Vliv různých potravin na viabilitu a růst probiotických bakterií / Influence of some foods on growth and viability of probotic bacteriaVajglová, Klára January 2017 (has links)
The goal of this work was a study the influence of food and beverages on the viability and growth of probiotic bacteria. The influence of food and beverages was tested on monocultures of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium breve and mixed culture of probiotic microorganisms. In the experimental part, probiotic cultures were incubated in selected foods and beverages. After that they were tested in a model conditions of digestive tract. In some probiotic cultures, growth of viable cells during incubation in the digestive tract was observed. The increase of probiotic cells was showed predominantly in foods that contained higher levels of sugars and fats or a suitable combination. Their increase was up to four times in some cases. Based on the results, mixed probiotic cultures aren’t surprisingly exhibited better survival and maintain sufficient amount of viable cells even during the digestive process. Moreover, probiotic microorganisms could be recommended to consumption during meals better than just with a beverage.

This research corresponds to a systematic study of a single case of a patient who presents
panic attacks on a process of psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy. The objective
of the study was to describe the structural elements of the mental functioning of a patient
with panic attacks, at the beginning of a brief interpersonal dynamic therapy (DIT)
process, using Axis IV of the OPD-2 as an evaluation instrument. This instrument allows
to evaluate the different Capacities, Sub-capacities and Dimensions of the subject's
structural functioning, based on the analysis of their respective Dimensions and their level
of integration referred to the Self and the Objects. The results obtained showed that the
structural functioning of the consultant presented a Medium level of integration for
Cognitive Capacity, Management Capacity and Link Capacity. In the case of Emotional
Capacity, the consultant obtained a Medium/Low level of integration. Likewise, it was
evidenced that the Dimensions of Use of Fantasy, Bodily Self, Internalization and Letting
go of ties were the ones that presented the lowest levels of integration. The limitations
and scope of this research are discussed at the end of the study.

The following research aimed to compare the process of subjective change during focal
psychoanalytic psychotherapy of two female clients with different personality styles. This
with the purpose of studying two personality styles that show greater vulnerability to
depression: Anaclitic and Introjective. For this, the Moments of Change that
corresponded to the Generic Indicators of Change 05, 08 and 11 proposed by Krause and
Altimir (2018) were compared. A qualitative research design of a multiple case study was
used and an inductive thematic analysis was carried out to identify patterns that evidence
the differences and similarities presented. The results show that in relation to the IGC 05,
both patients establish the pole opposite to their current pattern as their focus of work.
This implied that the subject of their elaborations change and problematize the way in
which they handled their emotions. Regarding the IGC 08, in both cases they have
identified emotions that they tend to exclude from their narrative. Faced with this, an
attempt is shown to recognize and delimit that affective experience, while recognizing
the ways in which each one has tried to regulate them in the face of fear of lack of control.
Finally, IGC 11 recognizes the patients' attempt to make sense of their current affective
patterns based on their past experiences of separation. These results are discussed based
on the work on affects and their contribution to the construction of a more integrated self,
the role of the therapeutic relationship in relation to each personality style, and the
importance of recognizing personality for therapeutic processes.

Studies in psychotherapy show that changes of greater subjective elaboration are usually
associated with an increase in permeability towards new understandings, which allows
transforming habitual ways of thinking and acting in relation to oneself and others
(Krause et al., 2006). Around this, it is found that change processes can be identified from
moments of change, which turn out to be relevant for the construction of new subject
meanings (Krause, 2005). Likewise, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT, Lemma,
Target & Fonagy, 2011), proposes that subjective experience is usually framed within a
relational pattern that integrates a set of representations that the person has of himself and
of others, considering the affection that intercedes their interaction. In this framework,
the present study seeks to analyze the variations in the interpersonal affective pattern of
a patient from the episodes of change in a brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy process.
For this, a single systematized case of eleven sessions carried out by a therapist and a
female patient who is in involve in a violent relationship with his partner. Qualitative
deductive-inductive thematic analysis tools are used to identify the variations of the
interpersonal pattern, as well as those elements that emerged throughout the process.
Results of this study indicate that self-representations are those that presented the greatest
variation. Implications of subjective experience are discussed in terms of the discovery
of one’s own autonomy, the transformation of the notions of care, and the recognition of
damage and violence in the couple relationship from a psychoanalytic reading.

The present investigation is a systematic study of a single case of a patient with depressive symptomatology in a process of brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy. The objective was to identify and describe relational patterns and internal conflicts, how both Axes and depressive symptomatology are related to each other. The clinical material consisted of the relational episodes of the first three sessions, the CCRT-LU-S method was applied for their identification; and from them, we proceeded to conceptualize the Axis II Relationship and Axis III Conflict of the OPD-2. The results show three dysfunctional relational patterns in the consultant, which include the need to over-adapt, to hold back and at the same time, to lean on, hold on and reproach or blame, tending to perceive that the other neglects or abandons her. On the other hand, she also disqualified herself when she perceived a demand from others. The conflicts were related with an ambivalence in their relationship with others. The most significant conflicts were Desire for protection and care versus Self-sufficiency and Selfassessment.

This investigation is a systematic study of a single case of a patient with anxiety in a
process of brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy. It aims to identify and describe the
relational pattern and the internal conflicts that are at the basis of this symptomatology,
as well as to approach the way these two variables engage each other in the emergence of
anxiety. The intervention based on the model of brief interpersonal dynamic
psychotherapy (DIT), focused on the work of the interpersonal affective focus, from
which was possible to identify the study variables. For the analysis of the clinical material
constituted by the relational episodes of the three first sessions, the CCRT-LU-S was
applied; and from them, it was possible to conceptualize the Axis II Relation and Axis III
Conflict from OPD-2. The results show a maladaptative relational pattern that includes a
need to hold on, and at the same time, to take distance, by perceiving that the object is
demanding in its needs, or not available for him. In that line, the conflicts were related
with a significant need of dependence; and at the same time, with a forced independence
in order to protect himself from closeness. The most significant conflicts were
Individuation versus Dependence and Protection and Care wishes versus Autarchy.

The present study is a single case and systematic study of a patient with depression during
the course of a brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy process. The aim of the study is to
evaluate the change in self´s structural functions between the initial phase and the final
phase of the treatment using the Axis IV of the OPD 2. This instrument allowed a deep
and dynamic qualitative description of the structural functions in both phases of the
process from the evaluation of the patient’s structural abilities, subcapacities and
dimensions. The results show, towards the end of the treatment, changes in the global
functioning of cognitive ability, regulation ability and emotional ability, which are
understood from its structural subcapacities and dimensions. Furthermore, towards the
end of the treatment, there were changes in the functioning of attachment to external
objetcts subcapacity, which belonged to the attachment ability. Implications and
limitations of these results are discussed at the end of the investigation.

efectividad de la terapia / The present study is a systematic single-case investigation of a focal psychoanalytic
psychotherapeutic intervention. The objectives of this study are (1) describe and understand
how self-perception and communication skills vary, and (2) determine how Self-perception
and Communication skills are related to Episodes of Change throughout the focal
psychoanalytic psychotherapeutic process of a woman in a situation of violence. For this
purpose, the initial and final sessions were analyzed using the Operationalized
Psychodynamic Diagnosis (OPD-2) (Grupo OPD, 2008) and the coded Episodes of Change that
coincided with these sessions were found, according to Krause's proposal (Krause et al.,
2006). From this, a qualitative analysis was carried out about the change in the Capacities of
Self-perception and Communication inwards and outwards present in the analyzed sessions
and the configuration of the Episodes of Change of said sessions from psychoanalytic theory.
The results of this study find that the capacities mentioned are related to the episodes of
change based on the changes in cognitive and affective representations that occurred
throughout the process, which mostly occurred in subjective theories related to identity,
which accounted for self-perception, the experience of affections, their communication and
empathy. In addition, between the initial and final phase of the process, the self-perception
capacities had the largest change with respect to the capacities analyzed, the inward
communication capacity was not evaluable, and the outward communication capacity had
the lower change. This indicates a better level of functioning of these structural capacities of
the self and can be an indicator of the effectiveness of the therapy.

Depression is the leading cause of work, personal and family disability on the planet (World
Health Organization [WHO], 2020); it generates high costs at public health level (Ministry of
Health of Peru [MINSA], 2018); Pan American Health Organization [PAHO], 2014). Therefore,
it is important in the Peruvian context to seek useful, lower-cost strategies, such as short and
focal therapies, which help the approach with specific objectives, in order to alleviate depression
and significant suffering in the consultant. Clinical research methods to support it are important
as well. In this framework, the present study seeks to explore the change in the relational patterns
of a consultant with depression, in a brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy process based on
dynamic interpersonal therapy (DIT). For this purpose, a study of a systematic single case is
carried out, through a quantitative methodology. For the analysis of the clinical material, the
Core Conflictual Relationship Theme (CCRT-LU-S) method is used to identify the central
relational patterns (PRs) of the initial and final phases of the treatment, examining the changes
based on their contrast. In the results, changes are observed in the different PRs components: in
wishes (Ws [Ds]), in the response from the others (RO) as well as in the responses from the
subject (RSs). The greatest significant change is found in the response of the subject towards the
self (RSS). It is concluded that the representations of herself and the other (WOS [DOS], ROS
and RSs), are updated in the treatment of a brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy, based on the DIT
model.

Studies in psychotherapy have found that processes of psychic change can be identified from moments of change that are significant for the patient to build new meanings about their own experience (Krause, 2005). In these psychic changes the importance of a subjective experience of temporality is highlighted, which allows to link with greater organization and openness the different dimensions of one's own experience in the world (Loewald, 1972). In addition, it is argued that the process of constructing a narrative is an important vehicle for the manifestation of such temporal experience (Bamberg, 2012). In this framework, the present study seeks to analyze the changes in the subjective experience of temporality through the narrative variations of an event of violence performed by a patient throughout a process of brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy. For this, a systematized single case was used, of twelve session of a therapist and a female patient who is in a situation of partner violence. Narrative analysis tools were used to deepen the subjective temporal experience underlying the process of narrating and re-narrating an event of violence. The results of this study find that the temporal experience varies throughout the process in terms of organization, coherence and flexibility in the story of the history of violence. In addition, the functions of temporal experience allow a transformation in the perspective that the patient assumes in front of a situation attributed initially to the past, which allows a change in the way of conceiving itself not only in front of that experience but also in the present. The implications of the subjective experience of temporality in relation to the construction of a self, the process of historicization, affects and the experience of violence from a psychoanalytic reading are discussed. / Tesis
