Магистерская диссертация посвящена совершенствованию методического инструментария для оценки рисков при кредитовании физических лиц. В работе исследуются теоретические основы потребительского кредитования и управления кредитными рисками; проводится анализ состава кредитных портфелей банков и выявление проблем; осуществляется совершенствование методологии оценки рисков на основе уточнения качественных критериев оценки заёмщика, характеризующих его работодателя, а также совершенствование системы мотивации персонала с целью повышения ее риск-ориентированности. В качестве научной новизны предложен методический подход к анализу заемщиков-физических лиц на основе совершенствования оценки компании-работодателя; методический подход к оценке результатов деятельности кредитных специалистов на основе системы показателей KPI и балльно-весового метода. / The master's thesis is devoted to improving methodological tools for assessing risks in lending to individuals. The paper examines theoretical foundations of consumer lending and credit risk management; analyzes the composition of banks ' loan portfolios and identifies problems; improves the risk assessment methodology based on clarifying the qualitative criteria for evaluating the borrower that characterize his employer, as well as improving the personnel motivation system in order to increase its risk-orientation. As a scientific novelty, a methodological approach to the analysis of individual borrowers based on improving the assessment of employer company is proposed; a methodological approach to evaluating the performance of credit specialists based on KPI indicator system and point-weight method.

Hästar och ridsport är en av de största sporterna i Sverige, och dressyr är en stor gren. Den ses som klassisk där det sällan sker några stora förändringar. Samtidigt har nya lösningar för bedömning av sport utvecklats. En av dessa är AI-bedömningsteknik som har implementerats i exempelvis artistisk gymnastik (Mazurova, Standaert, Penttinen & Ter Chian Tan 2021). Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka ifall ett liknande system skulle kunna användas för att bedöma ridsportgrenen dressyr.  En kvalitativ studie genomfördes där tretton dressyrdomare intervjuades för att förklara sin syn på domarrollen. De fick även beskriva hur de ser på att ett AI-bedömningssystem skulle kunna implementeras inom dressyr och hur ett optimalt sådant skulle fungera. Deras information analyserades genom en tematisk analys och resulterade i flera viktiga huvudteman.  Studien visar att domarna ser positivt på att använda AI-bedömningssystem inom dressyren. De tror att ett system kan bedöma mer noggrant än människan kan och det skulle därmed ge ett mer korrekt och rättvist resultat. De allra flesta tror dock att man i dagsläget inte ska använda endast AI-bedömning eftersom dressyr inte enbart innebär ett tekniskt genomförande av svåra rörelser utan även inkluderar känsla och estetik. Ett tekniskt system kan i dagsläget inte gradera detta på samma sätt som en människa kan. / Horses and equestrian sports are one of the biggest sports in Sweden, and dressage is a big part of the sport. It is considered as a classic branch where no major changes have taken place. At the same time new solutions for assessing sports have been developed. One of these solutions is AI judging systems which have been implemented in artistic gymnastics (Mazurova, Standaert, Penttinen & Ter Chian Tan 2021). The purpose of this study is to investigate whether a similar system could be used to assess the equestrian sport of dressage.                                                             A qualitative study was carried out where 13 judges in dressage were interviewed and asked to explain their views on the judging role. They also explained their opinion about an AI assessment system to be implemented in dressage and how such a system should work. In order to analyze the data that the judges contributed, a thematic analysis was made and several important main themes were presented.  The study shows that the judges are positively on using AI assessment systems in dressage. They believe a system could be more accurate than a human and thus give a more accurate result. However, the vast majority believe that at present one should not use only AI assessment since dressage not only means a technical athletic performance but also includes aesthetics and feelings. Todays technical solutions cannot grade that in the same way as a human can.

A cultural sensitive therapeutic approach to enhance emotional intelligence in primary school children

The difficulties experienced by children in their middle school age resemble problems with emotional intelligence. It is increased by cultural differences between the child, therapist and social environment. This research problem led to a culturally sensitive Gestalt play therapy intervention programme, to enhance primary school children's emotional intelligence. An intervention was developed, applied and the outcomes thereof studied. The outcomes relate to play therapy techniques, emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity. The researcher made use of applied research, and thus focused on solving the social problem as stated above, and making a contribution to real life issues. A literature study, related to the concepts of the unit of analysis showed the following: The primary school child has high energy levels and presents concrete reasoning abilities. His self-esteem is based on good interpersonal relationships and achieving tasks. Emotions and other physical and cognitive systems are interdependent. Emotional intelligence is the awareness, management and control of emotions, relate to the functions of the frontal lobes and also to the requirements of a healthy individual according to Gestalt therapy. Culture is connected to the field in Gestalt theory. Cultural sensitivity in this research study meant an attitude of acceptance of cultural differences. Gestalt therapy is based on holism, which includes the environment or field. Gestalt play therapy in a group context was found to be an effective way to teach emotional intelligence skills in a culturally sensitive way to primary school children. The intervention programme was applied to pilot- and research groups, compiled from children who were assessed with the Das-Naglieri Cognitive Assessment System (Naglieri and Das, 1997a) and who presented weaker frontal lobe processes in relation to their other cognitive skills. The outcomes of the research study identified the most effective Gestalt play therapy techniques, which are: The healing therapeutic relationship The use of experiential learning The Gestalt principle of "biding one's time" The study also delivered some unsuspected outcomes namely a relation between right-hemisphere processes and emotional intelligence. Weld Producibility Assessment System : Evaluation of Producibility Assessment tools using Set-based approach in Multi-disciplinary Aerospace Design

This thesis is a continuation of design automation studies within research projects financed by VINNOVA (the Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems) and Knowledge foundation that contributed to the development of producibility assessment system at a global aerospace products supplier, GKN Aerospace Sweden. A case study was carried at the company on Turbine Rear Structure (TRS) component design of a jet engine with the main objective to evaluate weld producibility assessment tools and to demonstrate system’s performance in multi-disciplinary design environment. The context of this thesis is a set-based product design development where several studies, i.e. thermal, structural, aerodynamic etc. are carried concurrently to gather knowledge between their parameter relations. The thesis contributes to the goal of fully integrated producibility assessment in multi-disciplinary studies to support product development process. The problems encountered during the thesis execution involved systematic analysis setup to extract and verify CAD geometry data, assessment of meaningfulness of producibility indicators, development of semi-automated data post-processing module and relating product design to its manufacturing aspects. Commercial and in-house developed software were used extensively to demonstrate the results of the system with the help of continuous company support to mitigate indispensable bottlenecks along the way. The work has led to systematic improvements, determined assessment limitations and most relevant weld producibility aspects. Collected feedback to evaluate prepared demonstrator showed promising results to support product design decisions considering both performance and producibility.

Approche psychométrique du test de Rorschach / Psychometrical approach of the Rorschach test

En dépit de ses qualités, le Rorschach en Système Intégré présente des problèmes psychométriques substantiels que le nouveau système Rorschach Performance Assessment System (R-PAS) ne permet pas de résoudre. Aussi, l’objectif principal de la thèse que nous défendons est de développer une approche psychométrique du Rorschach qui soit satisfaisante sur les plans statistique et clinique. Une Analyse Parallèle et Une Analyse en Composantes Principales réalisée sur un échantillon normatif de 695 participants Belges, Français et Finlandais permet de définir un modèle du Rorschach en 12 Composantes. Si ces dimensions sont cohérentes avec les principes de cotation et les connaissances empiriques sur le Rorschach, elles font également apparaître certaines difficultés de cotation, des aspects du Rorschach qui ont été négligés dans la recherche, de même qu’elles remettent en question certains indices du Système Intégré. Ce modèle est appliqué à deux problèmes empiriques : l’expression de particularités culturelles au Rorschach et la capacité du test à identifier des stratégies de résolution de problème (qui est un aspect central du Système Intégré). Les normes américaines du Système Intégré ainsi que les normes internationales du R-PAS ne peuvent s’appliquer de manière universelle et il faut donc recourir à des valeurs de références nationales. De plus, le Rorschach ne permet pas d’identifier des stratégies de résolution de problème de manière fiable. Ces études montrent que certains principes fondamentaux du Système Intégré et du R-PAS sont à remettre en question et qu’il est nécessaire de développer un nouveau système d’interprétation du Rorschach selon une approche psychométrique. / In spite of its quailties, the Rorschach Comprehensive System (RCS) presents substantial psychometric issues which are not solved by the new Rorschach Performance Assessment System (R-PAS). Thus, the main objective of this dissertation is to develop a satisfying psychometrical approach of the Rorschach test. A Parallel Analysis and a Principal Component Analysis performed on a normative sample of 695 Belgian, French and Fins participants define a 12 Components model of the Rorschach. If these dimensions are coherent with scoring principles and empirical evidences for the Rorschach they also reveal some scoring issues, neglected aspects of the Rorschach in the research field as well as they question the validity of some indices of the RCS. This model was applied to two empirical problems : the cross-cultural study of the Rorschach and its ability to assess problem solving strategies (which is a key feature of the RCS). The american norms of the RCS and the international reference values of the R-PAS cannot be used universally and it is necessary to use national norms. Moreover, the Rorschach does not assess problem solving strategies in a satisfying manner. These studies demonstrate that some fondamental principles of the RCS and the R-PAS must be questionned and the necessity to develop a new interpretation system for the Rorschach based on a psychometrical approach.

For this, it was based on methodological foundations of qualitative research presenting itself as a single case study. The time frame for data collection and analysis was the period 2008 to 2015, being the subject of this research the managers of the respective IAS. Data from this study were collected in the case of the environment itself studied through non-participant observation and structured interview. He told, too, with the technique of focal group, formed by the managers of the IES, whose data were analyzed according to the content analysis technique proposed by Bardin (2011) having also document analysis in permissive triangulation depth study. Triangulation of data collected identified that the understanding of managers, as the availability and accessibility of the IAS do not converge with the aspects present in indicating literature in this way that although the availability and accessibility are present in the reports on the evaluation system, There is also the need for effective understanding with respect to the theoretical bases and their transformation into practical actions. Possible centrality is part thereof on the IAS. The conclusion gives the need to formulate guidelines to consider the availability and accessibility in the IAS. The discussion on this topic and its inclusion as an aspect evaluation ways are presented as improvements in their system. / Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el Sistema de Evaluación Institucional (SEI) del Centro Paula Souza (CEETEPS) desde la perspectiva de su disponibilidad y accesibilidad. Para ello, se basó en fundamentos metodológicos de la investigación cualitativa se presenta como un estudio de caso único. El marco de tiempo para la recolección y análisis de datos fue el período desde 2008 hasta 2015, con los directivos de la respectiva SEI. Los datos de este estudio se recogieron en el caso del propio entorno estudiado mediante la observación no participante y la entrevista estructurada. Él dijo, también, con la técnica de grupo focal, formado por los directores de SEI, cuyos datos fueron analizados según la técnica de análisis de contenido propuesto por Bardin (2011), que tiene también el documento de análisis en el estudio a fondo de triangulación permisiva. La triangulación de los datos recogidos identificó que la comprensión de los administradores, como la disponibilidad y accesibilidad de el SEI no convergen con los aspectos presentes en la literatura indicando de esta manera que a pesar de la disponibilidad y accesibilidad están presentes en los informes sobre el sistema de evaluación, También existe la necesidad de un entendimiento eficaz con respecto a las bases teóricas y su transformación en acciones prácticas. Dio a conocer también posible centralidad en la parte de la misma, en el Sistema de Evaluación Institucional , que llegó a la conclusión de que, dada la necesidad de formular directrices para considerar la disponibilidad y accesibilidad en el SEI , la discusión sobre este tema y su inclusión como evaluativa aspecto se presentan como aspectos de mejoras en su sistema. / Este trabalho teve por objetivo analisar o Sistema de Avaliação Institucional (SAI) do Centro Paula Souza (CEETEPS) sob a ótica de sua disponibilidade e acessibilidade. Para tanto, fundamentou-se em bases metodológicas de pesquisa qualitativa apresentando-se como estudo de caso único. O recorte temporal de coleta e análise de dados foi o período de 2008 a 2015, sendo os sujeitos desta pesquisa os gestores do SAI. Os dados foram coletados no próprio ambiente do caso estudado por meio da observação não participante e de entrevista estruturada. Contou, ainda, com a técnica do grupo focal, formado pelos gestores do SAI, cujos dados coletados foram analisados segundo a técnica de análise do conteúdo preconizada por Bardin (2011) tendo, também, amparo na análise documental. A triangulação dos dados coletados permitiu identificar que o entendimento dos gestores, quanto à disponibilidade e acessibilidade do SAI, não convergem com os aspectos presentes na literatura. Indicam, desta maneira, que embora a disponibilidade e a acessibilidade estejam presentes nos relatos sobre o sistema de avaliação, existe, ainda, a necessidade de efetivo entendimento no que tange às bases teóricas e suas transformações em ações práticas. Revelou, também, a possível centralidade, por parte dos mesmos, sobre o SAI. Estes resultados permitiram concluir que, dada a necessidade de formulação de Diretrizes que se voltem mais acentuadamente para a disponibilidade e a acessibilidade no SAI, a discussão sobre este tema é oportuna, e sua inclusão como aspecto avaliativo se apresentam como parte integrante das melhorias deste sistema, no seu todo.
