Průnik logoterapie a existenciální analýzy do sociální práce s předluženými klienty / The logical breakthrough of logotherapy and existential analysis into social work with over-indebted clients

This work deals with the topic how to help the over-indebted clients. The theoretical part describes the term over-indebtedness, its forms and the ways of help provided to the people with such problems. The closer interest is put on how these people can be helped by social work, which methods are suitable and relevant to this type of work and how these methods are defined in specialized literature and corresponding legislation. The practical part of this work focuses on the form of help to these people within a specific organization that provides social services and works for the over-indebted clients. Using some case studies the work describes some particular cases and methods of work which were applied. Concerning the methods of work with these clients, the thesis describes the elements of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis which are used by social workers while working with their clients. Further on, the thesis describes the social workers' attitudes, their experiences with their clients and points out some existential questions they deal with, especially from the perspective of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis.

The services and professionals of support are aimed as favorable alternatives to the effectuation of this principle, aiming the schooling in ordinary class. Starting from the hyphotesis that these services of multiprofessional teams when exists in the school system, are recent, fragmented and inarticulated, in due to the bit experience owned with this kind of support in brazilian reality, the general aim of this study was to describe and analyze this kind of service and identify, with the professionals of the team, strategies to improve it. Therefore, the aim of this study was the performance of a multiprofessional team, formed by three phonoaudiologists, three psychologists and a pedagogue, who acted in five municipal schools in the inner state of São Paulo.The research methodology used was based on collaborative research. The first stage involved a documental study with the aim to characterize the performance’s context of the participants. In the second stage were made individual interviews, in order to describe and analyze the work developed by the participants. The third stage involved reflection about the team’s service with interventions based on meetings of focal groups, aiming to identify strategies to improve it. The fourth, and last stage included documental analysis of the new proposal of work organization made by the team, after finalized the intervention process. The collected data were submitted to analysis of thematic content, and was used as tool the Atlas-Ti Software. The results were organized in four parts, according to the stages of the study. The results of the stage I allowed to contextualize the historic of creation of the multiprofessional team’s school service. The results of the stage II describe the organization of the service and allowed to conclude that there is school demand by these specialists, service which is appreciated by the school. However, the expectation was about clinical services, such as, evaluation and direct attendance to the students. It was also identified the existance of two models of services’ installment, the clinical and the educational. In the stage III, the reflexive meeting’s results revealed the difficulties with the establishment of collective and colaborative practices of the team in the school, the necessity of definition of roles and the reflection about the school culture as a factor for changes. The results of the stage IV showed that the use of the collaborative research reflected in the final project of the reorganization team of the service which had include some of the guiding principles of multiprofessional teams’ work in the schools. It was concluded that the service of a multiprofessional team can contribute with the construction of more inclusive schools, since is lined in an unique philosophy of work and that there is a permanent continuing formation of the team in collaborative proposals. The work of specialists in school, although is not an ordinary practice in Brazil, has showed its efficiency in other contexts, when the support service to the school context is based on the model of Collaborative Consultancy School which aims to help the development of a philosophy education that offers greater educational opportunities for all students. / A busca por um sistema educacional inclusivo tem impulsionado a descoberta de caminhos e práticas que concretizem o ideal de igualdade de acesso, permanência e aprendizagem a todos os alunos que apresentam necessidades educacionais especiais no espaço escolar. Os serviços e profissionais de apoio são apontados como alternativas favoráveis à efetivação desse princípio, tendo em vista a escolarização em classe comum. Partindo-se da hipótese de que tais serviços de equipes multiprofissionais quando existentes nas redes de ensino, são recentes, fragmentados e desarticulados, dada a pouca experiência que se tem com esse tipo de suporte na realidade brasileira, o objetivo geral do presente estudo foi o de descrever e analisar as ações de uma equipe multiprofissional e identificar, juntamente com os profissionais da equipe, estratégias para aperfeiçoá-lo. Para tanto, o objeto desse estudo foi a atuação de uma equipe multiprofissional formada por: três fonoaudiólogas, três psicólogas e uma pedagoga, que atuavam em cinco escolas de uma rede municipal de ensino do interior do estado de São Paulo. A metodologia de pesquisa utilizada fundamentou-se na pesquisa colaborativa. A primeira etapa envolveu um estudo documental com objetivo de caracterizar o contexto de atuação dos participantes. Na segunda etapa foram realizadas entrevistas individuais com intuito de descrever e analisar o trabalho desenvolvido pelos participantes. A terceira etapa envolveu reflexão sobre o serviço da equipe com intervenções baseadas em encontros de grupos focais, visando identificar estratégias para aperfeiçoá-lo. A quarta e última etapa contemplou a análise documental da nova proposta de organização do trabalho feita pela equipe, após finalizado o processo de intervenção. Os dados coletados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo temática, e utilizou-se como ferramenta o Software Atlas-Ti. Os resultados foram organizados em quatro partes de acordo com as etapas do estudo. Os resultados da etapa I permitiram contextualizar o histórico de criação do serviço escolar da equipe multiprofissional. Os resultados da etapa II descreveram a organização do serviço, permitindo concluir que há demanda escolar por esses especialistas, serviço este valorizado pela escola. No entanto, a expectativa era de serviços clínicos, tais como, avaliação e atendimentos diretos aos alunos. Identificou-se também a existência de dois modelos de prestação de serviços, o clínico e o educacional. Na etapa III, os resultados dos encontros reflexivos evidenciaram as dificuldades no estabelecimento de práticas coletivas e colaborativas da equipe na escola, a necessidade da definição de papéis e a reflexão sobre a cultura escolar como fatores para mudanças. Os resultados da etapa IV mostraram que o emprego da pesquisa colaborativa refletiu no projeto final da equipe de reorganização do serviço que incluíram alguns dos princípios orientadores do trabalho de equipes multiprofissionais nas escolas. Concluiu-se que o serviço de uma equipe multiprofissional pode contribuir com a construção de escolas mais inclusivas, desde que seja pautado numa filosofia única de trabalho e que haja formação continuada permanente da equipe em propostas colaborativas. O trabalho de especialistas na escola, embora não seja uma prática comum no Brasil, tem demonstrado sua eficiência em outros contextos, quando o serviço de apoio ao contexto escolar é baseado no modelo de Consultoria Colaborativa Escolar que vise auxiliar o desenvolvimento de uma filosofia de ensino que ofereça maiores oportunidades educacionais para todos os alunos.

Uppfinna hjulet på nytt? : En fallstudie om IT-systems roll vid kunskapsöverföring

Informationsteknik (IT) har en betydelsefull roll i dagens samhälle och ett av de mest framgångsrika verktygen för att inhämta, bearbeta och bevara data och information är olika typer av IT-system. Studier visar att ett väletablerat IT-system kan möjliggöra kunskapsöverföring inom en organisation. En välkänd bransch som har utnyttjat de konkurrensfördelar som kunskap och kunskapsöverföring kan ge är konsultbranschen. Uppsatsen syftar därmed att studera vilken roll IT-system kan ha vid kunskapsöverföring och studien genomfördes således på ett konsultföretag i Stockholmsregionen. Studiens empiri inhämtades från sju intervjuer med anställda vid företaget. Uppsatsens slutsats visade att ITsystemen har en fundamental roll men att systemen inte används uteslutande vid kunskapsöverföring då även sociala interaktioner används i processen. / Information technology (IT) has gained an increasingly important role in today's society and one of the most successful tools for retrieving, processing and preserving data and information are different types of IT systems. Studies show that a well-established IT system can enable knowledge transfer within an organization. A well-known industry that has taken advantage of the competitive advantages that knowledge and knowledge transfer can provide is the consulting industry. The aim of the thesis is thus to study the role of IT systems in the process of knowledge transfer and the study was conducted at a consulting company in the Stockholm region. The empirical material was obtained from seven interviews with employees at the company. The conclusion of the thesis showed that IT systems have a fundamental role but that the systems are not used exclusively for knowledge transfer since social interactions are also used in the process.

My diploma work applies to progress of communication with a child with partial deafness at an early age. Theoretical part in its first chapter applies with the problém of hearing disability and basic subjectś terminology. Second chapter deal with communication of hearing-impaired children and shows partial communication systems. Third chapter introduces consulting institutions, which are concerned to hearing impairment. Practical part is focused to one concrete longitudinal study of a child with difficult hearing impairment. The study consist of observation the speech development and sign language of this child in his early age. Part of this work are also flow charts and graphs where you can observe the development of the vocabulary signs and spoken words. From these resource materials we can see very well the boyś development in the whole last year, where prevail spoken words, which he refills with sign Czech language, which helps to his parents to get the feedback and check out boyś understanding, but also in the communication in time, when the boy cannot have any compensatory aid. Her eis the confirmation of suitability of combining signs with spoken words for quick and general childś development in the early age. Konsultchefer har en komplex arbetssituation på många sätt. De agerar både som chefer till sina konsulter och som en form av servicepersonal gentemot kundföretag. Just relationen mellan konsultchefer och kundföretag är ett relativt outforskat ämne och det är därför relevant att utforska vidare. Syftet med studien är därför att analysera och beskriva relationen mellan konsultchefer och kundföretag under rekryteringsprocessen, med fokus på kravprofilsarbetet och kandidatpresentationen. Vidare syftar studien till att beskriva vilka eventuella utmaningar som finns i relationen med fokus på kravprofilsarbetet och kandidatpresentationen och hur dessa eventuella utmaningar hanteras, samt få en djupare förståelse för konsultchefernas erfarenheter från samarbetet. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats, och metoden som använts är semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex konsultchefer som är verksamma inom Göteborgsområdet. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna i studien är huvudsakligen Karaseks och Theorells krav-kontroll-socialt stöd modell och Hochschilds teori om emotionellt arbete. Studiens huvudresultat visar att konsultcheferna i hög grad måste anpassa sig efter kundföretagens olika krav. Deras arbete kan i mångt och mycket liknas med andra serviceyrken. Samtidigt som det krävs en anpassning efter kundens förväntningar krävs det att konsultchefen står på sig i vissa frågor. Diskussionen visade flera intressanta aspekter; konsultcheferna utför dagligen emotionellt arbete på grund av organisatorisk press. Detta eftersom företagen behöver visa sig konkurrenskraftiga och vill göra kunderna nöjda. Konsultcheferna använde sig av både ytagerande och djupagerande som strategi för att upprätthålla en kundnöjdhet. Utifrån krav-kontroll-socialt stöd modellen visade det sig att konsultcheferna har ett flertal krav i arbetet. Kundföretagen styr i stor utsträckning över graden av kontroll konsultchefen har i utförandet av arbetet. Konsultcheferna nyttjar i relativt hög grad socialt stöd från omgivande kollegor för att enklare hantera kraven. / Consultancy managers have a complex work situation in many ways. They act both as managers to their consultants and as a form of service personnel towards client companies. The relationship between consultancy managers and client companies is a relatively unexplored subject, making it relevant to further investigate. The purpose of the study is therefore to analyze and describe the relationship between consultancy managers and client companies during the recruitment process, with a focus on the requirement profile and candidate presentation. Furthermore, the study aims to describe any potential challenges in the relationship, with a focus on requirement profile and candidate presentation, and how these challenges are addressed. Additionally, the study seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the consultancy managers' experiences from the collaboration. The study has a qualitative approach, and the method used is semi-structured interviews with six consultancy managers working in the Gothenburg area. The theoretical framework of the study is primarily based on Karasek and Theorell's demand-control-support model and Hochschild's theory of emotional labor. The main findings of the study show that consultancy managers have to adapt to the various demands of client companies to a high extent. Their work can be compared to other service professions in many ways. While there is a need to conform to customer expectations, consultancy managers also need to assert themselves in certain matters. The discussion revealed several interesting aspects; consultancy managers perform emotional labor on a daily basis due to organizational pressure. This is because companies need to demonstrate competitiveness and strive to satisfy customers. Consultancy managers employ both surface acting and deep acting as strategies to maintain customer satisfaction. Based on the demand-control-support model, it was found that consultancy managers face multiple demands in their work. Client companies have significant control over the level of control consultancy managers have in performing their work. Consultancy managers rely relatively heavily on social support from colleagues in order to better manage the demands.

The thesis focuses on the possibilities to use elements of palliative hospice care in the retirement home. The work describes basic theoretical themes such as human dignity, its interpretation and dignified dying. It also presents basic issues concerning dying and death, ethical problems of different phases of dying, as well as the dying person's needs. The thesis tries to answer the question about the possibility of dignified dying through the use of hospice care. It also defines palliative care provided in hospices as one of the approaches to long-term care of dying people. The research analyses two standards of nursing care in retirement homes The care of a dying person and The care of a dead person. It presents results of its own research method realized through semi-structured interviews with clients of a retirement home. The aim of the research is to find out whether the clients themselves are interested in application of hospice palliative care in the retirement home.

Most RFID installations of today are Pilots or early adopters wanting to try new technology. A lot of the written sources were reports from consultancy firms or suppliers of technology. </p><p>Implementing RFID in real environment gave important insights into potentials and limitations of the technology. It proved that it is difficult to achieve sufficient readability in a steel environment. We also learned that one should not underestimate the time for installation and tuning in order to meet higher readability. The project finally resulted in an iterative model for justification and evaluation of RFID technology.</p>

Přístup pedagogů mateřských škol k dětem s odkladem školní docházky / The approach of kindergarten pedagogues to children with school postponement

In the diploma thesis I concentrated on an approach of preschool teachers to children whose school attendance was postponed. Thesis is divided in two parts. In theoretical part I deal with a definition of school maturity and readiness, which are the basics to find child's troubles with postponement of school attendance. Then I delineate present situation in the Czech Republic - I define contemporary concept of preschools, I deal with compulsory school education and possibility of postponement of school attendance. In the last chapter of the theoretical part I concentrate on the approach of teachers and in sub-chapters I define activities and impact which they have. In empirical part I used a snowball sampling to approach some preschool teachers. Eleven teachers from Prague and Plzeň region have participated the research. After filling in questionnaires focused on individual children whose school attendance will be postponed, questions were adapted to the main research method - interview. Using thematical analysis I discovered various approaches of teachers to organizing forms of work, cooperation with parents, cooperation with specialists, documents in preschools, contemporary perspective of postponement of school attendance in the Czech Republic.

The thesis is focused on the specifics of the social service called low-threshold facility for children and youth and how the virtual communication can be used to work with the clients of the service. In the theoretical part the low-threshold facilities for children and youth, range, principles and target audience of this social service are described. Also function and purpose of communication is described and the specifics of mobile and virtual communication are characterised. The possibilities how to use the mobile and virtual communication in basic and special social consultancy are another topic. The practical part is focused on mapping how the area of Czech Republic is covered with the facilities supplying the social service called low-threshold facility for children and youth. It also includes a survey research reflecting actual practise in using the virtual communication as a tool when working with clients in these facilities. In current facilities mainly e-mail and Facebook social network are used sometimes also Skype, ICQ application and other social networks. Current practise is very diverse because a complex professional methodical basis to supply this service model is still missing.
