Fleková, Petra January 2019 (has links)
Name: Motor skills of preschool children Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to determine the difference of motor skills of preschool children among children regularly attending free time courses focused on physical activities, led by experienced lecturers, and children in different kindergartens who do not attend these courses or rarely attend them. Methods: 67 children aged 4-6 years participated in the research. These were 9 children from the municipal kindergarten, 30 children from the village kindergarten and 28 children from the sports agency (club). Children were evaluated once by using the following tests: beep test, 4x5 m run, long jump, ball throw with right and left hand, sit and reach test. Results: The results confirm the assumption that children who participate in physical activity in their free time as well as in the kindergarten have better results than children who do physical education only in kindergarten. At the municipal nursery school, the children at the best level managed only the right- and left-hand throw. Statistically significant differences between groups occurred in the 4 x 5 m run, long jump and beep test, most often in favor of the sports agency. There was a significant difference in disciplines running 4 x 5 m, long jump from place and beep test between village...

Alkaloidy čeledi Amaryllidaceae: isolace, strukturní identifikace, biologická aktivita. IV / Alkaloids of Amaryllidaceae family: isolation, structural identification, biological activity. IV

Černá, Kateřina January 2019 (has links)
Perennial plants from the Amaryllidaceae family are generally known for their beauty but also like herbs which contain wide range of alkaloids. To these days more than 500 alkaloids have been isolated. Amaryllidaceae alkaloids (AmA) are derivatived from aminoacid tyrosine and divided into nine basic groups. Biological activity of these substances icludes antitumor, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antimalarial activity and some of them are used for treatment Alzheimer's disease (AD). Narcissus cv. PROFESSOR EINSTEIN have been choosen thanks to previous research of summary extract. Twelve alkaloids have been detected by GC-MS and ten of them have been identified (e.g.: lykoramine, pluviine, haemanthamine, pancracine, homolycorine). Due to this diversity of alkaloids and the fact that summary extract has relatively high inhibitory activity (IC50 = 49,99 ± 5,38 μg/mL) against HuBuChE Narcissus have been appropriate for isolation of the alkaloids and for further study of their biological activity. Summary ethanolic extract for gain pure compounds was prepared from 34.3 kg fresh bulbs. Separation was initiated by column chromatography and extract was divided into almost 500 fractions. Some of them were put together owing to TLC analysis and finally 27 subfractions were formed. Subfraction Nr. 26...

CIRKADIÁNNÍ AKTIVITA PULCŮ PRALESNIČEK PHYLLOBATES VITTATUS. / Circadian activity of tadpoles of Phyllobates vittatus.

DOSTÁLOVÁ, Michaela January 2011 (has links)
Tadpoles are known to behaviorally respond to visual, auditory or chemical cues. I examined the influence of group size and light conditions on the activity of Phyllobates vittatus. I performed laboratory experiments to measure locomotor activity. Activity levels of tadpoles were higher in the groups. Light conditions did not influence activity level of tadpoles. My results suggest that the group size is one of the main factors influencing tadpole locomotor activity of Phyllobates vittatus.

Sledování etologických projevů dojnic v závislosti na technologii ustájení za účelem vývoje čidel vyhodnocujících různé pohyby zvířat / Monitoring of etological expression of dairy cows in dependence on technology of stabling for role of evolution of detectors which evaluate various movements of animals

KINDLOVÁ, Jana January 2015 (has links)
Breeding of cattle is one of the most important industry of animal production in the Czech republic. These animals are used mainly for production of meat and milk. The aim of this diploma thesis was to gather basic datas about etological expressions of breeding dairy cows in the relationship to the used technologies of milking by using detectors of automatical scanning of movements and to formulate conclusions coming from these surveys. I monitored in three agricultural companies etological expressions of chosen dairy cows to the focus on their movement activities connected to the different technologies of milking. Etological monitoring helped to specify the scanning system of movements, which was installed in the companies. There were chosen total of 18 dairy cows of Holstein Friesian dairy cows, reproduction condition was various. The cows were in all phases of gravidity, some were just after birth. The observation was going on constantly for 24 hours, in various temperature conditions and different milking technique. The results were compared with literature and the aim was to find, by which system of milking are the animals happiest and how the welfare is accomplished.
