No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 1993-07-02T00:00:00Z / Trata das experiências de gestão do serviço de transporte coletivo urbano de passageiros nas cidades de Diadema (1983 a 1992) e Santo André (1989 a 1992) nas administrações do Partido dos Trabalhadores, dentro de uma perspectiva do resgate do caráter público do Estado. Apresenta a origem e os motivos da crise do modelo atual de organização deste serviço, e a trajetória da elaboração da proposta do Partido dos Trabalhadores para a sua reorganização. Os focos da análise são a qualidade do serviço, a política tarifária e as relações da administração municipal com outros agentes envolvidos: usuários, trabalhadores, setor privado e o próprio partido.

Orientador: Alfredo Pereira Junior / Resumo: Esta pesquisa buscou investigar as representações sociais sobre a Saúde Mental por psicólogos atuantes no sistema de saúde da cidade de Diadema, São Paulo. O trabalho utilizou como referência o método de análise das Representações Sociais proposto por Moscovici (1961). O procedimento foi realizado a partir de seis (6) entrevistas semi dirigidas; objetivando conhecer as formas como o tema Saúde Mental é apreendido por profissionais ligados diretamente à Saúde Coletiva. / Abstract: This research aimed to investigate social representations about Mental Health by psychologists who work in the health system in the city of Diadema-SP-Brasil. The research used as reference the concept of Social Representation advanced by Moscovici (1961). Estudos posteriores demonstraram que o fenômeno foi resultado da combinação de fatores como as características topográficas, a presença de gás metano, o excesso de lixo e as chuvas intensas do verão. Situações semelhantes são reincidentes em países tropicais como o Brasil. Nessa pesquisa, destaca-se a Região Metropolitana de São Paulo (RMSP) onde vive a população do Sítio Joaninha, entre os municípios de Diadema e São Bernardo do Campo, sendo que este último abrigou de 1970 a 2001, o antigo lixão do Alvarenga, cujo passivo ambiental materializou-se na forma de Antropossolos Líxicos, sobre o qual atualmente existem moradias. Em virtude das condições físicas do terreno, somadas à instabilidade dessa classe de solo, já ocorreram escorregamentos e combustão espontânea, segundo alguns moradores. Nesse contexto, o presente trabalho objetivou avaliar a qualidade socioambiental da área de estudo, diretamente relacionada com a presença dos Antropossolos. Para tanto, foram aplicados 75 questionários com perguntas abertas e fechadas. Com um trado do tipo holandês, foram coletadas aproximadamente 2.000 cm3 de terra, a 1 metro de profundidade, em 5 pontos de coleta de uma colina no Sítio Joaninha. Nas amostras coletadas foram identificados materiais antrópicos como vidro, plástico, tecido, entre outros. No Laboratório de Mecânica de Solos da UNESP/FEA Câmpus de Bauru, foram realizados os seguintes ensaios de caracterização: granulometria, Limites de Atterberg ou índices de consistência e massa específica dos sólidos (ABNT, 1984)... / Abstract: During the summer in 2010, Brazilian communication media (CM) reported the case of landslides which resulted in 267 victims, among which 45 died in Morro do Bumba, Niterói / RJ. Subsequent studies revealed that the phenomenon was due to a combination of factors such as the topographic features, the presence of methane gas, the excessive trash and intense summer rainfall. Similar situations are common in tropical countries such as Brazil. In this research, we highlight the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo (MRSP) where the population of Sitio Joaninha lives. It is located between the municipalities of Diadema and São Bernardo do Campo, this last one housed from 1970 to 2001, an old landfill called Alvarenga, whose environmental liabilities were materialized in Antropossolos Líxicos, on which there are housing nowadays. According to some residents the physical conditions of the land added to the instability of the soil class, landslides have already occurred and spontaneous combustion. In this context, this study aimed to evaluate the social and environmental quality of the study area, directly related to the presence of Antropossolos. To this end, we applied 75 questionnaires with qualitative questions. With an auger of a Dutch design were collected about 2,000 cm3 of land, with 1 meter depth in 5 collection points of a hill in Sítio Joaninha. At the samples collected were identified anthropogenic materials such as glass, plastic, fabric, among others. The pedagogical political project developed by this Conselho de Escola is situated in the context of the implementation of the proposals of democratic management in the public net of education of the State of São Paulo. This project was fortified in the period between 1995 and 1998 with the implementation of the first measures that take part of the reform of the State s Public Education Net, still in course. Such measures, of neoliberal stamp, were applied according to the educational changes for the Brazilian public sector under the orientation of the Decenal Plan of Education For Everybody, made official in 1993, delimited by the Conferência Mundial de Educação para todos carried out in 1990. The neoliberal projects expressed the objective of the reformulation of the role of the State in the economy, with the financial and commercial opening, to the process of desregulamentation of the legislation of the labor law and the contention of the expense in the publics. The neoliberal model started in Brazil, although the trial had started before, in the government of Fernando Collor de Mello in 1989, getting deeper in Fernando Henrique Cardoso s govern in 1994, being consolidated in the government of Luis Inácio Lula da Silva, after 2003. In the State of São Paulo, the neoliberal measures in the educational field were implemented during the govern of Mário Covas, from 1995 to 1998, and triggered off in the deepening of questions that contribute for the shrinkage of conquests that end up straightly in the access and in the quality of the public education and bring a huge impact in the action of the APEOESP. The intervention inside the school studied is characterized by the increase of the repression process realized by the State, during the 2000s / Partindo da prática realizada por um Conselho de Escola, no período de 1985 a 2000, este trabalho analisou o poder autocrático que se expressa nas relações entre o Estado e as demandas sociais, sob a forma de criminalização. O projeto político pedagógico desenvolvido por este Conselho de Escola situa-se no contexto da implementação das propostas de gestão democrática na rede pública de ensino do Estado de São Paulo. Este projeto foi fortalecido no período entre 1995 a 1998 com a implementação das primeiras medidas que compuseram a Reforma da Educação da Rede Pública Estadual, ainda em andamento. Tais medidas, de cunho neoliberal, foram aplicadas em sintonia às mudanças educacionais para o setor público brasileiro sob a orientação do Plano Decenal de Educação Para Todos, oficializado em 1993, balizado pela Conferência Mundial de Educação Para Todos realizada em 1990. Os projetos neoliberais expressaram o objetivo da reformulação do papel do Estado na economia, com a abertura comercial e financeira, a desregulamentação da legislação trabalhista e a contenção dos gastos nos setores públicos. O modelo neoliberal teve início no Brasil, embora o processo tenha se iniciado antes, no governo de Fernando Collor de Mello em 1989, aprofundandose no governo de Fernando Henrique Cardoso em 1994, consolidando-se no governo de Luis Inácio Lula da Silva depois de 2003. No Estado de São Paulo as medidas neoliberais no setor educacional foram implementadas no governo de Mário Covas de 1995 a 1998 e implicaram no aprofundamento de questões que contribuem para a retração de conquistas que implicam diretamente no acesso e na qualidade do ensino público e trazendo grande impacto na ação da APEOESP. In the early-15th-century book Il libro dell’arte by Cennino Cennini, the author uses the word diadema about a dozen times. The most recent Swedish edition from 2011 interprets this not as an object but as a halo, a divine light. The earlier edition from 1947/2000 keeps the closest meaning, a diadem, and by that the physical item. Both a material diadem and an immaterial halo would be represented in gold in the paintings described, consequently the symbolism of this material is closely linked to the interpretation of the motives Cennini could be describing.        The time around 1400, in Florence, is an important period of transition, where a fashion that differs for men and women has just been born, the boundaries of the sumptuary laws concerning headdress and jewellery are constantly challenged by women, and the rise of a more secular world where an individual dignity developed may instead be an argument that the word diadema is an essential sign of a more materialistic lifestyle emerging. Several factors come together arguing that the golden headdress of the early renaissance played just as important a role in paintings as the divine light and therefore showing that not every item gilded is a symbol of divinity, it can also be earthly belongings such as insignia, jewellery and dress decoration.

It takes into account the process of modernity causing significant change in education, in religion and in the form of the two institutes relate to each other. It took into account the socio-economic and religious profile of the students and how is the reception of religious education in Adventist school space, including students who declare themselves Adventists. The area chosen for this research was the Adventist schools located in the ABCD Paulista context, which offer high school. These school units are located in the cities of Diadema, Santo Andre and Sao Caetano do Sul, cities located in the same micro region, but with different socioeconomic realities. / Tendo como pano de fundo a confessionalidade da rede adventista de educação presente de maneira marcante no espaço escolar e a intensa diversidade religiosa discente, esta pesquisa analisa a relação de possíveis tensões entre a confessionalidade escolar e a diversidade religiosa presente neste espaço. Leva em consideração o processo de modernidade causadora de importantes transformações na educação, na religião e na forma dos dois institutos se relacionarem. Levou-se em consideração o perfil socioeconômico e religioso dos alunos e possíveis tensões na recepção do religioso no espaço escolar adventista por parte dos discentes, inclusive por aqueles que se declaram adventistas. O espaço escolhido para esta pesquisa foi o de colégios adventistas localizadas no contexto do ABCD Paulista, que ofertam o Ensino Médio. Estas unidades escolares estão situadas nas cidades de Diadema, Santo André e São Caetano do Sul, cidades localizadas na mesma microrregião, mas com distintas realidades socioeconômicas.
