Význam primární a sekundární prevence u kardiovaskulárního onemocnění / Importance of primary and secondary prevention in cardivascular disorder

Koníčková, Veronika January 2011 (has links)
1 Abstract: Title: The importance of primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease Goals: Develop a theoretical basis for the selected topic. Describe the basic principles of primary and secondary prevention, and thus prepare the groundwork for creating questionnaires. Questionnaire compiled to complement the information obtained from the literature on insight into the practice. Confirm or refute the hypotheses chosen on the basis of a questionnaire. Discuss the most frequently occurring phenomena and compare them with the latest reported information. Draw conclusions and recommendations. Method: For the theoretical treatment of the retrieval method was used. I compared the information and inclined to the best proven. The theoretical part resulted in the goals and tasks of work. For the practical part was conducted by questionnaire survey, which has additional information on the issue of primary and secondary prevention. In the end I obtained data compared with information obtained from studying literature. Results: Lack of information on primary and secondary prevention is mainly for young people aged 10-15 years. This trend is accompanied by the deteriorating health situation and the occasional occurrence of the "diseases of civilization", which can produce complications in adulthood....

Druhová diverzita původců kruhové hnědé hniloby z rodu Neofabraea v České republice / Diversity of Neofabraea species causing bull's eye rot in the Czech Republic

Pešicová, Kamila January 2013 (has links)
Neofabraea is a genus of an important plant pathogenic fungi having worldwide appearance. Four Neofabraea species are responsible for bull's eye rot of pome fruits. The aim of this thesis was to investigate which of these species occur in the Czech Republic. 81 isolates were collected during a two- year period and they were identified using PCR fingerprinting (primers ERIC 1R and M13-core) and DNA sequencing (ITS, mtSSU and tub2). The results showed that species N. alba, N. perennans and Cryptosporiopsis kienholzii occur in the Czech Republic. According to available information, this is the second record of C. kienholzii in Europe. One isolate (KP4) failed to be identified as any of the species. KP4 is very close to C. kienholzii, but it can be distinguished both biologically and genetically. Furthermore, the aggressiveness of individual species was compared.N. perennans and strain KP4 proved to be most aggressive, the least aggressive is C. kienholzii. Two N. alba strains (KP36 and KP37) isolated from healthy apple fruit and leaf are pathogenic for apple fruits. Keywords: aggressiveness, Cryptosporiopsis kienholzii, Dermateaceae, Helotiales, apple tree, Malus, PCR fingerprinting, postharvest diseases Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Porovnání odrůd a novošlechtění ovsa z hlediska výnosu a odolnosti k chorobám / The comparison of oat varieties from the point of view of yield and resistence to diseases

FUKSOVÁ, Eliška January 2018 (has links)
The purpouse of the thesis was compared the comparison in the yields of hulled and naked verifield varieties and new breeding genotypes of oats. The research was conducted in the breeding station Selgen Krukanice and and it was mainly focused on the main elements of yieĺd - number of plants, cuttings, and lat per m2, toatal grain yield, the number of grains per panicle, and the quality of grain - weight of thousand grains, density and share of fixed plugs. Results of the main elements of yield was average at all genotypes of oat, qualitative parametres wasslighty below average, the reason wast dry and warm weather. Also was found good health of oats, cause of weather, that was not favorable for disease development.

Fungicidní ochrana jarního ječmene / Protection of spring barley with fungicides

BOJAROVÁ, Jana January 2013 (has links)
The history of cultivating barley dates back to the beginning of conscious agriculture, accompanying humans together with wheat, as the second oldest grain. It is not possible to understand the current role barley plays in our economy only from the perspective of its use of malting, although we regard it as a priority, both in light of breeding and cultivating, and its research. With regard to the short growing season, the weaker root system and its biological character, barley reacts sensitive to stressful conditions of all kind, and thus also to any br1eeding mistake. Throughout its entire vegetation period, spring barley is exposed to the pressure of a number of fungal diseases. Especially in regard to the malting barley, it is necessary to fight against this danger effectively. High demands are put on the quality of malting barley and diseases can - to a large extent - decide on economic breeding results. It says: For successful breeding of malting barley, its outcome is the tax of the complex breeding proceedings. The fight against fungal diseases is a significant part of agricultural engineering. A series of preparations against fungal diseases exist and further registrations of preparations continue to occur. The laboratory Kluky s.r.o. is one of the companies that makes registered experiments of the preparations. Within this recognized laboratory, the experiment of monitoring diseases of the spring barley was carried out while applying chosen beneficent substances.

Vliv retardace hlíz brambor na výskyt skládkových chorob / The influence retard potato tubers and occurrence storage disease

KLIČKA, Vladislav January 2008 (has links)
Influence of sprout suppression based on CIPC by fogging and amount of storage losses of chips potatoes, with target in losses caused by storage diseases were investigated at temperature 8°C storage. In experiment with varieties Saturna and Pirol higher quantity of storage diseases by Pirol against control were occured after one application of CIPC, Saturna held more storage diseases in control. Identical differences by necessary losses were observed. In another experiment with varieties Saturna and Merlin no differences in amount of storage diseases were registered at double, single or none treatment, neither in quantity of necessary losses. Losses by sprouting were various according to amount of applications of CIPC and duration of storage period.
