趨勢預測專家約翰•奈思比在新作《亞洲大趨勢》中預言了亞洲當前風起雲湧的八大趨勢，其中一項即為『男性褪色→女性頭角崢嶸』。近年來，愈來愈多的女性由私領域邁入公領域，她們在職場上或甚至是政壇上，經常有讓人聒目相看的傑出表現；在一向由男性主導、陽剛價值至上的組織環境中，女性領導人為日漸僵化的組織運作，注入了一股源頭活水。她們的「另類觀點與作風」，使人們開始重新省思許多過往習以為常的想法及做法，而「女性領導」亦已成為研究領導的一個新方向。本研究於第一章，說明研究動機與目的、方法與限制、架構與內容。第二章，則由典範變遷的觀點分析女性領導產生的背景。第三章，是關於女性領導的文獻分析。探討男女有別領導風格的成因、女性領導的特質，並點出本文的重心－希望重建一個男女均衡的領導新模式，以「男女兼性」的「人性觀點」來詮釋領導。第四章，是關於女性領導的實證分析。筆者訪談了五位公部門女主管、五位私部門女主管，以及一位婦女研究學者、一位婦女團體領導人，希望將實務面與第三章的文獻分析互相對照比較。於此章並歸納出若干這些傑出女領導人職涯發展成功的關鍵性因素；以及欲突破女性領導的困境，女性自身及社會環境尚待補強努力之處。第五章，為本研究之結論。將文獻檢視及訪談結果進行重點摘要，並提出關於後續研究展望的一些建議及方向。

Die vorliegende kumulative Dissertationsschrift beschäftigt sich mit theoretischen Fragestellungen der Finanzwissenschaft im Bereich des Asset Pricing und im Detail der Unternehmensbewertung. Dabei wird sowohl auf Problemstellungen der akademischen und praxisnahen Forschung eingegangen. Der erste Artikel beschäftigt sich mit der Fragestellung welche Implikationen die Annahme einer arithmetischen Brownschen Bewegung auf bestimmte Aspekte der Unternehmensbewertung hat. Es folgen drei Artikel die sich auf unterschiedliche Weise mit der Zinsschrankenregelung auseinandersetzen. Die darauf folgenden zwei Artikel behandeln hauptsächlich die Modellierung von Insolvenz im Rahmen der Unternehmensbewertung bei Annahme verschiedener Finanzierungspolitiken. Der achte Artikel geht näher auf die Thematik der empirischen Bestätigung bestimmter Kapitalstrukturtheorien ein. Die Dissertation schließt mit einem Artikel zu wichtigen Parametern für die Unternehmensbewertung.

Ce travail propose une réflexion sur les obstacles, souvent "invisibles", qui contribuent à maintenir les femmes aux niveaux inférieurs de la hiérarchie professionnelle. Ce phénomène a été baptisé « plafond de verre ». L’asymétrie des profils professionnels entre hommes et femmes est interrogée à partir d’une approche constructiviste multidisciplinaire profitant des contributions conjointes de l’histoire, de la philosophie, de la sociologie et de la psychologie sociale. L'introduction théorique propose une réflexion sur les déterminants historiques et psychosociaux de l’asymétrie du masculin et du féminin dans leurs rapports au pouvoir et au travail. Les théories des Représentations Sociales (Moscovici, 1961), de l'Identité Sociale (Tajfel & Turner, 1986) serviront de cadre conceptuel à l’ensemble du travail. Les antécédents psychosociaux du « plafond de verre » sont étudiés au travers d’une série de 6 études. La première explore le vécu et les représentations des femmes évoluant dans un contexte professionnel masculin tel que la politique et montre l’existence chez elles d’une tension entre les normes instrumentales en vigueur dans ce contexte et l’approche relationnelle qu’elles voudraient promouvoir. La deuxième et la troisième études explorent respectivement les représentations sociales de l’« emploi idéal pour soi » et de la « réussite » chez des jeunes universitaires (garçons et filles) en partant du présupposé qu’afin de mieux comprendre les stratégies différenciées de mobilité ascendante chez les deux sexes, il est important d’interroger les représentations sociales liées à la sphère professionnelle que les uns et les autres possèdent avant d’y être intégré-e-s. Enfin, trois études empiriques testent l’hypothèse générale selon laquelle la sous-représentation des femmes aux niveaux supérieurs de la hiérarchie sociale pourrait résulter des discordances qui existent entre, d’une part, les normes de genre endossées par les individus (i.e. féminine vs. masculine) ainsi que le niveau d’identification au genre et, d’autre part, les normes sous-tendant la culture des organisations. Les résultats suggèrent l’existence d’une telle incompatibilité normative et de son impact potentiel sur les stratégies de mobilité ascendante./Adopting a constructivist and multidisciplinary perspective, the present dissertation questions the “hidden obstacles” contributing to maintain women in the lower positions of the professional ladder, a phenomenon called “glass ceiling”. Framing our work in the social representations theory (Moscovici, 1961) and the social identity theory (Tajfel & Turner, 1986), we address the asymmetry in men’s and wome’s careers trough 6 study. Study 1 explores the representations of Belgian politician women with regard to their personal professional experiences and their relation to the normatively masculine political functioning. Furthermore, a second set of studies starts from the idea that, in order to understand women’s and men’s professional mobility strategies, we have to take social representations related to the professional domain into account. Hence, study 2 and 3 explore respectively the social representations of « an own ideal job » and of « a successful life » amongst young students of both sexes. Finally, studies 4, 5, and 6 test the general hypothesis that the lack of women in positions of power could be partially due to the incongruence between potentially conflicting social norms. Namely, while work settings seem to induce a social norm favoring instrumental social orientations, women socialization is still characterized by the existence of prescriptions about relational orientations. The project deals with structure design of a new – built sports centre with the capacity up to 120 persons. It is situated in the sports grounds of Zákamenné in a flat terrain lot with area of 21 811 m2. The building wasn´t designed for disabled people, it is designed with partial basement, it has got two floors with irregular shape and the floor area of 752,44 m2. On the first floor the building is split into two sections - northern, which is the sports part and southern. which is the facilities part (café, entrance to flat,...). On the second floor there is a caretaker´s flat in the southern part, northern part serves mainly for administration purposes. The northern part also offers access to a non-public terrace. Basement is situated under southern part and serves technical facilities of the buildiung. The support structure system consists of concrete strips foundations, supporting wall system built with Ytong aerated concrete blocks, the ceiling system is made of reinforced concrete floor, which also supports construction of a warm flat roof.

The diploma thesis is focused on design on loadbearing reinforced concrete structure of multi-storey apartment building with shops and offices on the ground floor and underground garage. The thesis consists of the analysis and design of ceiling slabs above underground floor, supporting columns and the beam under the underground floor ceiling slab. Calculation 3D model was created to determine internal forces. All structures are designed according to EC2, ČSN EN 1992-1-1. The thesis includes elaboration of static calculation, shape drawings, drawings of reinforcement of solved structures. The rest of the project part are not analysed.

The master´s thesis "Multifunctional house" is in form of project documentation containing all appropriateness in accordance with valid regulations. The house is designed as a detached house and with a cellar. The house is rectangular dimension, with a flat vegetation roof. The house has four floors with balconies and terraces. The house has 10 housing units and 2 offices. On the first floor is the technical room, 2 flats and two offices. In the house is projected a lift. The house is made of brick system with a contact insulated system.

Content of the Diploma thesis is the design documentation a block of flats with trade gallery in Tábor. The design documentation and annexes of diploma thesis are elaborated according to present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is located on plot no. 1457/33 and 1457/1 cadastre unit Tábor. The building is situated in area designated to housing development. Next to the land are there public infrastructure. The apartment building is divided into 20 flats including one accessible flat and café for 60 customers and max 5 employees. Flats are located from second floor except accessible flat, which is in grounfloor. In grounfloor is common storage area and utility room. Building has four (above-ground) floor. Object is dimensioned 31,7 x 25,2 m and high 13,6 m.The object is builded on finished grade. Load-bearing structural systém is from hollow bricks. Building has flat roof and whole object is thermal insulated.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to elaborate project documentation for the execution of a new building of kindergarten. The intention is to construct a new kindergarten which access preschool-age children has visual contact with nature and space of outside. This is purpose why all main windows face south. In the second floor is situated schoolroom for minor activity. The building is designed as brick, using clay blocks which are put on concrete foundation strips. Basement walls are from formwork brick fill concrete and steel armature. Thermal insulation is from contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facade with wood clapboard from pine (Thermowood). The roofing is designed partly as single-shell vegetative (extensive) roof and partly as a float double-shell roof with timber truss girder. Ceiling construction in the basement and the first floor is from concrete load-bearing structure.

This diploma thesis deals with the construction and technological project of the reinforced concrete monolithic hall for Dinel s.r.o., which has its seat in the industrial zone Zlín - Příluky. There are prepared a technical report for the construction project, time and financial plan of the construction of the second stage, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a project of the building facility, a design of the main building machines and mechanisms, a schedule of the main building including a plan of the material resources and technological regulations of selected stages together with control and test plans. In addition there is prepared a budget item of the main building, the health and safety plan and a problematics of the antistatic floors.

In my master´s thesis I am talking about solution of building a top rough construction technology in a block of flats. The content of my thesis are mainly worked out technical regulations concerning monolithic ceiling constructions and vertical load bearing constructions. Regarding the phase of the top rough construction, also there are a proposition of a building site organization, a technical report about the building site organization, a technical report about a building-technological project, solution of construction orgaization, a timetable, an item budget and a proposition of machine compositions.
