(English): This diploma thesis called "Expatriot Communities and their journal Nová Doba" deals with the issue of emigration to Argentina. In the first chapters mentions causes of the emigrations, legislations of the czech emigration and first settlement by the Czechoslovak expatriates. It provides informations on Czech expatriates and their expatriates associations. The practical part of this thesis was elaboration of their journal called Nová Doba. The journal is divided into several sections, which are processed in detail. It also includes analysis of advertisements, invitations and advertisements that appear in the magazine New Time. This Master thesis is dedicated to pasture and the overall image of animal husbandry in Central Europe in La Téne Period and Roman Age. An important part is evaluation of osteological assemblages grazed animals, the question of the spectrum of species and creating models applied in the territory of today's Czech republic. A meaningful component of this study is comparison farmed animals at the time of La Téne and Roman period. In this paper is discussed impulse testing at high voltage switchgear. It focused on practical methodics of measuring, theoretical knowledge and technical terms. Further is discussed a parts of switchgear UniGear ZS1, which is most often equipment to measure. It also dealing with own measurements, process of measuring and wiring diagram. As next step, is perform trial testing with Dr Strauss system and digital osciloskope. Based on trial test, it choose digital scope and create application in in the program LabVIEW12 and debugging workstation at technical laboratory in ABB.

This diploma thesis deals with children‘s reaction time. The theoretical part of this work describes children as vulnerable road users and discusses methods of measuring reaction time. The practical part presents some realized experiments refer to the children’s reaction time and their results evaluation.

Moon-shaped idols constitute very specific and variable category of ceramic, in rare cases also of stone artefacts. Beginning of their occurrence and spreading in the middle Europe can be associated with the Middle-Danube and North-Alpine Urnfield culture. Their development consequentially continues in the Early Iron Age when they spread outside central European region down to the north east of Spain and the north of Italy. The current total number of findings is higher than estimate from 2004, which was approximately 2000 pieces. The main objective of the thesis lay in overall processing of results of the research up to now concerning the given issue. At the same time there was an attempt made about critical assessment of the artefact features and the excavation environment with regard to the potential function of the Moon-shaped idols. The excavation environment of these products is quite variable. As a rule they appear in settlements as secondary refuse, but also in the situations, which can be considered as demonstration of cult behaviour. In northeast France and south Germany, parts of Moon- shaped idols are to be found also in context of the final Bronze Age. From there the custom is spread in a modified form to the east. Title: The influence of age, gender and movement activity on the reaction abilities of lower limbs. Objectives: The main objective of this dissertation was to find the reaction abilities of pubescent's (aged 10 - 15years) lower limbs on the basis of age, gender and movement activity. The further aim was to determine the pubescence period (age) when the most noticeable decrease of the visual disjunctive motor response time of lower limbs occurs. Methods: 214 boys and girls aged 10-15 years (157.8 ± 10.8 cm; 47.2 ± 10.7 kg) participated in this research. Simple, choice and disjunctive reaction time of lower limbs was measured through the Fitro Agility Check test. The results processing, including statistical procedures, was carried out using the Matlab (MathWorks, Inc.) programming environment, an IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Three-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc tests (α=0.05) were used to determine the individual parameters connection. Results: With increasing age, year over year, we found important differences and reaction time decreases of all types of reaction speeds. This master thesis deals with middle bronze age and late bronze age pottery from site Emporio on Chios island. The aim of the thesis is to review older excavation that was provided by British School at Athens under direction of Sinclair Hood. The focus is set on new sorting of pottery mainly from Areas D and F, description, style analysis and making new Catalogue. Important contribution is new dating of stratigraphic contexts and ceramic material as well as newly published fragments of pottery. In the following chapters author also discusses relations with areas outside Chios based on analogies of ceramic finds.

Main objective of this thesis is to examine in detail the topic of performers' intellectual property rights and their term of protection, offering an insight based both on the historical background and the current state of legal regulation (Czech, European and international). Especially, I deal with the changes resulting from implementation of Directive 2011/77/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 September 2011 amending Directive 2006/116/EC on the term of protection of copyright and certain related rights. A significant part is also dedicated to the recently adopted Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances (2012). The introductory chapter consists of a comprehensive historical overview that covers important events and sources of law relevant to performers' intellectual property rights and their term of protection. Certain documents can be considered milestones, such as Rome Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations, the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty and the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances. This thesis deals with detection and analysis of a time needed for getting an all-round view before entering other vehicle's corridor during different conditions and speed. In the theoretical part a brief research is made concerning the subject of causes of accidents, aspects of human perception and driver's outlook. The analytical part derives from video recordings of on-road trials. The results was processed and the obtained data evaluated in order to find out the time needed for getting an all-round and making a decision while situated in the intersection. Above that, the data served as a determination of safety during intersection passing and quality of estimates of speed and distance of incoming vehicles. The conclusion of the analytical part is dedicated to participants mutual comparison and analysis of particular situations that occurred during the trials.
