Se investiga la importancia relativa de cada uno de 40 habilidades y de conocimientos que necesitan los traductores que trabajan en las organizaciones intergubernamentales, con enfoque en los exámenes de selección de nuevos traductores. En base de una encuesta de traductores y correctores en diferentes organizaciones, se producen jerarquías de habilidades-conocimientos específicas para cada organización. Los actuales exámenes de selección se analizan a la luz de dichas jerarquías con el fin de identificar las modificaciones que podrían permitir que las organizaciones reclutan los candidatos más adecuados para perfiles necesitados. Para examinar más en profundidad las implicaciones de estos resultados, se escribe un examen nuevo, más adecuado a las jerarquías identificadas, y se comparan el modelo de los exámenes actuales. Se demuestra empíricamente que tanto estudiantes de Máster y como profesionales de las organizaciones reciben notas significativamente diferentes en los dos exámenes. De ahí las implicaciones importantes para la formación de traductores / This study investigates the relative importance of 40 skills and knowledge required by translators at inter-governmental organizations from the perspective of recruitment testing. On the basis of a survey conducted of translators and revisers at various organizations, specific skills-knowledge hierarchies required at individual organizations are drawn up. Current testing practice is examined in the light of the hierarchies to identify adjustments that could be made to help organizations select the candidates with the profile they need. To examine the implications of the findings further, the performance of a group of translators on a traditional recruitment test is compared with their performance on a “profile-adapted” test that is designed on the basis of measurement theory. The findings also have implications for translator training.

Данная работа состоит из 2 глав. В первой главе дана теоретическая база исследования: рассмотрены понятия межкультурной коммуникации, понятия «перевод» с позиций российских, иностранных, в том числе китайских, исследователей, представлены требования к качественному переводу, рассмотрены этапы переводческого процесса. Рассмотрены виды письменных переводов и особенности при переводе письменных экономических текстов. Вторая глава посвящена практическим аспектам перевода: произведен анализ основных методов по формированию навыков письменного перевода, разработаны методические материалы по переводу неличных форм глагола (инфинитив, причастие, герундий) с пояснениями и примерами на русском, английском и китайском языках, рекомендации и глоссарий экономических терминов с толкованием терминов на английском, русском и китайском языках. / This work consists of 2 chapters. The first chapter provides a theoretical basis for the study: the concepts of intercultural communication, the concept of "translation" are considered from the standpoint of Russian, foreign, including Chinese, researchers, the requirements for high-quality translation are presented, and the stages of the translation process are considered. The types of written translations and features in the translation of written economic texts are considered. The second chapter is devoted to the practical aspects of translation: an analysis of basic methods for the formation of written translation skills was made, methodological materials were developed for translating non-finite forms of the verb (infinitive, participle, gerund) with explanations and examples in Russian, English and Chinese, recommendations and a glossary of economic technologies with interpretation of terms in English, Russian and Chinese.

In particular, the cooperation between China and Russian-speaking countries is becoming increasingly close, resulting in numerous business negotiations, which will require more interpreters, Russian has long been an important tool for international communication, interpreting has become an indispensable means of human communication. Translation and culture are closely related. Russian and Chinese people belong to different cultural systems, and cultural differences in their languages exist objectively. How to understand cultural factors in translation and how to deal with cultural differences in Russian-Chinese translation is a problem every translator faces. The relevance of the research topic is justified by the constant development of economic relations and their changes between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. The aim of the study is to form the skills of translation in business negotiations, as well as to analyze the cultural features and differences between China and Russia in business negotiations. / В последние годы с ростом мировой экономики все более активными становятся международные политические, экономические и культурные обмены, совершенствуется структура мировой экономической интеграции, а международная деловая активность продолжает развиваться в направлении глобализации. В частности, сотрудничество между Китаем и русскоязычными странами становится всё более тесным, что приводит к многочисленным деловым переговорам, для которых потребуется больше переводчиков, русский язык уже давно является важным инструментом международного общения, устный перевод стал незаменимым средством человеческого общения. Перевод и культура тесно связаны. Русский и китайский народы принадлежат к разным культурным системам, и культурные различия в их языках существуют объективно. Как понять культурные факторы в переводе и как справиться с культурными различиями в русско-китайском переводе – проблема, с которой сталкивается каждый переводчик. Актуальность темы исследования обоснована постоянным развитием экономических отношений и их изменением между Российской Федерацией и Китайской Народной Республикой. Цель исследования состоит в формировании навыков перевода на деловые переговоры, а также в анализе культурных особенностей и различий между Китаем и Россией в деловых переговорах.
