Produktivita kapitálu a investiční aktivita u malých a středních podniků / Capital Productivity and Invesment Activity of Small and Medium-sized Companies.

VRCHOTA, Václav January 2017 (has links)
The goal of this thesis is to find out if there is a relationship between company capital productivity and investment activity. Evaluation is done on a single sector of the national economy steel construction and steel goods manufacturing, with the exception of machines. In the first half of the practical part of this thesis, an analysis of capital productivity, investing activity, structure of long-time owned property and value added is done. After this, by using correlation and regression analysis, the relationship between variables capital productivity and investment activity is tested. For evaluation, the data from database Albertina, a database that collects data about companies in Czech Republic and Slovakia, are used. All tests are made in the Microsoft Excel and Statistica 12. This paper is supported by the Grant Agency of the University of South Bohemia GAJU 053/2016/S: Management of Innovations and Competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Companies.

Obsah cesia - 137 v jednotlivých druzích půd ve vybraných lokalitách ČR / The contents of caesium-137 in different soil types in selected locations in CR

ČADOVÁ, Michaela January 2017 (has links)
Caesium-137 is one of the major artificial radioactive elements, whose sources are atmospheric nuclear tests carried out in the 20th century and nuclear power plant incidents such as Chernobyl. Because of uneven precipitation, there were significant differences in radioactive fallout levels in different areas of the Czech Republic during the passage of the radioactive cloud from Chernobyl. Due to the high solubility of Caesium-137 in water and easy distribution in the environment, there is contamination of the lower soil levels where the plant root systems are located. The aim of this work is to collect soil samples from selected localities, where in 1986 significant contamination was detected as originating from Chernobyl, determination of their Caesium-137 content by gamma semiconductor spectrometry and comparison depending on the type of soil. The research question was set as: Does Caesium-137 content differ in different soil types? As part of this study, samples of uncultivated agricultural land and forest land were collected from layers 0-5, 5-10 and 10-15 cm in Kvilda, Zadov and Churanov. For comparison, results were also collected from a locality where the radioactive fallout was not so significant. This locality is around the village Straz nad Nezarkou, which is found on the protected nature reserves of Trebon. From the results of measuring the soil it was found that even after thirty years since the Chernobyl disaster occurred, Caesium-137 is still found in the upper layers of soils, specifically to depths of 5 cm. The highest specific activity of Caesium-137 was measured in the forest soils in Zadov at depths of 0-5 cm (364 Bq.kg-1) from the total range of all samples, 2,24 Bq.kg-1 to 364 Bq.kg-1. The highest specific activity of potassium K-40 was measured in uncultivated agricultural land in the locality of Kvilda at depths of 0-5 cm (883 Bq.kg-1).

Studium antioxidantů ve vybraných druzích koření pomocí moderních analytických metod

Lacková, Zuzana January 2016 (has links)
A spice is a natural source of natural substances for humans, containing mainly phenols and flavonoids, which have exceptional antioxidant effects. Presented study described the most advanced analytical technique for evaluation of the presence and concentration of extracted natural antioxidants from ground spices (marjoram, pepper (sweet), black pepper, caraway seeds, anise, thyme, cinnamon, oregano). Subsequently, individual spices were analyzed on the overall efficiency of selected type of extraction. Further, the individual spices were examined on their total antioxidant activity using the DPPH, FRAP and total phenols assays.

Fyzická aktivita jako náplň volného času ve 20. století. Srovnání Sokola a fitnesscentra / Physical activity as a leisure time activities in the 20th century. The Comparison of Sokol and fitness-center.

JANDEJSKOVÁ, Markéta January 2017 (has links)
Thesis deals with physical activity as a leisure time spending in the 20th century. It compares two organizations which provide conditions for developing physical fitness the Sokol and fitness center. The theoretical part is focused on detailed description of both organizations and basic terms of the topic. The practical part is based on an assumption that today society needs to spend time on active leisure. It uses information obtained from a question-form and observation in order to determine positive influence of both organizations on the society. There is also a comparison of the Sokol and fitness center which is based on outcome from gathered data. Obtained information and theoretical premise are compared at the end of the thesis.

Cesium 137 v lesním ekosystému / Cesium 137 in wood ecosystem

KAŇKOVÁ, Jaroslava January 2007 (has links)
The first part of thesis is engaged in explanation of some basic concepts regarding an elected topic: radioactivity, isotope, nuclide, halftime, gamaspectrometry etc. In the second part I deal with element cesium and influence of the Chernobyl accident. The final part processes questions of cesium - 137 in wood ecosystem. It is mainly concerned with research and gamaspectrometric measurement of wood substance, bark and samples of soil. In practical part (it is one part of the final part) I made taking of samples (especially soil from the depth 0-5 cm, soil from the depth 5 - 20 cm, wood substance and forest planting) from some localities above all the South Bohemian Region and next their gamaspectrometric measurement (quantitative analysis of cesium - 137 in wood ecosystem) at SÚJB in České Budějovice according to methodology.Measured values of cesium - 137 in samples were relatively low and its impact on the health of our population is in regard to other sources of ionizing radiance insignificant. The supposed hypothesis was herewith confirmed.

Plavecká technika tělesně handicapovaných plavců s jednostrannou nadkolenní amputací / Swimming technique of physicaly disabled swimmers with unilateral above-knee amputation

Čuříková, Lada January 2012 (has links)
Headline: Swimming technique of physically disabled swimmers with unilateral above-knee amputation Aim of the Thesis: The aim of this thesis is to describe the intra-individual differences in the swimming technique of unilateral above-knee amputees by measuring the EMG of selected muscle groups. Methods: Surface EMG measurement in combination with using synchronized video recordings. Results: Research of the observed swimmers with unilateral above-knee amputation showed that: when swimming the front crawl, the swimmers unequally balance the intense kick of right and left leg mainly using the abdominal muscles and subsequently also in the electric potential of different sizes in other observed muscles; when swimming the backstroke, the upper body muscles on the side of amputated limb do not show any different activity than the muscles of the opposite side; when swimming the breaststroke, the main propulsion muscle for locomotion through the shoulder girdle - m. latissimus dorsi is activated for a longer period of time on the side of amputated limb; thereby, electrical activity of the selected muscles is not symmetrical in the timeline. Key words: swimming step, swimming, above-knee amputation, electromyography, muscle activity, handicap, EMG.
