Vliv rodinného prostředí na vznik a rozvoj poruch chování u dětí. / Influence of family background on origin and development of childrens behaviour disorders.

ZAVADILOVÁ, Dita January 2008 (has links)
Behaviour disorders are beside adequate behaviour in the certain age and in the certain social-cultural surrounding. An individual with behaviour disorders counteracts particular behaviour standards (moral or legal rules). Causes can be innate (hereditary), which are less serious, or as a result of upbringing (impact of people of the same age, family, gangs), when a young man in such a way emulates his or her surrounding. Behaviour disturbances can be generally characterized as a deviation in the area of socialization, when an individual is not able to respect the common standards of behaviour on the level corresponding his age.

Underlättande och hindrande faktorer i implementering och vidmakthållande av Child-Parent Psychotherapy i Sverige : En kvalitativ studie med fokus på behandlares erfarenheter / Facilitating and hindering factors of implementation and sustainability of Child-Parent Psychotherapy in Sweden : A qualitative study focusing on therapist experience

Alåsen, Mary, Axhed, Anna January 2022 (has links)
The study aimed to identify facilitating and hindering factors of implementation and sustainability of Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) in Sweden. The study is a qualitative interview study in a naturalistic context based on semi-structured interviews with 12 CPP-trained therapists. The study’s strategic sampling of participants aimed to achieve sample variation. The collected data was analyzed using Thematic Analysis and resulted in the following four themes: Young trauma-exposed children, Organizational conditions, The significance of support when working with Child-Parent Psychotherapy and The therapist and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. Results indicated that implementation and sustainability of CPP in Sweden was influenced by diverse factors on various levels. Dedicated work to make the patient group accessible, resources, a well-defined assignment, routines for training of new therapists, supervision and support in legal processes were described as facilitating factors for implementation. Results suggest that if the strategic level, organization and therapists share responsibility of implementation, sustainable implementation can be carried out in more organizations and young children's needs of trauma treatment can be met.

Short-term structured play therapy with the latency-aged child of divorce

Venter, Catharina 30 June 2006 (has links)
The purpose of this study was to develop and test the efficacy of a short-term structured play therapy treatment program for latency-aged children of divorce between six and twelve years of age. Following parental divorce latency-aged children often manifest disturbed emotional and behavioural functioning in several areas of their lives including issues such as self-image problems and poor academic functioning. In many instances, problems are acute and necessitate effective help in a relatively short time. Several play therapy modalities exist for children with some focusing on problems stemming from divorce. However, due to their complex, unstructured and lengthy nature, most of the treatment programs reviewed were relatively ineffective for most social workers. Increasingly families have little time and/or limited financial resources to commit to long-term therapy. A literature review showed a clear need for a shorter, less complex treatment program to solve the problem of limited finances and time constraints of parents seeking help for their children. A seven-stage, short-term structured play therapy program was developed for this study, including a pre-and post-treatment assessment, which focused on the main areas of dysfunction prominent among latency-aged children of divorce. The program was implemented by treating a female latency-aged child from a divorced family. The findings showed that the short-term structured play therapy program developed for this study appears to be effective in dealing with necessary and important psychological tasks facing children of divorce. The treatment program worked effectively with a female latency-aged child and facilitated psychological and emotional movement in a relatively short period of time. For social workers specialising in child play therapy the treatment program will be easy to use since all activities are clearly structured and explained with materials utilised in the sessions easy to obtain. As such, it could be a necessary and effective addition to the social work profession. / Social Work / D. Phil. (Social Work)

Steenkamp, Susanna Magdalena Petra 06 1900 (has links)
Proj~ksie is 'n belangrike aspek in kinderterapie. / This research is aimed at showing that the inkblot method with reference to the Rorschach method - as projective technique, can be applied for diagnosis and therapy. Projection is important in child therapy. Repetative use of projective techniques prejudices the effectivity thereof. In her work with children of different cultures, the researcher found that they were inclined to do projections from their inkblots. This resulted in the present research. Through the use of the inkblot method; * information which was gathered through the use of other projective techniques, and possibly lost, can be gained; * information regarding the psychological structure of the child for diagnosis and therapy, can be gathered. These findings were verified by means of including existing projective techniques. Twenty pupils were involved in two idiographic studies and illustrative examples. It was found that the inkblot method as additional projective technique can be used effectively in child therapy and diagnosis. / Psychology of Education / M. Ed. (Spesialisering in Voorligting)

Van Wyk, Carel Johannes 09 1900 (has links)
The theoretical basis of the thesis compromises an exposition of Jungian theory, and a discussion of the sexual abuse of boys. In the exposition of Jungian theory, the psychodynamics aspects of the psyche are elucidated and graphic illustrations of the structural components thereof are provided. The developmental phase of the boy is addressed, with emphasis on the role of the family in his development. In the discussion of the therapeutic process, specific focus is placed on the utilisation of the serial drawing model. The focal point of the description of sexual abuse of boys comprises the presentation of the short-term consequences within a multimodal framework. The definition and types of sexual abuse, as well as the making known thereof and the factors which intensify the trauma of sexual abuse, are also addressed. Two case studies are presented as empirical data. In each case study, drawings are discussed by means of photographs after the presentation of background information concerning each respondent. / Social Work
