The theme of this diploma thesis is a project of the polyfunctional building with offices and sportbar for business activities. The projected building should be located in the village Jemnice in the street ,, Budějovická“ It is a four-storey house with partial basement, which is situated on midly sloping land. The house is built of brick blocks POROTHERM. The ceilings of the house are made out of fundamentals roofs Miako. The partitions are combination of brick systems POROTHERM and Knauf plasterboard partitions. The roof is slant double-coating covering of systém Fatrafol – S810.

The diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation. Specifically, the parts A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 of Annex 6 to Regulation No. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. The documentation refers to a motel with restaurant designed for 50 guests. The plot is located in Troubsko. The motel is divided into three separate buildings. In the main building is reception, restaurant with kitchen and offices. The building has ground floor and underground floor. The accommodation is divided into two one-storey buildings. The buildings are formed by separate units with 4 or 2 rooms which are connected by one roof. All buildings are designed with flat green roof. There is parking lot for public and restaurant guests, for accommodated guests ans private parking for employees and supply is solved on the plot. The buildings are based on plain concrete foundation strips. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed from sand-lime. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from precast filigree slabs. Partitions are designed from autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. The facade is thermally insulated by EPS boards. The 3% slope of the roof is achieved by using tapered EPS boards. Vegetation (stone crops) will be planted on the roof. part of this thesis is static calculation and design of staircase slab from reinforced concrete.

The master´s thesis is focused on a design of monolithic reinforced concrete construction of an apartment building. The content of this work is design of two ceiling slabs, staircase, supporting columns, walls, girders and concrete pile construction of foundation. Thesis includes working-out of static calculation, elaboration drawing of shape, reinforcement of solved elements and evolvement of assembly drawings. The rest of the project parts are not analysed.

This master thesis deals with study of area, which is intended for construction of apartments building and public facilities. Four building are projected with visually connection by a covered parking place. There are three apartments building and one multifunctional building. The aim of this master thesis is elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of new multifunctional house in the area of the city Uherský Brod. In the first floor is designed café, which has its own entrance. In the second part of the floor is household equipment and utility room, which also has a separate entrance from outside. In the second to fourth floor is ten housing units of different sizes. The object is located on a gently sloping land in the northern part of Uherský Brod in the new city district called “Nad Zámkem”. Wall construction is designed from Porotherm elements. Ceiling construction is monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is solved by single-flat roof. The drawing part of this master thesis is processed in AutoCAD.

Jämställdhet är någonting som diskuteras flitigt i politiska debatter. Det blir bättre och bättre världen över men kvinnor ses fortfarande inte ha lika mycket inflytande över beslutsfattande processer som män. Maktpositionerna domineras än idag av män och Sverige är ett av de länder som ännu inte har haft en kvinnlig statsminister. Den här studien bygger på en kvalitativ forskningsmetod genom semistrukturerade intervjuer utförda med kvinnor i Sveriges riksdag. Studien identifierar vilka upplevelser kvinnor i Sveriges riksdag har gällande förväntningar på kvinnor, bemötande mot kvinnor samt deras möjligheter till höga positioner i politiken. Den ser också över hur de själva upplever sin maktposition samt hur makten är könad. Studien undersöks med de Globala Målen, närmare bestämt delmål 5.5, som grund. Tidigare forskning visar hur kvinnor har det betydligt svårare än män gällande att både ta sig in och stanna kvar i politiken samt uppnå ledarskapsroller. Ett intersektionellt perspektiv är i stort sett frånvarande i den tidigare forskningen, därför har den här studien ett fokus på det. Genom en analys utifrån de teoretiska utgångspunkterna homo- och heterosocialitet, glastak, intersektionalitet, ojämlikhetssystemet samt genussystemet identifieras problematik kring det motstånd kvinnor inom politiken möter samt den rådande könsmaktsordningen. Resultatet visar bland annat att kvinnor i riksdagen i stort begränsas inom politiken men att de trots detta ändå är de mäktigaste kvinnorna i Sverige. Studien bidrar till en ökad förståelse för olika maktförhållanden inom svensk politik samt ger en insyn i hur det egentligen kommer sig att Sverige ännu inte har haft en kvinnlig statsminister. / Gender equality is something that is frequently discussed in political debates. It’s getting better all over the world, but women are still not seen to have as much influence over decision-making processes as men. The positions of power are still dominated by men and Sweden is one of the countries that has not yet had a female prime minister. This study is based on a qualitative research method through semi-structured interviews conducted with women in the Swedish Parliament. The study identifies what experiences women in the Swedish Parliament have regarding expectations of women, treatment towards women and their opportunities to reach high positions in politics. It also focuses on how the women themselves perceive their position of power as well as how the power is gendered. The study is examined with The Sustainable Development Goals, more specifically sub-goal 5.5, as the basis. Previous research shows how women have a much harder time than men in terms of both entering and stay in politics and achieving leadership roles. An intersectional perspective is to a high degree absent in previous research, so this study has a specific focus on it. An analysis based on the theoretical principles of homo- and heterosociality, glass ceiling, intersectionality, the inequality system and the gender system identifies problems regarding the resistance women in politics encounter and the prevailing gender power system. The results show, among other things, that women in the Swedish Parliament are largely limited in politics, but that they are nevertheless the most powerful women in Sweden. The study contributes to an increased understanding of different power relations in Swedish politics and gives an insight into why Sweden has not yet had a female prime minister.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse in detail the issue of the position of women in top management positions in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis focus mainly on the legislation and mapping of the current situation of the issue. The thesis also examines gender, gender identity and gender mainstreaming, all of those terms are defined in detail in the text. The first part of the theses builds an important theoretical base and explains terms such as glass ceiling and the mentioned gender mainstreaming. The work also investigates the issue of equal pay and employment of women. The practical part of the thesis contains its own qualitative research that was done with specific top managers in the selected company. The aim of the practical part is to compare the theoretical concepts of the position of women on the Czech labour market with the situation in a particular Czech company. During the research are investigated both opinions of top managers on the nationwide situation as well as the situation within the company. Based on the research results, the research questions are answered and recommendations for improving the current position of women on the Czech labour market are formulated.

The diploma thesis deals with a desing and assessment a prestressed ceiling structure above a family house with a vegetated roof. The creation of the static model was analyzed by the SCIA Engineer program.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design heating and cooling in the office building and the showroom. The theoretical part deals with large-scale heating and cooling systems. The types of these systems and their advantages and disadvantages are described here. The practical part is devoted to the design of heating and cooling in the assigned office building and the showroom. In this part, two variants of the design are considered. The first variant considers the use of a heat pump as a source of heat and cold. In the second variant of the solution, a gas condensing boiler is used as a heat source and a chiller as a cold source. The experimental part deals with measuring the properties of one ceiling panel. The main task was to determine the cooling capacity of the ceiling panel.

The aim of my master ‘s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of kindergarten as nearly zero – energy buildings. The project consists of three parts. The first part (main part) presents the civil engineering design of the building. Kindergarten is single storey-building. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from lime-sand blocks (above - ground floor) and the hollow concrete blocks filled with C20/25. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from the prestressed Spiroll floor panels. The roof consists of a flat roof with extensive greenery. The second part presents technical equipment of buildings. The third part presents acoustic assesment outside Kindergarten. The building site contains also an outdoor playground. I am using AutoCad software for drawing and Deksoft to calculate Energy Performance Certificate. All structures comply with the regulations and valid standards.

The subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of a kindergarten building. The structure is situated in Velká Bíteš on Lánice street in Žďár nad Sázavou district. The building consists of two above ground floors and partial basement. The second floor is only above the central part of the building. The first floor is divided into three sections. On the left and on the right side there are classrooms for children with capacity of 20 children. On both sides there are staff facilities. These two sides are connected to the rectangle in the middle, where there is a staircase that connects all the floors and the basement. In this part there is also a school canteen where the meals are going to be prepared, storage and staff facilities. The structure can accommodate up to 40 children aged 3-6. The building plot which is flat is situated among detached houses and buildings for public services. The external wall in basement is designed from concrete blocks covered with concrete. The external wall above the ground is designed from Porotherm clay blocks. The floor structure is designed from prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The structure is roofed with a flat roof.
