O presente trabalho analisa sociologicamente a trajetória de Vilém Flusser, nascido em Praga e refugiado no Brasil, sua inserção no campo filosófico brasileiro e retoma suas obras deste período, para explicar a posição marginal do autor naquele cenário intelectual. Para tanto é reconstituída sua biografia desde Praga (1920-1940) até os anos em que viveu no Brasil (1941 a 1971). O autor desta dissertação mostra que o processo de marginalização intelectual sofrido por Vilém Flusser é intrínseco às suas obras, mas o resultado de tomadas de posição, configuração da disputa na filosofia e sua biografia. Inserido dentro dos estudos de sociologia da cultura, no âmbito da sociologia da vida intelectual, esta dissertação utiliza como referencial teórico principalmente autores como Pierre Bourdieu, Norbert Elias, Joseph Ben-David, Wolf Lepenis e Fritz Ringer e utiliza para obtenção de seus resultados biografias, autobiografias, depoimentos, entrevistas, artigos de jornal e análise epistolaria. / This paper analyses sociologically Vilém Flussers trajectory (who was born in Prag and refugee in Brazil), his insertion in Brazilian philosophical field e retake his main works of the period, in order to explain the authors position as outsider among that intellectual scenario. To do so his biography is described since Prag (1920-1941) until the years he lived in Brazil (1941-1971). It also points out the names among the Paulista philosophical field, their works, their thought and their positions in the struggle for symbolical capital an intellectual hegemony. The author of this dissertation shows that process suffered by Flusser to become an intellectual outsider is not intrinsic to his works, otherwise is the result of the actions taken by the author, of the struggles configuration in the philosophical field and of his biography. This dissertation is inserted among the Sociology of Culture studies, the Intellectual Life Sociology and uses as theoretical reference mainly authors such as Pierre Bourdieu, Norbert Elias, Joseph Ben-David, Wolf Lepenies and Fritz Ringer. To obtain its results were used biographies and autobiographies, testimonials, interviews, newspapers articles and letters analysis.

O objeto de estudo deste trabalho é o conceito de tradução e o papel central a ela atribuído no pensamento de Vilém Flusser e, em particular, em sua concepção de sociedade pós-histórica. A teoria linguística de Flusser, uma tentativa de conciliar a fenomenologia de Husserl e o existencialismo de Heidegger com a teoria da linguagem de Wittgenstein, define a língua como articuladora da realidade. Com base nessa teoria, Flusser concebe a tradução como uma das poucas possibilidades, senão a única, de superação dos horizontes da língua. As reflexões de Flusser sobre a sociedade tecnológica, consideradas pioneiras, são analisadas no esforço de identificar o lugar ocupado pela tradução no pensamento humano e em um mundo em que a história e a escrita estão perdendo espaço para as imagens tecnológicas. Destaca-se, nesse contexto, o papel fundamental atribuído por Flusser à tradução: o de criar pontes, não apenas entre línguas e culturas diferentes, mas entre os diversos ramos e modelos de conhecimento, articulando os diferentes sistemas simbólicos e permitindo a compreensão das diversas realidades. / The object of this dissertation is the concept of translation and the central role assigned to it in the thought of Vilém Flusser and, in particular, his conception of post-historical society. Flussers linguistic theory, an effort to conciliate Husserls phenomenology and Heidegger\'s existentialism with Wittgensteins philosophy of language, defines language as an articulator of realities. Based on this theory, Flusser sees translation as one of the few possibilities, if not the only one, of crossing the borders of language. Flusser\'s pioneering reflections on the technological society are analyzed here in an effort to identify the place occupied by translation in the human thought process and in a world where history and writing are losing ground to technological images. In this context, this work emphasizes the crucial role assigned by Flusser to translation: that of building bridges, not only between different languages and cultures, but also between different fields and models of knowledge, articulating the various symbolic systems and contributing to a greater understanding of the various realities.

Considerando as dificuldades e implicações da tradução de obras literárias, a proposta da tese é apresentar o ato da tradução como uma forma de criação/recriação no novo idioma, mantendo-se, muito além do conteúdo narrativo, a impressão, a forma, o estilo, o tom e a estética do texto original. A tese contém a tradução hebraico-português de uma novela de Shai Agnon (Prêmio Nobel de Literatura, 1966) e um prefácio em que a obra é contextualizada em termos do autor e em termos histórico-culturais da época e lugar a que se refere. O prefácio inclui também uma reflexão a respeito de algumas teorias da tradução, num diálogo comparativo entre Benjamin e Flusser, e um argumento de Haroldo de Campos a respeito da tradução como criação literária. Por fim, mas não nessa ordem, uma análise da novela traduzida, indicando traços do estilo do autor, suas fontes de inspiração e sua inserção na obra como um todo / Considering the difficulties and implications of translating literary compositions, the proposal of this thesis is to present the act of translation as a mean of creation/re-creation in the new language, keeping impression, form, style, tone and aesthetic of the original text, beyond the narrative content. The thesis is the hebrew-portuguese translation of a Shai Agnon (Literature Nobel Prize Award winner, 1966) novel and a preface in which the composition is contextualized in author terms and in historic-cultural of that time and place terms. The preface also includes a reflection regarding some translation theories, in a comparative dialogue between Benjamin and Flusser, and an argument of Haroldo de Campos regarding translation as a literary creation. In the end, but not in this order, an analysis of the translated novel, indicating traces of the author style, his inspiration sources and his insertion in the composition as a whole

Diese Studie ist eine explorative Forschungsarbeit die darauf abzielt, Stimmen und Ansichten von NutzerInnen sozialer Medien, im Zusammenspiel mit dem theoretischen Gerüst von Flussers Kommunikationstheorie, zu beleuchten. Konkreter gesprochen wird diese Studie empirisch untersuchen, wie Menschen soziale Medien als dialogische Kommunikationsmedien im Vergleich zu Massenmedien als diskursives Kommunikationsmedium wahrnehmen und nutzen. Auf Ergebnissen empirischer Untersuchung beruhend, wird diese Studie die Folge davon für das Kommunikationsgleichgewicht erschließen. Diese Studie führte ein Fokusgruppeninterview mit koreanischen NutzerInnen sozialer Medien durch. Insgesamt wurden für das Interview 24 koreanische NutzerInnen von sozialen Medien durch das Stichprobenverfahren befragt. Die Befragten waren KoreanerInnen in den 20igern bis 30igern, die in der Provinz Seoul und Gyeonggi, Südkorea, leben. Die Analyse des Inhaltes wurde gemäß der Methode der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse (Mayring, 2000) durchgeführt. Diese Studie erweist, dass die Entwicklung von sozialen Medien uns die Möglichkeit für das Wachsen von dialogischer Kommunikation gibt, um ein Gegengewicht zur Dominanz des diskursiven Medienkomplexes zu sein. Nicht desto trotz ist um dieses Ideal zu erzielen noch viel zu beheben. Es scheint dringend und wichtig für die Entwicklung von sozialen Medien zu sein, die Techno-Imagination des Nutzers herauszubilden, wenn man die Ergebnisse dieser Studie betrachtet. Die Forschung über die Nutzerwahrnehmung und -Aktivität von sozialen Medien hat verdeutlicht, das dass Potential von sozialen Medien durch die Techno-Imagination des Nutzers voll ausgeschöpft werden kann. Die Wege öffnen sich für uns entweder zu einer telematischen Gesellschaft, wo die diskursive und dialogische Kommunikation ausgeglichen ist oder zum Totalitarismus, der von einem diskursiven Medienkomplex, wie Flusser darlegt, dominiert wird. In welche Richtung wir gehen hängt von den Bemühungen ab den aktiven Nutzer mit Techno-Imagination zu entwickeln.

A pesquisa investiga o complexo processo de informatização disciplinar da arquitetura, direcionando-se especificamente à abordagem das relações entre a concepção arquitetônica e o uso de modelos digitais. Nessa relação específica entre tecnologia informático-digital e criação toma-se como recorte privilegiado de estudo a produção das arquiteturas suportadas por técnicas digitais nas últimas duas décadas (1990-2010). Com esse intento, estipulam-se duas aproximações. A primeira evoca a compreensão da própria criação arquitetônica como prática disciplinada, por meio de uma revisão da teoria de projeto. Estabelece uma leitura do papel do homem e dos seus instrumentos no projeto arquitetônico, definindo-se critérios para o ensaio sobre as interferências da tecnologia digital. A segunda aproximação, retoma a filosofia do design proposta de Vilém Flusser. Nesse caso, a pesquisa situa os instrumentos tecnológicos como recurso de superação das limitações humanas, que, afetando as estruturas de pensamento e criação vigentes, delimitam novas relações entre homem, conhecimento, criatividade e realidade. Em especial são estabelecidas incursões teóricas a partir de conceitos propostos pelo filósofo: \"gesto de fazer\", \"aparelho\", \"imagem-técnica\", \"gesto do cálculo e da computação\" e, por fim, \"o programa\". Essas incursões propõem diálogos com outros teóricos do campo do conhecimento e estudos de caso que endossam a argumentação. Por fim, estabelecem-se considerações críticas sobre as interferências da tecnologia informático-digital na arquitetura, propondo-se perspectivas para a criação pautada nos modelos digitais. / This is a research about the complex computerization of Architecture discipline. It focuses on the relationship between architectural design and use of digital models. In this specific context between digital technology and human creation, the study of the production of Architecture supported by digital techniques in the last two decades (1990-2010) is a privileged study object. Considering this, the study stipulates two approaches. The first refers to the understanding of the architectural conception as a disciplined practice through a review of Design Theory. It establishes a lecture on the role of man and its tools in architectural design, defining criteria for the discussion on the influence of digital technology. The second approach uses the design philosophy proposed by Vilém Flusser. In this case, the research comprehends the technological tools as a means of overcoming human limitation. It affects the structures of thinking and creating, marking new relations between man, knowledge, creativity and reality. In particular, incursions are established from theoretical concepts proposed by the philosopher: \"gesture of making\", \"apparatus\", \"technical image\", \"gesture of calculation and computation\", and \"the program\". These approaches raids propose dialogues with other theorists of the field of knowledge and case studies that endorse the argument. Finally, they settle critical considerations about the influence of digital technology in Architecture offering up prospects for the creation based on digital models.

Nosso objetivo era não somente identificar as reflexões concernentes aos diferentes aspectos estéticos do trabalho com a língua inerentes ao trabalho de Arnaldo Antunes em sua produção poética, cancionista e de artista visual, bem como as diferentes perspectivas oferecidas pela atividade filosófica de Vilém Flusser sobre o assunto, mas também especular quanto às implicações de como suas concepções de linguagem influenciaram sua obra e os diálogos que marcaram suas vidas. Não é de nosso interesse, portanto, definir a língua em termos teóricos e abstratos, antes, queremos pensar em como ela estrutura nossas vivências e conhecimento, e como diferentes articulações do tema da linguagem implicam transformações na própria forma como se vive a língua e como a língua se estrutura a si. Our goal was not only to observe the reflection regarding aesthetic aspects of language inherent to Arnaldo Antuness poems, song and pieces of art, as well as Vilém Flussers different perspectives on the subject, but also to speculate about how these conceptions have influenced their work and the dialogues that marked their lives. Thus, its not our interest to define language in theoretical, abstract terms, but to think about how it structures our experiences and knowledge, and how different approaches to the theme can change the way language structures itself. Its unnecessary to say that we believe that our questioning has aesthetical, ethical and epistemological implications, which means that research this topic is to think how, in our modernity, the problem of thought itself has been addressed
