Ferry, Aurélien 21 December 2018 (has links)
Today, humanity finds itself subject to profound changes that have remained until know unknown, changes that question the relationship between humans and the world. Each change is the foundation of new areas of activity that did not exist before. To invent these new activities, the new generations of entrepreneurs and startuppers integrate into networks (collective intelligence), collaborate with applications (artificial intelligence), use their emotions (emotional intelligence), and look for adult education courses (andragogical intelligence).Coaches gradually turn into facilitators. Since 2014, we have trained, equipped, and sensitized a hundred of them, in five French regions and five Moroccan regions. In total, 12,900 people wishing to become entrepreneurs have benefited from this new form of enabling support. We were able to create a skills map based on these new facilitators to transform current coaches.

From a clinical, political, critical and institutionalist reading of the therapeutic accompaniment of children in schools, conducted with Grupo Laço, a group that supports school inclusion projects, we discussed the specificities of this modality of treatment: the demands and functions which are met at school, the effects that the presence of a therapeutic accompaniment produces in the actors involved and the main points of tension that permeate the work. We show the methodological design of this practice, which we call intercessory because it seeks to promote the neighborhood spaces between people with distinct experiences that enter in the trade relations, without priority or inferiority between the knowledges. This methodology is characterized by a comanagement work process, lateralized, in which all actors play an active roll in the inclusion project: therapeutic accompaniment, educators, parents and children, in order to build a common plan. The methodology is also comprised of the work with the crisis and in the crisis, as well as the inclusion of the effects produced in the work process. For this, we rely on concept-tools of the institutional analysis, we employ some reflections on the therapeutic accompaniment clinic, which is applied to the school field and about the school inclusion field itself, especially the discussions about the difference and equality and the principles of inclusion, which contrast with the integration, aligned with the standardization processes / Esta pesquisa se propõe estudar a temática do acompanhamento terapêutico como um dispositivo de apoio ao processo de inclusão de crianças ditas com necessidades educacionais especiais no sistema regular de ensino.

Analyse des effets d'actions de formation-accompagnement a destination de dirigeants de TPE/PME / Analysis of the effects of accompaniment-training actions for SME directors

Lelorieux, Olivier 16 December 2011 (has links)
SME directors’ training is believed to have a positive impact on company performance and in the appeal of doing business in a particular territory. In order to answer public organisations’ concerns and based on theoretical approaches, this study aims to understand the effectiveness of HR training to SME directors and to suggest measures to improve it. To this end, we propose an analysis framework where four areas meet (SME, innovation, management tools appropriation and training transfer). A constructivist approach has been adopted using qualitative and multi-methods research (multiple case studies, action-research, longitudinal study). The study looks at two non-traditional training methods (accompaniment-training) of different types. The selected case studies are composed of four “Very Small Enterprises” and one “Small Enterprise”. Transfer evaluation is discussed through reactions, learning, individual effects and organisational effects. Two components are identified: generalization and maintenance of training outcomes. We adapt appropriation paths (individual, social and instrumental) in order to explain transfer and its influence. Mainly, these small enterprises have to find a balance between a formal and informal culture and management practices. Transfer is perceived as a complex phenomenon which is calling for paradigm change in adopting a more global vision on which public organisations related to specific territories can have an impact.

The use of functional piano skills by selected professional musicians and their implications for group piano curricula

Young, Margaret, 1983- 27 January 2011 (has links)
The purpose of this study was to gather information about professional musicians’ development and use of functional piano skills in their careers. An online questionnaire was distributed to (N = 393) faculty members, professional performers, and private music instructors from different regions and institutions. The survey gathered information about their careers, piano training, use of functional piano skills, and proposals for the piano training of undergraduate music majors in their field. In total, 109 musicians completed the study: faculty members (n = 43), performers (n = 38), and teachers (n = 28). The results of this study showed that faculty members, performers and teachers generally performed similar musical activities, had comparable piano training, used similar piano skills, and agreed with each other about their suggestions for undergraduate piano training. There were, however, subtle differences among the three groups in the frequency with which they used functional piano skills. Professional musicians regularly transposed melodies, sight-read accompaniments, and played scales. They never improvised accompaniments, practiced and memorized piano solos, devised modulations, composed, and accompanied groups. In addition to the three skills that all professional musicians used, faculty members also played by ear, played chord progressions, and accompanied soloists regularly, performers regularly transposed accompaniments, harmonized melodies, and accompanied soloists, and teachers read open scores and transposed accompaniments frequently. Generally, professional musicians thought that piano skills were important to their careers, and many would have liked additional training on accompanying. Although most piano skills were learned outside of collegiate piano classes, participants in this study, regardless of the frequency with which they used these skills, thought that music majors should receive piano training on five skills: playing chord progressions, playing scales, sight-reading, harmonizing melodies, and reading open scores. Many participants indicated that practicing and memorizing piano solos were skills that should receive little training in collegiate piano classes. It is suggested that creating a group piano curriculum that effectively develops the functional piano skills valued and used by professional musicians becomes a priority for group piano teachers and researchers working on the preparation of professional musicians. / text

Clinical accompaniment in a rural hospital : student and professional nurses experience / Steppies Richard Rikhotso

Rikhotso, Steppies Richard January 2010 (has links)
This study investigated the clinical accompaniment of nursing students in a rural hospital. Nursing students are allocated to clinical facilities for clinical exposure and learning opportunities; to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills and professional socialization under guidance and support from professional practitioners. Although the rural hospital, as context for this study, provides unique and challenging learning opportunities for clinical teaching and learning, the environment as such and the relationship between the stakeholders (nursing students and professional nurses) seem to be questionable and not conducive for learning. A qualitative, explorative, descriptive and contextual design served as framework for this study. Data was collected by means of semi–structured focus–group interviews with samples selected from two (2) populations of stakeholders with first hand experience of the clinical accompaniment of nursing students allocated to the rural hospital for clinical exposure and learning. The first sample consisted of thirteen (n=13) nursing students and the second sample consisted of professional nurses (n=6) directly involved in the clinical accompaniment of the nursing students. The focus of the interviews was the participants' experience of the clinical accompaniment in a specific rural hospital. Data was analyzed by means of the process of content analysis as described by Graneheim and Lundman (2004). Three (3) themes and eight (8) subthemes emerged from the data collected from the nursing students. The data collected from the professional nurses resulted in five (5) themes and eleven (11) subthemes. The collected data was integrated with relevant national and international literature to culminate in eight (8) conclusive statements. The conclusive statements served as basis for the proposal of guidelines to improve the clinical accompaniment of nursing students in a rural hospital and to enhance learning in the clinical practice area. / Thesis (M.Cur.)--North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, 2011.

A clínica do acompanhamento terapêutico na internação psiquiátrica: uma questão de detalhes / The practice of therapeutic accompaniment within a psychiatric hospitalization service: an matter of details

Luiza Medina Tavares 01 October 2014 (has links)

This research analyzes six Guerra-Peixe’s arrangements written for the Radio Nacional do Rio de Janeiro orchestra during the period when the musician was hired by that radio station. Through this analysis, it is implied all kinds of procedures used by Guerra-Peixe in his arrangements elaboration. The analyses identify the methods applied by Guerra-Peixe in his arrangements to characterize some of the main kinds of the Brazilian popular music. It is found, through the comparative review of the arrangements with the cycles of the Drummondiana´s plays, of the same composer, that Guerra-Peixe uses procedures of the arrangements in the compositional writing. To contextualize the object of the analysis there is a historical survey about the following subjects: the path of Guerra-Peixe as an arranger of the radio orchestras, the esthetics transformations of the Brazilian popular music arrangements, the beginning and the ending of the radio orchestras and the state of preservation of the scores collection with arrangements written by Guerra-Peixe. The theoretical foundation of analysis is based in Arnold Schoenberg’s concepts of “motive of accompaniment” and “types of accompaniment” and Walter Piston’s “kinds of textures”. The methodological procedures of the analysis obey the following order: structural aspects of music (form, phrase, texture and harmonic plan), functional aspects of accompaniment “motive of accompaniment”, “secondary melody” and “bottom line treatment”, description of the functions done by the sections of orchestra and the joint of all those aspects specifically oriented to the instrumental parts: introduction, interlude or transition and coda.
