The final thesis deals with the form and function of an educational game to be used in the 4th and 5th grades of primary school. It will deal with appropriate educational games for these pupils based on their emotional, intellectual and social development. Additionally, it will describe the method for how to categorize different kinds of educational games and how to include them in educational process. In the practical component, there is a comparison of opinions about an educational game between newly qualified and experienced teachers. The opinions of pupils and their evaluation of the specific games are also included. It includes a file of educational games as well which is based on a classification from the theoretical part.

The work si focused in theory, the charter entitled "Freedom of the child in school and families" attempts to outline the practical actions that can direct the child correctly and to assist them in thein correct perception of freedom and responsibility. The thesis is devided into eight chapters, the chapter "Freedom and responsibility from the perspective of philosophy and education" is just a recapitulation of the development of two basic concepts of "freedom" and "responsibility". The following chapter tries to find the basic approaches to education, each has a different view of freedom and responsibility, but all three approaches are negligible in the educational process. The theme of this thesis is women's identity and a process of its development and formation. We specify theoretical basis through which it is possible to approach this subject. The theoretical part also pays attention to the process of biological differentiation of gender, to the question of a gender socialization and describes basic theoretical conceptions of development and formation of a sexual and gender identity which can be possibly found within the frame of psychology. The qualitative research enables to look at women's identity by the view of women themselves. Specific topics of an everyday lived experience appear from the analysis of interviews and these topics could be investigated deeper.

The goal of diploma thesis is to follow and capture the changes in the relationship of the central characters of schools, i.e. the teacher and the student. This change is however closely related to the time context and the development of school as an institution. Current pedagogic trends, the church and political circumstances also play a role. I will monitor the change of the relationship between the teacher and the student approximately from the second half of the 15th century until today. This work has a character of a historical study and thus I will use mostly the historic and historic comparative method. Therefore, it will not contain a practical part, but will include only the theoretical one. The necessary information will be taken from historical and contemporary literature.

For my dissertation, I have chosen to monitor and research growing children in Prague and in the Central Bohemian Region. Primarily, I am interested in the growth period of the younger school age (which corresponds to the first degree of compulsory school attendance). However, I also monitored and worked with the growth data of infant and pre-school aged children. The reason for this is that I needed the growth data from a longer period of time for a better assessment. I am really interested in the area of child anthropology because I belive the growth of every child is essential for their future. The final height and weight of the individual, specifically his/her total body proportions, can have a significant influence on their next life. I am convinced that this can have a major influence on the health, social application and self-confidence for each of us. Thanks to a very willing approach of a Prague pediatrician I managed to accumulate the growth data of children living in Prague. I would like to compare the obtained data with the data of children living in the Central Bohemian Region. This diploma thesis deals with the development of an information system for human resources management. The aim is to describe the process of the development. This thesis is separated into two bigger parts. First, the theoretical part starts with general information about the information society, information systems, an explanation of the ERP information system, the development in general and methodology of development information systems. Second, the practical part describes: how the information system was developed in practice, exactly in the DataCentrum systems & consulting, a.s. company. This thesis describes not only the procedure of programming, but also all related activities such as: the analysis of entry requirements, used development methods, the development team and the tools used during development and testing. As a result, this thesis shows the developed information system and evaluates the whole project with recommendations for improvement.

Title: Trends in world and czech swimming performance during years 2000-2017 Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyze the performance development of czech and world elite swimmers in the last 18 years. The trend of progressive performance changes is monitored in the male and female categories in all individual disciplines on the short course races. Methods: To obtain the data for the thesis, we used a combination of historical and documentary methods. The initial data processing was performed by basic statistical survey, in the result part in the graphical form, with used tables and graphs with partial discussions. The studied object was represented by the national czech and world swimming records of the short course of all individual disciplines for women and men in the senior category Results: During the period 2000-2017, in all individual disciplines, record-breaking values in the Czech Republic and in world swimming were improved. The trend of swimming performance development in the Czech Republic is comparable to the performance development in the world swimming. The development of record values have been greatly influenced by changes in swimming rules, especially in rules, which defines swimwear. The thesis deals with homeschooling. Theoretical part defines the basic concepts of homeschooling and describes the development of a child from six to eleven years of age. There is also analysis of history, development and legislation of homeschooling. The last part describes the practice of homeschooling from the perspective of the family and the institutions. Practical part of the thesis is focused on the search for common characteristics of families and children in homeschooling. This section is based on information obtained through interviews with parents and teachers. Analysis results are reported in the interview evaluation of hypotheses.

Work provides an overview of the major demographic indicators, the Czech Republic and the European Union. The first part, the reader may meet with some key demographic data and looking at history in obtaining such data. The second part describes the development of the population of the Czech Republic during the years after World War II until 2008. Further the thesis focuses on the demographics of the Member States of the Union during the years 1990 to 2007. The last part deals with the cluster analysis of EU member states, which is an effort based on life expectancy in 2002 and 2007 to assess the status of the Czech Republic in the EU. The aim should be to work groups and comparing selected demographic indicators for Czech Republic and the European Union.
