The public sector is today based on the reform, New Public Management, which was created to increase quality. The reform has forced the possibility of measurability in the public occupation. Measurability has also created marketing competition, which has also resulted in the emergence of privatization in the public sector. This market competition has resulted in a change in the professional role of preschool teachers that has become more market oriented. The operations work is aimed at a customer satisfaction oriented purpose. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether New Public Management hasaffected the employment situation in both municipal and independent preschool activities. The study was conducted with the help of semi-structured interviews. The conclusion of this study is that deprofessionalization in the profession has not been experienced, one experiences a commonality indecision-making about goals. The administrative part is of great importance for the activities and the children; however, the staff is affected by lack of time to be able to complete the administration. In addition to this, a lack of staff is a negativity for achieving a good working environment for bothchildren and staff. The study also shows a desire for a more suitable balance between resources andwork activities. / Den offentliga sektorn finner sig idag inom reformen, New Public Management, som skapats för att öka kvalitet. Reformen har framtvingat mätbarhet hos de offentliga verksamheterna. Mätbarheten har vidareskapat en marknadskonkurrens, vilket också resulterat i uppkomsten utav privatisering inom de offentliga verksamheterna. Denna marknadskonkurrens har omvandlat förskolelärarnas yrkesroll till ett allt mer marknadsfokuserat yrke. Där ändamålet för verksamheterna styrs av kundnöjdhet. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka huruvida New Public Management har påverkat arbetssituationen i både kommunala- och fristående förskoleverksamheter. Studien har genomförts med hjälp utav semistrukturerade intervjuer. Slutsatsen av denna studie är att en deprofessionalitet i yrket inte har upplevts, man upplever en gemensamhet i beslutsfattning om mål. Den administrativa delen anses varaav stor vikt för verksamheterna och barnen, däremot påverkas personalen av tidsbrist för att kunna fullfölja administrationen. Utöver detta utgör brist på personal en negativitet för att uppnå en bra arbetsmiljö för både barn och personal. I studien framgår vidare en önskan om en mer lämplig balans mellan resurser och arbetssysslor.

This study investigates effects on the ephemeral artwork and its ephemeral quality when documented and archived. To define the ephemeral artform a definition presented by Mary O’Neill in her thesis Ephemeral Art: Mourning and Loss (2007) is used, and two ephemeral artworks are studied: Zoe Leonard’s Strange Fruit (for David) (1992-1997) and Felix Gonzalez-Torres' ”Untitled” (Portrait of Ross in L.A.) (1991). Results from these case studies are compared to each other and to Peggy Phelan’s critical stance on the possibilities of documenting time-based and performative artforms in Unmarked: The Politics of Performance (1993). Results show that the ephemeral artwork becomes ephemeral through slow degradation and the experience this degradation generates in the observer; processes in time that cannot be documented. However, documentation can affect the observer’s experience of ”here and now,” which may alter the artwork’s communicative abilities and its effectiveness in creating a sense of presence within the passing of time. / I denna studie studeras påverkan på det efemära konstverket och dess efemära egenskap när det dokumenteras och arkiveras. För att definiera den efemära konstformen används en definition som presenteras av Mary O’Neill i avhandlingen Ephemeral Art: Mourning and Loss (2007), och två efemära konstverk studeras: Zoe Leonards Strange Fruit (for David) (1992–1997) och Felix Gonzalez-Torres ”Untitled” (Portrait of Ross in L.A.) (1991). Resultat från verkanalyser av dessa verk jämförs mot varandra samt mot Peggy Phelans uppfattning att performance-baserad konst inte kan dokumenteras i Unmarked: The Politics of Performance (1993). Resultat visar att det efemära konstverket blir efemärt genom sin långsamma nedbrytning och genom betraktarens upplevelse av denna nedbrytning – temporala processer som inte kan dokumenteras med exakthet. Dokumentering kan dock innebära att betraktarens upplevelse av ”här och nu” påverkas och således verkets förmåga att kommunicera effektivt om passerande tid och frambringa närvaro i nuet.

The diploma thesis deals with the division of the system installation and gives an overview of electrical appliances and heating system. It focuses on the Loxone system installation. The main part is the project documentation of wiring, programming the control of a family house and regulation of the solar thermal system for heating water and the heating system control. It also includes a simple economic evaluation of the proposed solar system.

The work is focused on defining the methodology expert procedures for detecting defects in the project documentation in 1949. No legislation or literature this issue far more does not, it is a specific area that the project documentation defects generally are. Dissertation is focused on creating a systematic procedure for processing expertise, assessing defects in the design documentation in a limited period from 1880 to 1949.

The subject of my diploma thesis is to design and assess a multipurpose sports hall in the area of Brno-Bystrc. The shape of the hall is rectangular with dimensions 45 m × 48 m. The roof is designed from an arched truss. The height of the construction is 18 m. Part of the thesis is a technical report which contains details of construction, list of used materials, production and maintenance method. The work also includes the static calculation of supporting elements and joints and the graphical documentation. The valid CSN EN technical standards were used for the design and assessment.

The building is located on Plot No. 217/1 in Slatiňany, cadastral territory of Slatiňany, number of cadastral territory 749796. The apartment building is approximately rectangular shape with dimensions 25,1 x 21,1 m. Partly cellar Project documentation sloves five-storey basement apartment building with one-piece roof. In the basement are designed cellars, a technical room and a drying room. in the 1st floor there are 4 flats of sizes 1 + kk, 2x2 + kk and 3 + kk. On the second floor are also 4 apartments, which are designed as 3x3 + kk and 1x2 + kk. In 3NP are 3 flats of sizes 3 + 1, 5 + kk and 3 + kk. The fourth residential floor consists of one apartment of 5 + 1 size and spacious terraces. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks, horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The object is designed with a flat roof.

This diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a real cultural monument in Fulnek. It is a four-winged object with almost rectangular atrium. The main subject of the diploma thesis is the change in the use of the building and the proposals for remediation of damp walls. Knurr's palace has three above-ground floors and is non-decked, covered by a classic shell with fiber cement. The use of the object is mainly designed as a civic amenities, now the building is not used. The building is located in close proximity to the slope and the building is adjacent to the building. The project is solved at the level of the documentation for construction.

This master's thesis describes the design of new object of training centre on the outskirts of the city of Brno. The new building is situated in sloping terrain. The building has two floors and no basement. Roofing is solved by single-flat extensive green roof. The purpose of master’s thesis is to design a building for education part which also includes accommodation for visitors. There are two entrances lead to the object and it is accessible from the eastern and western boundary of the property. The whole building was designed accessible for people with reduced mobility and orientation.

The subject of my diploma thesis is a draft of a mountain holiday resort. The building is three-story, semi-basement and with one above-ground floor and attic. There are employee utility rooms and two social rooms with a bar in the basement. Five apartments with own bathroom and kitchenette are built in the two above-ground floors. The building is designed to be made of ceramic and concrete blocks with additional thermal insulation. The roof of the building is saddle with saddle dormers. The land for this new building is situated on a sloping terrain and is located in the western part of Modrava village. The thesis contains a documentary and drawing part and is processed as documentation for the execution of the construction.

The thesis deals with the optimization of project activities in the software EPLAN Electric P8. First part introduces electrotechnical software EPLAN, the basic functions, and explains the methodology of the work in the program environment. This is followed by an analysis of the state of the electrical documentation of the TAC 75 circular saw manufactured by Exactcut s. r. o., and the method of designing. The thesis is also focused on the individual problems that make barriers between the average and the high quality level of design and the ability to use the available features of the purchased software. Thereafter, individual optimization steps and partial methods of reaching aims are described. Part of the thesis is devoted to finding solutions for interconnection of two engineering branches, which are electric and fluid technologies and in the end are revealed expansion modules of software, which can be used to achieve a higher level of professional planning activity.
