1	Geofyzikální průzkům okolí kostela Stětí sv. Jana Křtitele v Dolních Chabrech / Geophysical Survey in Vinicity of the Church Stětí sv. Jana Křtitele in Dolní Chabry Buneš, Josef January 2020 (has links) v Abstract The diploma thesis "Geophysical survey of the surroundings of the Church of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist in Dolní Chabry" describes the realized geophysical measurements at an important archaeological locality and interprets its results. The locality is approached from the historical, geographical and geological point of view. There are described physical properties of rocks, basic principles of geophysical methods used and methodology of field work and data processing. Finally, the measurement results are interpreted. The following methods were used for the research: symmetric resistivity profiling, dipole electromagnetic profiling, electrical resistivity tomography and seismic rafraction. Several anomalies corresponding to already known objects were identified and localized in the locality, another part of captured anomalies corresponds to previously unknown buried archaeological objects. 2	Jak je uděláno Pozvání na popravu. Teatrální a polemické prvky v románě Vladimira Nabokova / How Invitation to a Beheading is Made. Theatrical and Polemic Elements in Vladimic Nabokov's Novel Lenz, Linda January 2013 (has links) The work focuses on the analysis of the poetics of Vladimir Nabokov's novel Invitation to a Beheading in terms of its cultural context. Specifically deals with its relation to the Soviet theatrical avant-garde, with mythopoetic symbolism and early avant-garde. We approach to the novel as a parody of the post-revolutionary avant-garde Soviet theater experiments. Special attention is paid to the fact that due to the theatralization of the text, i.e. assimilation of the novel space with the theatricals, diegesis of Invitation to a Beheading is divided into two equal opposing worlds, each of which represents particular poetics. World built around main character of Cincinnatus is comparable to symbolism, namely to the symbol and symbolistic perception of Andrei Bely. The central principle of this reality is semiotization of the world. The surrounding fictional world creates its opposite as it is shaped by the principle of desemiotization which - as a central aspect of formalistic-futuristic avant- garde - systematically dismantles hero's world. However neither of these worlds is winning. In the end it is the synthesis, which helps the hero get emancipated from the novel's world. Il offre une enquête sur le thème de la mort, à partir d’une analyse lexicale du champ sémantique de la mort, ainsi que des différents termes, expressions et euphémismes utilisés pour désigner le fait de mourir. La totalité des genres littéraires attestés sont donc pris en compte, notamment les textes divinatoires, les inscriptions royales, les textes de lois… L’objectif est tout d’abord de constituer un corpus le plus exhaustif possible, qui jusqu’ici n’était pas disponible, en étudiant de façon systématique les données. Mais l’ambition est également d’analyser toute la terminologie et de réaliser une synthèse sur ce thème. Cette recherche porte donc sur la mort dans sa réalité concrète, notamment les différentes sortes de trépas, et les gestes afférents, comme les étapes du processus funéraire ou des cultes de commémoration. L’intérêt est également porté sur les différents sentiments ressentis face à la mort, aux valeurs et significations qui lui sont accordées, et aux utilisations de la mort par les vivants, notamment au travers d’une exploitation politique et sociale. / Sumerian and Akkadian texts provide the primary material for this study, which is a lexical analysis of the semantic field of death, and of terms, expressions and euphemisms used to refer to dying. All literary genres are examined, especially divinatory texts. The purpose is not only to bring together a corpus, which until now has not been available, by going through the texts systematically, but also to analyze all the terminology and to summarize the subject. This research concerns concrete aspects of death, especially the different ways in which Mesopotamians died and the acts that followed death, such as funerary practices and rites, and commemorative ceremony. We are also interested in different feelings, values, and uses attributed to death by the living, especially political or social.
