Přesčasová práce a nároky z ní vyplývající / Overtimes and resulting entitlementsChalupa, Jakub January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of overtime work and consequent entitlements for employees. It also focuses on the working hours institute in general, as the basis for determining overtime. It deals not only with the limits and conditions of overtime work, but also with overtime in different working hours regimes as well as overtime work of specific groups of employees. The aim of the thesis is to summarize the Czech legislation of the overtime institute, while evaluating the jurisprudence dealing with this issue. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter outlines the historical development not only of overtime work itself, but also of working hours as an institute directly related to overtime. In view of the Czech Republic's membership in the European Union, there can not be omitted the view of overtime work in terms of EU legislation, where Directive 2003/88 / EC is the key rule governing working hours and overtime. The second chapter deals with the working hours institute and describes the different ways of its layout. It also summarizes night work and on-call time, the legal regulations of which make it problematic, and employees often come to a dispute with employer about the uncertainty of remuneration. The third chapter deals with the overtime work itself as the...

Pracovní doba ve zdravotnictví / Working time in healthcareMezera, Martin January 2018 (has links)
This master thesis deals with working time in healthcare. It's main goal is to describe current options of its organisation in Czech Republic as well as the most usual problems the parties of an employment relationship need to deal with. It aims to examine applicable legislation and to find out how the practical use corresponds with legal terms and conditions. This thesis is divided into several parts. In the first of them I focus on analysis of a term worker in healthcare, because there are many workers not only doctors or nurses, who can be included into this group. The next part is devoted to some key terms of Labour Code. These are working time, its scheduling and shift. It examines them in the context of czech legislation as well as european and judicature of ECJ. It also provides us with a deeper look into austrian legislation and tries to find some way how to change some czech provisions in order to correspond better to practical need. Main part of this thesis deals with the most common schedules of work in healtcare. These are one-shift pattern of work and continuos pattern of work. In one-shift pattern there is actual need of continuous operation as well as in continous pattern of work. For this purpose so called institutional emergency services are established. That's why a large part of...

Analýza rozložení tlaku na úrovni interakce chodidla a obuvi u běhu po rovině v minimalistické a sportovní obuvi. / Analysis of a pressure distribution on the level of foot and shoe interaction when running in flatlands with minimalist and sport shoes.Charousek, Jan January 2018 (has links)
Problem: Running is one of the most widespread physical activities. Incorrect running technique, training quantity but also the runner's equipment can strongly affect health condition of the individual, both positively and negatively. For that reason various trends emerge in the area of running footwear. They include classical sports shoes with different types of impact attenuation as well as the minimalist footwear made to imitate barefoot running, which should be much more natural for humans, as insisted by B. Nigg in his book "Born to Run" - where he says that man was born to walk and run barefooted. Inappropriate shoes can cause various health complications, not only in the foot area. Objective: To find out how foot strike changes in the area of the foot-shoe interaction in running on flat ground when an amateur runner uses minimalist and sports footwear and to draw conclusions for training practice on the basis of the results. Methods: The thesis deals with amateur endurance running in different shoe types (minimalist and sports shoes). The study specimen consisted of 14 female runners (mean body weight 63,31 ± 4,89 kg, height 169,69 ± 4,71 cm, age 31,92 ± 5,34 years, speed in minimalist shoes (MO) 3,34 ± 0,06 m.s- 1 , speed in sports shoes (SO) 3,29 ± 0,06 m.s-1 , weekly mileage 37,54 ± 9,43...

Antropologická studie prořezávání stálých zubů / An anthropological study of the eruption of permanent teethŠindelářová, Romana January 2018 (has links)
The introduction to the dissertation is devoted to a brief overview of the development and emergence of teeth and the characteristics of the internal and external influences that affect the emergence. In addition to the influence of physical constitution on permanent teeth emergence, other factors such as socioeconomic influences, premature birth, premature loss of deciduous teeth, or the influence of craniofacial morphology are described. The term biological age and the possibilities of its determination were also discussed. In research part we carried out research into permanent tooth emergence in Czech children aged 4 to 15, as a knowledge of the timing and sequence of the emergence of permanent is important for dental prevention treatment planning, particularly in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry and also is essential in forensic anthropology for the estimation of an individual's age. We also focused on the evaluation of the differences in the time of emergence of the contralateral and opposing permanent teeth. Attention was also paid to some important internal and external factors that affect the time of emergence of the permanent dentition. Our results were compared with the conclusions of similar studies conducted throughout the world. Key words: permanent teeth, emergence time,...

Měření doby života mesonu B0 na detektoru ATLAS / Measurement of the B0 meson lifetime at ATLAS detectorŘezníček, Pavel January 2012 (has links)
Title: Measurement of the B0 d meson lifetime at ATLAS detector Author: Pavel Řezníček Department: Institute of Particle and Nuclear Physics Supervisor of the doctoral thesis: Dr. Zdeněk Doležal Supervisor's e-mail address: Zdenek.Dolezal@mff.cuni.cz Abstract: The lifetime of B0 d mesons is determined from their decays B0 d → J/ψK∗0 reconstructed in ATLAS experiment at the LHC using pp collision data at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV and corresponding to integrated luminosity of 40 pb−1 . The lifetime, extracted from the simultaneous unbinned maximum likelihood mass-lifetime fit, is 1.51±0.04 (stat.)±0.04 (syst.) ps. A total number of 2750±90 (stat.) signal B0 d decays are observed in the measurement, with a fit- ted B0 d mass of 5363.7 ± 1.2 (stat.) MeV. Both the extracted B0 d meson mass and lifetime are within the determined errors consistent with the world average values. Although the achieved precision is still significantly lower than the one of the world average value, the measurement successfully tested the feasibility of the fit-method and allowed to cross-check ATLAS detector performance. Dopravní napojení venkovských obcí Jihomoravského krajeKukleta, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
The theme of this thesis is the analysis of transport connection of rural municipalities (villages) in South Moravian Region. In the theoretical part by means of literature search terms regarding transport and transport services are defined. Then the description of transport types according to the covered territory and characteristics of the Integrated Transport System of South Moravian Region (IDS JMK) follow. After that the transport and socio-economic characteristics of South Moravian Region are also described. In the practical part the situational analysis of the transport connection of municipalities in South Moravian Region on weekdays and at weekends is carried on. It is evaluated on the basis of three parameters: frequency, time and price. The transport service was learned in the groups of municipalities according to the population in the direction to the catchment area centre of individual districts and to the capital of South Moravian Region - Brno. The practical part is closed with the analysis of alternative personal transport (time and price of travel) with different number of passengers and the possibility of cycling for three selected micro-regions.
