Reflexe prekonceptu přísudku v 6. ročníku ZŠ / Reflection of the Predicate Preconception in Studying Process in 6th Grade of Elementary School

Skřivánek, Vratislav January 2019 (has links)
The objective of the thesis Reflection of the Predicate Preconception in Studying Process in 6th Grade of Elementary School is to ascertain how the 6th year pupils (aged 12-13 years) think about the predicate. The thesis is grounded in constructivism which actively works with preconcepts, and is related to Czech language teaching. Predicate is described from the linguistic perspective as well as its didactical notion in the Framework Educational Program and in existing textbooks. 37 pupils from 4 schools in Prague completed a series of individual tasks specifically designed for the purpose of this study, and semi-structured interviews with these pupils were recorded, transcribed and analysed. The study shows that the pupils strongly prefer verbal predicate to its verb-noun variety, while they are still capable of suggesting a communication situation for either type of predicate. The study further investigates whether the pupils actively use nouns and adjectives as a non-verb part of a predicate. While adjectives were used frequently, using nouns proved to be challenging. The analysis proves that the pupils do not identify the predicate as a part of sentence important for the meaning of the sentence. The results of the study confirm that pupils consider the meaning of individual words rather than...

Stróžik, Lukáš January 2019 (has links)
Legal regulation of consumer credit in the Czech republic Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the topic of consumer credit distribution in the Czech Republic. Recently, the European level of regulation of the provision and intermediation of consumer credit has undergone a major change. In connection with that also individual Member States had to transpose the revolutionary Directive 2014/17/EU which extends consumer protection to loans concerning real estate. This was executed in the Czech Republic by the adoption of the Act No. 257/2016 Sb., which came into effect on 1 December 2016. The paper is divided into four parts, in which the author describes and evaluates the current state of consumer credit distribution regulation. For this purpose, the provisions of the Act and their interpretation using accompanying documents are subject to analysis and evaluation of their conformity with the objectives of the regulation. The first part describes the historical context and development of consumer credit from the beginnings of the western civilization to the present state, focusing on the European Union as the originator of our national consumer credit legislation. The second part is devoted to general aspects of consumer credit provision, especially the scope of the Consumer Credit Act and other general...

Rokyta, Václav January 2019 (has links)
From the begining of television broadcasting in the Czechoslovakia the sports documentary belonged to the group of TV genres, which are regularly situated on the television. Most of the czech and czechoslovak sports documentaries also got an important award at home and abroad. This thesis is looking for what place a sports documentary has in the Czech Television broadcasting at the beginning of the 21st century, an era that increasingly belongs to the Internet and shared content rather than television. The thesis also seeks to answer the question of what types of sports documentaries are currently being filmed, and whether a sports documentary is the privilege of a public television or private television or even internet stations and platforms. The thesis also includes a list of sports documentaries that were broadcasted by the Czech Television between 2000 and 2018.

Finská a česká deminutiva v kontrastivním pohledu / Finnish and Czech diminutives in contrastive perspective

Střížková, Dominika January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with diminutives, a special type of words that can express something smaller than usual (i.e. quantitative modification) or the speaker's attitude and feelings (often positive) towards an object or a person (i.e. qualitative modification). In flectional and agglutinant languages (such as Czech and Finnish), diminutives are mostly formed by adding a diminutive suffix to the stem of a base word. This work aims to examine whether Czech diminutives are also translated to Finnish with the use of a diminutive form. If they are not directly translatable, this work is to find out what equivalent does the translator use instead. In the theoretical part, I give a brief description of diminutive suffixes in Czech and Finnish. Most of these suffixes can have more functions than just forming diminutives. Another problem is the process of lexicalisation when a diminutive form acquires a new meaning and becomes a new lexical unit of the language. This means that a selection is needed to be made to exclude words that have a diminutive form but not a diminutive meaning. The practical part is based on an analysis of data from a corpus that contains fifteen Czech books and their translations to Finnish. I selected fifteen frequent diminutives and attempted to find out how they are translated...

Chrudimský kraj v polovině 17. století - demografická a sociální struktura / Chrudim region in the half of 17th century - demographic and social structure

Kačerová, Eva January 2011 (has links)
The aim of the submitted thesis is to give an overall picture of the demographic structure of the population of the Chrudim region after the end of the Thirty Years War as recorded in the List of Serfs according to Faith of 1651. Each individual was listed according to name, occupation or relationship to household head, age and religious status. The List recorded 46 626 persons of the Chrudim region. This List did not avoid the rounding-off the age of the people and failed to record consistently the infant part of the population. One of the main aims is to provide an estimate of the child component of the population. The basic prerequisite for estimating the number of children under the age of 12 was that women (men) of the same age in various parts of the estates had on average the same or at least a similar number of children in the individual age groups. Mathematical models eliminating rounding the age of the people consist in formalisation of thinking the way people could rounding their age. One possibility is hypothesis that closer their real age was to some favourite age (multiples 10, 5, even numbers) so much the more they rounded their age for this favourite values. Another possibility presents hypothesis of uniform tendency to rounding within the frame of determinate interval. The last...
