The starting point was the course program of the discipline Choral Singing, in the Technical Course in Instrument at the Goias Federal Institute (IFG), class of 2010, as it related to the rest of the program. This investigation was based upon the evaluation of applied questionnaires, as well as upon the artistic results obtained. The investigation is to be guided by evaluation of questionnaires during the search. Part of this work is dedicated to report the author's experience as a conductor of the IFG, with emphasis on the occurrence of curriculum integration elements throughout. It was possible to verify that the curriculum integration, still occurs in a partial manner at the above mentioned institution. Therefore, the full potential of this integration has not been achieved as yet. / O presente estudo relata a experiência do autor enquanto regente do Coro do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Goiás, na medida em que apresenta os conteúdos trabalhados na disciplina Canto Coral do Curso Técnico em Instrumento Musical, e ressalta a ocorrência de aspectos integradores disciplinares. Tomou-se como ponto de partida o programa da referida disciplina, no ano letivo de 2010, relacionando-a às demais disciplinas técnicas do curso. O estudo se norteou pela avaliação de questionários elaborados aplicados aos sujeitos, pelo resultado das avaliações curriculares da disciplina, bem como pela verificação do desenvolvimento musical da turma no período. Verificou-se que, embora presente, a integração disciplinar ainda ocorre de forma parcial na referida instituição, não tendo ainda alcançado a totalidade do potencial a ela reservado entre as disciplinas de música.

An evaluation of the implementation of the ”school environmental policy and management plan” in schools in Mpumalanga

Environmental education is a response to the environmental crisis. Due to the diversity of the environment, environmental education processes face a challenge, locally and globally, because it should respond to the diversity of local environmental issues, and contribute towards the addressing of local environmental issues. It is therefore important that environmental education programs focus on local environmental issues, and in the analysis there of accommodates investigative, problem solving and environmental action skills, because such programs proof to be more successful. The introduction of environmental education into formal education can only be successful within a structure that is conducive to a holistic integrated approach and accommodates investigative, problem solving and environmental action skills. Research however proves that within the school context, environmental education processes, as well as the addressing of local environmental issues, is fragmented. The development of a school environmental policy and management plan can provide a valuable framework for a holistic approach to the organization of environmental education processes in schools, that is integrated with the curriculum, resulting in the effective management of resources and the addressing of local environmental issues. Through this research, the implementation of school environmental policies and management plans in Mpumalanga was evaluated, in terms of the integration of environmental education processes in the curriculum, the organization of environmental education processes in schools, the effective management of resources in schools, and the addressing of local environmental issues. The conclusion was drawn that the implementation of school environmental policies and management plans contributes towards curriculum integration of environmental education, the organization of environmental education processes, the management of resources and the addressing of environmental issues in schools. The more exposure a school gets in terms of implementation of school environmental policies and management plans the higher the achievement in the mentioned areas. It can therefore be deducted that exposure to the implementation of school environmental policies and management plans will lead to the integration of the environment in the curriculum, the organization of environmental education processes in schools, the management of resources and the addressing of environmental issues in schools. / Educational Studies / D.Ed (Didactics)

台北縣立國民中學工作團隊之知識管理研究 / A study on knowledge management of work teams in Taipei county junior high school

本研究是以個案研究的方式,探討台北縣立國民中學的工作團隊之知識性活動與知識管理的差距。分析的項目包括知識管理關鍵因素和組織環境等二部分。同時也對工作團隊面臨的問題及其因應對策進行了解。其中知識管理關鍵因素包括知識的取得、知識的創造、知識的儲存等三項。組織環境的部分包括人員和組織行政的配合情況。 本研究發現,台北縣國民中學教師所組成的工作團隊,雖然在沒有知識管理的認知下,其知識性活動和已在實施的知識管理專案,相距並不大。若是將各個工作團隊採行的知識性活動加以彙整,則這個差距將更小。所以,如果要在這些單位中實施知識管理,應是可行的。 關鍵詞:工作團隊、知識管理、知識的獲得、知識的儲存、知識的創造、小班教學精神、課程統整、多元智慧、電腦輔助教學。 / This research is adopted to the method of case study: deeply discussing the difference between the knowledge activities and knowledge management ( KM ) of the work teams of junior high schools in Taipei County. The analysis items include two parts: the feature components of knowledge management and organizational environment. At the same time, the research also gets understanding in the facing problems of the team work and their coordinate strategies. In detail, the feature components of knowledge management include knowledge gaining, knowledge creation, and knowledge saving. The organizational environment includes the members and administrators of the work teams and their cooperation. The research found that the work teams of the teachers of junior high schools in Taipei County even if without acknowledgement in knowledge management, their knowledge activities are corresponding to the cases of current practicing of knowledge management. If to collect all the knowledge activities addressed by each work teams, the difference is getting smaller. Therefore, it is to say that to practice the knowledge management is doable.
