Att uppmärksamma barn som far illa i hemmet : En svår uppgift för skolsköterskan / Identifying children at risk of harm at homeAlbertsson, Camilla, Bäckstrand, Josefine January 2023 (has links)
Barn som far illa i hemmet kan innebära både fysiskt och psykiskt våld, sexuella övergrepp och omsorgssvikt vilket kan leda till att barnets utveckling tar skada, både psykiskt och fysiskt. Skolsköterskan har här en viktig roll genom att identifiera och se till att barnen och eleverna får stöd och hjälp. 1 av 10 barn i Sverige utsätts regelbundet för fysiskt och/eller psykiskt våld från föräldrar eller annan vårdnadshavare i åldern 0–18 år. Syftet med studien är att beskriva skolsköterskans upplevelse av att möta barn, 6–18 år som far illa i hemmet. En litteraturöversikt med en deskriptiv design gjordes. Metod utefter Bettany-Saltikov har använts för dataanalys. Dataanalysen har utförts i nio steg. Resultatet visade att skolsköterskorna hamnade ibland i svåra situationer som kunde beröra dem. De kände ofta en frustration över ensamarbete vilket kunde bidra till sårbarhet. Dåligt samvete tyngde ofta skolsköterskorna vid misstanke om att ett barn for illa. De visste att enligt lag skulle en anmälan göras, men då det var brister i samarbetet till socialtjänsten gjordes inte alltid anmälningarna. För att kunna hjälpa barnen på bästa sätt krävdes att samarbetet mellan de olika professionerna inom skola och socialtjänst fungerade Skolsköterskan upplevde att yrkeserfarenhet var en tillgång för att uppmärksamma de barn som på något sätt for illa i hemmet. Hälsosamtalen var en viktig del i när skolsköterskan identifierade ett barn som for illa. Det framkom att skolsköterskan arbetade hälsofrämjande och förebyggande vilket bidrog till att hållbar utveckling främjades och att elevernas trygghet och säkerhet tillgodosågs. / Children who get hurt at home can involve both physical and psychological violence, sexual abuse and neglect, which can lead to damage to the child's development, both psychologically and physically. The school nurse has an important role here by identifying and ensuring that the children and students receive support and help. 1 in 10 children in Sweden are regularly exposed to physical and/or psychological violence from parents or other guardians aged 0–18. The purpose of the study is to describe the school nurse's experience of meeting children, aged 6–18, who are having trouble at home. A literature review with a descriptive design was done. The Bettany-Saltikov method has been used for data analysis. The data analysis has been carried out in nine steps. The results showed that the school nurses sometimes ended up in difficult situations that could affect them. They often felt a frustration with working alone, which could contribute to vulnerability. A bad conscience often weighed on the school nurses when they suspected that a child was ill. They knew that according to law a report had to be made, but when there were shortcomings in the cooperation with the social service, the reports were not always made. To be able to help the children in the best way, it was required that the cooperation between the various professions within school and social services worked. The school nurse felt that professional experience was an asset to pay attention to the children who were in some way bad at home. The health talks were an important part of when the school nurse identified a child who was unwell. It emerged that the school nurse worked in health promotion and prevention, which contributed to sustainable development being promoted and the pupils' safety and security being catered for.

Psychosocial assessment and support for women grieving post abortionLaPorte, Elizabeth N. 01 January 2010 (has links)
Abortion can be a significant event in a woman's life. Some women are found to be affected by severe negative psychological complications following abortion. A synthesis of the current research on post abortion grief and support implications was conducted for this literature review. Those women who have ineffective coping post abortion were described to have dysfunctional grief. The uniqueness of the loss and the stigma attached to abortion, which has prevented women from seeking help, contributes to the dysfunctional grief. Screening and assessment of women have been found to be beneficial in identifying those who were suffering. Validation of the feelings that women ' express has been cited in the literature as one of the most significant supportive interventions that can be provided to women who are coping ineffectively. Education can be helpful in guiding nurses, practitioners, and students to evaluate, and provide support for women who are grieving ineffectively, thus initiating healthy grieving in this population. The implications for nurses to assess for pregnancy loss, educate and promote healthy grieving in women are supported by this literature review.

construction of the scenes and the magical universe, in which the narratives of
Marina Colasanti are realized, having as it shows the tales of the works Doze reis e a
moca no labirinto do vento (2006): "The woman ramada", Uma ideia toda azul
(2006): "Beyond the frame", "Between the leaves of green ó" and "Yarn after yarn".
The general and specific objectives are to highlight and distinguish the
encompassing and generic scenes present in the narratives, to identify the nature of
the verbal sign in its relation to the nonverbal sign, and to analyze intertext
resources, paratext, among others, as an artistic procedure. The narrative plans are
approached, in which the characters are realized mimically, starting from the initial
assumption formulated by Dominique Maingueneau. Non-verbal language is an
invitation to read verbal language and vice versa. Both are associated with the signs
that are constructed through the textual writing: loom and fabric. They can be seen
now either explicitly or implicitly, and put in the service of a power that is realized by
the act of reading. Thus, in the narrative text, there are traces of a speech in which
the text is staged. / O texto traz a análise de aspectos do discurso literário como os processos de
construção das cenas e o universo mágico, em que se realizam as narrativas de
Marina Colasanti, tendo como mostra os contos das obras Doze reis e a moca no
labirinto do vento (2006): “A mulher ramada”, Uma ideia toda azul (2006): “Além do
bastidor”, “Entre as folhas do verde ó” e “Fio após fio”. Os objetivos geral e
específicos são destacar e distinguir as cenas englobante e genérica presentes nas
narrativas, identificar a natureza do signo verbal na sua relação com o signo não
verbal e analisar recursos de intertexto, paratexto, entre outros, como procedimento
artístico. Abordam-se os planos narrativos, nos quais se dá a realização dos
personagens mimeticamente, partindo do pressuposto inicial formulado por
Dominique Maingueneau. A linguagem não verbal é um convite à leitura da
linguagem verbal e vice-versa. Ambas se associam aos signos que se constroem
por meio da escritura textual: tear e tecido. Elas podem ser vistas ora de modo
explícito, ora implícito, e se colocam a serviço de um poder que se realiza pelo ato
de leitura. Assim, no texto narrativo, há rastros de um discurso em que o texto é
encenado.

Com a Política Nacional de Educação Especial na perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva (2008), as escolas regulares vêm recebendo um número maior de estudantes surdos ou com deficiência auditiva (S/DA), que antes frequentavam escolas especializadas. No entanto, dados apontam a diminuição do número de estudantes S/DA matriculados no ensino fundamental para o ensino médio, e do ensino médio para o ensino superior; ou seja, existem razões para se acreditar que barreiras educacionais se impõem no caminho desses estudantes para que conquistem uma formação educacional completa. Neste contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho é propor um modelo de aceitação de tecnologias levando em consideração fatores que envolvam aspectos do contexto da educação inclusiva, bem como efetuar experimento da interação de usuários S/DA com uma tecnologia para avaliar o modelo. Dentre os fatores mencionados um deles se refere às potenciais barreiras educacionais vivenciadas pelos estudantes S/DA em salas de aula inclusivas. Com relação à metodologia de pesquisa, o estudo desenvolveu-se em ciclos. Na medida em que as investigações avançavam, um novo estudo iniciava, se desenvolvia e se fechava. Isso permitiu que a proposta inicial tivesse sucessivos refinamentos ao longo do tempo até o ponto em que os questionamentos iniciais foram respondidos e o objetivo foi atingido. O modelo proposto mostrou resultados positivos, no sentido de conseguir capturar os fatores que podem influenciar a aceitação de tecnologias considerando o contexto de aplicação específico, uma vez que estes incorporam os aspectos da qualidade pragmática e os aspectos da qualidade hedônica, questões relacionadas à utilidade percebida da minimização de potenciais barreiras educacionais, expectativas futuras, e condições facilitadoras. Conclui-se que o modelo engloba tanto a investigação sobre questões motivacionais pessoais dos usuários quanto a investigação de aspectos do contexto de uso, e que o modelo pode ser utilizado para a finalidade a qual foi proposto, a avaliação de aceitação de tecnologias em ambientes de educação incluvisa. / With the foundation of the National Policy on Special Education on the Perspective of Inclusive Education (2008), mainstream schools are receiving a greater number of deaf or hard of hearing (D/HH) students, that once before were attending specialized schools. However, data point to the declining number of D/HH students enrolled from primary school to high school, and from high school students to higher education; ie, there are reasons to believe that educational barriers are imposed on the way of these students to conquer a complete education. In this context, the goal of this work is to propose a technology acceptance model that takes into account factors that ivolve aspects of the inclusive education context, as well as performing experiment on the interaction of D/HH users with a technology to evaluate the model. Among the factors, one of them refers to the potential educational barriers experienced by D/HH students in inclusive classrooms. With regard to research methodology, the study was developed in cycles. To the extent that the investigations progressed, a new study began, was unfolded and closed. This allowed successive refinements over time to the point where the initial questions were answered and the goal was reached. The proposed model has shown positive results in capturing factors that influence technology acceptance given the domain specific context, since they incorporate aspects of pragmatic quality and hedonic quality, also issues related to perceived usefulness in minimizing potential educational barriers, future expectations, and facilitating conditions. We conclude that the model encompasses both users personal motivation and context of use aspects, and the model can be used for the purpose for which it was proposed, technology acceptance evaluation considering inclusive education contexts.

Avanços na área da tecnologia de informação proporcionaram mudanças em diversas áreas da atividade humana. A comunicaço cientifica e uma destas áreas. Periódicos científicos, que tradicionalmente utilizam como meio de divulgação a mídia impressa, possuem agora como alternativa a midia eletrônica. Alguns periódicos científicos lançados no final do século XX estão disponíveis exclusivamente no formato eletrônico. Esta tese de Doutorado analisa de forma específica as dinâmicas de acesso e uso dos periódicos científicos eletônicos brasileiros na área da Ciência da Informação. Discutem-se diversos tópicos fundamentais para a compreensão deste assunto. O estudo do acesso dos usuários aos periódicos foi realizado através da análise dos arquivos de log de acesso gerados pelos servidores web onde estão hospedados os periódicos selecionados para a pesquisa. O estudo relacionado ao uso que os usuários fazem dos periódicos foi realizado através da análise de um questionário enviado para os docentes dos programas de pós-graduação em Ciência da Informação, credenciados pela Coordenação de Aperfeicoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior CAPES, até a data de 30 de junho de 2001. A pesquisa identifica vários comportamentos dos usários quando do acesso aos periódicos científicos eletrônicos brasileiros, bem como algumas barreiras para uma utilização mais efetiva deste recurso. As conclusões da pesquisa sao relevantes para a elaboraço de novos periódicos cientificos eletrônicos. O prototipo de um sistema de informação eletrônico, voltado para o gerenciamento do processo de elaboração de um periódico científico eletrônico, e apresentado em sugestões para futuras pesquisas. Gender, Myth, and Warfare: A Cross-Cultural Analysis of Women WarriorsUnknown Date (has links)
A combination of cross-cultural and symbolic methodologies suggests that
women warriors occur in societies where there is both an emphasis on the sacred
feminine that allows women greater access to positions of power and authority (as per
Peggy Sanday) and where marital residency rules permit female fighters (following
David B. Adams´s theory on women warriors). While neither theory can stand alone in
explaining the existence of women warriors, when combined both theories give a solid
picture of societies that allow for female combatants. In this paper I propose that by
combining Sanday’s work on female power and Adams’s work on women warriors we
can come to a better understanding about just what makes the cultures that allow for
women’s participation in warfare unique, and perhaps what characteristics must be in

Therefore, the study begins with an overview of the principle of second tier of judicial authority as well as the natural judge of the appeal . It presents an overview of the appeal system, specifically in relation of agravo and, finally, point defects of unconstitutional presents in the legal prevision / O presente trabalho tem por objetivo abordar a (ir)recorribilidade das decisões monocráticas dos relatores quando exaradas em caráter interlocutório, que convertem o agravo de instrumento em agravo retido, concedem ou denegam efeito suspensivo ao recurso de agravo de instrumento ou, ainda, antecipam os efeitos da tutela recursal, na forma tratada no parágrafo único, do artigo 527, do Código de Processo Civil.
