atravessa o uso das drogas. Cabe inclusive situar a compreensão das drogas e sua relação com o desenvolvimento do capital, em que a estratégia proibicionista responde aos interesses de um determinado bloco do poder. Dessa forma esse estudo resgata a construção histórica da profissão de Serviço Social no Brasil, destacando os processos que marcaram uma possibilidade de ruptura com o conservantismo profissional e, por conseguinte, suscitavam uma perspectiva profissional mais crítica e densa teoricamente. Apresenta uma análise do desenvolvimento capitalista, destacando as tendências e estratégias atuais para o enfrentamento da questão social, sob o contexto neoliberal. E por fim, acrescido da pesquisa empírica realizadanos CREAS o estudo buscou identificar se os profissionais de serviço social conseguem fortalecer o projeto ético-político da profissão, ou se as marcas deixadas pela herança conservadora, que gestaram a profissão são resgatadas e utilizadas no trabalho profissional. / This dissertation discusses the understanding of social workers who work in specialized reference centers for social assistance three social development coordinators in the city of Rio de Janeiro on the subject of drugs, in order to examine whether the professional actions are directed to a perspective criticism, disregarding conservative values in his speech, and during his professional work, seek to contribute critically to guarantee the rights of users. To this end, we conducted interviews with social workers inserted in the centers, and through their responses, we analyze how the issue of drugs is covered by social work professionals. The contribution to the guarantee of rights requires the professional social work the possibility of conducting mediations between the political and the contextuality user, also considering the possibilities and limits the historical path that runs through the use of drugs. It even place the understanding of drugs and their relation to the development of the capital, where the prohibitionist strategy responds to the interests of a particular power bloc. Thus this study will delineate the historical construction of social workers in Brazil, highlighting the processes that marked a break with the possibility of professional conservatism and therefore raised a professional perspective more critical and theoretically dense. Presents an analysis of capitalist development, highlighting current trends and strategies for confronting social issues, under the neoliberal context.
