O Museu Nacional de Belas Artes e sua documentação museológica constituem o principal objeto de estudo desta pesquisa, que procura investigar em suas origens, junto à Academia Imperial de Belas Artes/Escola Nacional de Belas Artes, as ações de tratamento documental que essas instituições utilizaram. Partindo da premissa de que a criação do Museu Nacional de Belas Artes deuse no século XIX, a pesquisa tem por objetivo mapear as proximidades e distanciamentos, sob o enfoque documental, entre tais instituições. / The National Museum of Fine Arts and its museological documentation are the aim of this research, which investigates its originis by the identification of the documentation processes developped at the Imperial Academy of Fine Arts, renamed National School of Fine Arts. Considering that the creation of the National Museum of Fine Arts emerged from the debates on the foundation of an Art Gallery inside the Imperial Academy of Fine Arts in the 19th century, this research explores the similarities and differences between these institutions from the point-of-view of the documentation of their collections.

Previous issue date: 2018-07-12 / O estudo caracterizou-se pelo tipo descritivo, de caráter compreensivo e com
abordagem qualitativa. Objetivou-se compreender como os registros de
enfermagem eram utilizados pelos enfermeiros para a gerência do cuidado;
caracterizar os tipos de registros de enfermagem utilizados pelos enfermeiros
para a gerência do cuidado; apreender como os enfermeiros utilizavam dos
registros de enfermagem para a gerência do cuidado; conhecer os fatores que
facilitavam e dificultavam a utilização dos registros de enfermagem para a
gerência do cuidado e; discutir os aspectos intervenientes para a utilização dos
registros de enfermagem para a gerência do cuidado. Os dados foram
coletados no setor de Clínica Médica de um hospital público de ensino, após
aprovação pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da referida instituição, sob o
Parecer de número 2213143. Participaram desse estudo 13 enfermeiras que
estavam na gerência do cuidado. Para a coleta de dados foram utilizadas as
seguintes técnicas: a entrevista do tipo semiestruturada, a observação
participante e a pesquisa documental. Inicialmente foram realizadas as
entrevistas semiestruturadas, no período compreendido entre outubro e
novembro de 2017, que combinaram perguntas fechadas e abertas. Para
operacionalização das entrevistas foi utilizado o software IRaMuTeQ 0.7 alpha
2. Concluída a etapa da coleta das entrevistas foi realizada a etapa da
observação participante, após a análise dos discursos das participantes. Essa
técnica foi desenvolvida em 21 ocasiões durante o serviço diurno, com 150
horas de observação, cujos conteúdos foram registrados em notas de
campo/observação. Concomitante à observação participante houve a etapa da
pesquisa documental, que se apoiou em um roteiro de análise de prontuários e
bases de dados, livros, formulários e requerimentos de enfermagem. Como
resultados, emergiram três categorias: registros de enfermagem como meio de
comunicação; instrumentos adotados na elaboração dos registros de
enfermagem e; o contexto de utilização dos registros de enfermagem e o
desenvolvimento da gerência do cuidado. Percebeu-se que muitas enfermeiras
enxergavam os registros de enfermagem como sendo parte, tão somente, do
gerenciar em enfermagem, desvinculando-o do cuidado de enfermagem
propriamente dito. Concluiu-se que os registros de enfermagem contribuem
para o gerenciar e para o cuidar, sendo que essas duas dimensões estão
articuladas, conjugadas e intimamente imbricadas. Embora, na prática, o
registro de enfermagem não se configura, ainda, como ferramenta básica de
comunicação entre os profissionais de saúde e de parâmetro para comprovar
a qualidade da assistência prestada ao paciente. / The study was characterized by the descriptive type, of a comprehensive nature
and with a qualitative approach. The objective was to understand how nursing
records were used by nurses for care management; characterize the types of
nursing records used by nurses for care management; to learn how nurses used
nursing records for care management; to know the factors that facilitated and
made difficult the use of the nursing records for the management of the care;
discuss the intervening aspects for the use of nursing records for the
management of care. Data were collected in the Medical Clinic of a public
teaching hospital, after approval by the Research Ethics Committee of the
referred institution, under the number 2213143. Participated in this study 13
nurses who were in the care management. For data collection, the following
techniques were used: semi-structured interview, participant observation and
documentary research. Initially, semi-structured interviews were carried out
between October and November 2017, which combined closed and open
questions. The IRaMuTeQ 0.7 alpha 2 software was used to make the
interviews operational. After the interviews were completed, the participant
observation stage was performed, after the participants' discourse analysis.
This technique was developed on 21 occasions during the daytime service, with
150 hours of observation, whose contents were recorded in field / observation
notes. Concomitant to the participant observation was the documental research
stage, which was based on a script of analysis of medical records and
databases, books, forms and nursing requirements. As results, three categories
emerged: nursing records as a means of communication; instruments adopted
in the elaboration of nursing records and; the context of utilization of nursing
records and the development of care management. It was noticed that many
nurses saw the nursing records as being only part of the nursing management,
dissociating it from the nursing care itself. It was concluded that nursing records
contribute to the management and care, and these two dimensions are
articulated, conjugated and closely intertwined. Although, in practice, the
nursing record does not also configure as a basic tool of communication
between the health and parameter practitioners to prove the quality of the
patient care.

Esta pesquisa se interroga sobre articulações entre características próprias a tradições orais e experiências de registro de enunciados orais indígenas a partir de dois casos, de escalas distintas: Xavante, habitando a aldeia de Pimentel Barbosa no Brasil Central, e Kanak, habitando as ilhas da Nova Caledônia na Melanésia. Internamente a cada caso, propus o estabelecimento de relações ou rizomas de modo a identificar efeitos que experiências e produtos de registro de enunciados orais produziram junto a seus atores, efeitos este que qualifico como de proliferação, rechaço, ou descaso. Ao pautar minha análise nos modos de interação mediados através do discurso segundo modalidades consideradas adequadas por aquelas populações em contextos específicos, busquei refletir acerca dos modos como vêm assumir sua tradição enunciada em situações de oficialização e institucionalização de patrimônios e identidades, assim como identificar modos com registros são empregados por tais populações segundo formas de criatividade próprias e inovadoras. Meu objetivo foi uma reflexão crítica, a partir de dois casos tornados aqui comparáveis, concernindo as atuais políticas do patrimônio imaterial pautadas em ações de valorização e salvaguarda de tradições orais de populações indígenas. / This study focus on the relationships between oral traditions, and products and events related to the documentation of indigenous oral sayings from the starting point of two case-studies of different scales: Xavante, from the Pimentel Barbosa village in Central Brazil, and Kanak, from the islands of New Caledonia, in Melanesia. For each of this cases I intended the search for relations or rhizomes, in order to identify effects that documentation of oral statements, narratives and sayings produced in the point of view of their very actors. I call such effects proliferation, resistance or indifference. Basing my analysis in expressive and discourse-mediated interaction as considered adequate by these populations in specific contexts, I wished to reflect on traditions as announced, in situations that demand the institutionalization of patrimonies and identities, as well as identify ways that documentation practices and products are invested by these people according to their own dynamic forms of creativity and innovation. My objective was to establish, through making these two cases comparables, a critical reflection on the contemporary intangible cultural heritage policies based on the safeguarding of oral traditions and expressions of indigenous people.

But generally speaking all prototyping approaches are aimed to help the engineers to understand thecustomer’s true needs, examine different software solutions and quality aspect, verification activities…etc, that mightaffect the quality of the software underdevelopment, as well as avoiding any potential development risks.A combination of several prototyping approaches, and brainstorming techniques which have fulfilled the aim of theknowledge extraction approach, have resulted in developing a prototyping approach that the engineers will use todevelop one and only one throwaway prototype to extract more knowledge than expected, in order to improve thequality of the software underdevelopment by spending more time studying it from different points of view.The knowledge extraction approach, then, was applied to the developed prototyping approach in which thedeveloped model was treated as software prototype, in order to gain more knowledge out of it. This activity hasresulted in several points of view, and improvements that were implemented to the developed model and as a resultAgile Prototyping AP, was developed. AP integrated more development approaches to the first developedprototyping model, such as: agile, documentation, software configuration management, and fractional factorialdesign, in which the main aim of developing one, and only one prototype, to help the engineers gaining moreknowledge, and reducing effort, time, and cost of development was accomplished but still developing softwareproducts with satisfying quality is done by developing an evolutionary prototyping and building throwawayprototypes on top of it.

SPRÅKUTVECKLINGENS MÅSTEN : En studie om hur omorganisationen av svenska som andraspråk på en gymnasieskola har lett till ökad motivation och därmed språkutvecklingZulic, Amra, Niemi, Päivi January 2008 (has links)
Uppsatsen behandlar ämnet Svenska som andraspråk och syftet har varit att dokumentera och utvärdera omorganisationen för ämnet på en gymnasieskola. Syftet har också varit att utvärdera vad eleverna själva anser om sin språkutveckling, syn på kultur och identitet samt om deras motivation har ökat i ämnet efter omorganisationen och ett avslutat kulturtema. Metoden som har använts är samtal med lärarna, enkäter och djupintervjuer med elever som har varit med om omorganisationen. Resultatet visar att lärarna har genom att omorganisera sitt arbete ökat elevernas språkutveckling och motivation. Omorganisationen innebar ett temainriktat arbetssätt och här belystes temat Språk, kultur och identitet som har lett till ökad medvetenhet för begrepp som identitet, etnicitet och kultur. Vidare har omorganisationen lett till bättre dokumentation, vilket har visat sig vara positivt både för lärare och elever. Förutom språkutvecklingen ser lärarna att frånvaron har minskat och ämnets status har höjts både hos elever och lärare på skolan. / This essay is about the school subject Swedish as a second language and the aim was to document and to evaluate a reorganization of the same at an upper secondary school. The aim was also to evaluate what the students think of their own language development, their views on culture and identity and if their motivation has increased after the reorganization as well as after working with a theme that was about culture. The method that has been used is conversation with the teachers of this subject, a questionnaire and interviews with students who have experienced the reorganization. The results show that the teachers have managed to increase the students’ language development and motivation for the subject by reorganizing it. After the reorganization the teachers have taught on the basis of themes and this study describes one of these, which is called Language, Culture and Identity. This theme has led to an increased awareness for words such as identity, ethnicity and culture. Furthermore, the described reorganization has led to better documentation of the students’ work in class which has turned out to be very helpful, for teachers as well as students. Apart from a better language development the teachers see that the student absence has decreased and the status of the subject has improved among students and teachers of other subjects at the school.

Digital presentation av fysiskt träningsresultat.Morosini, Jonathan January 2015 (has links)
Uppsatsens syfte är att konstruera riktlinjer för en användarprofilering som motiverar till fysiskt träningsutövande, samt uppmuntra användarprofiler till att förmedla sanningsenlig träningsresultatet inom ett digitalt socialt nätverk inriktat på fysisk träning. Studien undersöker även utövares inställning till att dela med sig av sina träningsresultat. Målet är att ta fram specifika, konkreta och praktiska faktorer som skall kunna appliceras i verkliga digitala nätverk. En kvalitativ studie genomfördes genom intervjuer och observationer av en testgrupp på åtta personer med varierande träningskunskaper och bakgrund. Studien resulterade i två olika kategorier a) motivation till dokumentationstjänst i digitalt nätverk och b) användarprofilering. Resultatet visar att det intressanta i ett sådant nätverk är träningsresultatet och utvecklingskurvan. Nätverkets medlemmar är både sändare och mottagare och för att få tillgång till andra personers resultat måste man vara beredd på att visa sina egna resultat. Samtliga testpersoner tycks vara villiga till att dela med sig av sina resultat i större eller mindre utsträckning. Att dela med sig träningsresultat är en sekundär prioritering, det väsentliga är det personliga dokumenterandet av träningsresultatet. För att nätverket skall fungera i längden bör en profil dessutom vara sanningsenlig och tillförlitlig, ha kommentarer som kan hjälpa andra att bestämma träningsövningar och hjälpa en själv att ha kontroll på träningspassen samt möjlighet till normerade resultat som gör det mindre personligt och jämförbart med andra utövare. / This study examines digital motivation and user profiling to construct a set of guidelines that motivates users to engage in physical exercise, in a way that also encourage them to share workout documentation, training results and give recommendations in a digital network. It also examines people's thoughts at sharing the personal training results to others. This investigation is done in relation to an assignment where the client is involved in the development of an upcoming service which offers online documentation of physical workouts, mainly towards CrossFit. The qualitative study involved a test group of eight people with varied training knowledge and background. The study resulted in two different categories: a) motivation for documentation services in a digital network, and b) user profiling in a digital network within a training context. The conclusion shows that the significant part of this service is the individuals exercise result, visualized by a development curve in a way that makes it possible to compare your progress to others. Members of the network are both transmitter and receiver, meaning that in order to gain access to other people's results, one must be prepared to show its own results. All participants were willing to share their results to some extent. For the network to operate in the long run, user profiles must be truthful and reliable. Being able to make comments may be helpful to determine the exercise efficiency and suitability for oneself, but also for viewers seeking inspiration and suggestions on exercises. A normalized presentation of results is suggested, making the results less personal and comparable with other practitioners.

1 Abstract Contract for health care under the Civil Code The subject of this thesis is a new type of contract, which was brought into Czech civil law by the Civil Code effective since 1 January 2014 - contract for health care. By including this special type of contract, the legislators practically agreed with a group of legal experts stating that health care is provided under contract, even before the new Civil Code became effective. This paper deals with the very conception of health care used in Czech legislation and with its comparison with the interpretation on this matter in legal codes, which were used by the authors of the provisions on contract for health care as inspiration. First part of this thesis discusses the legal regulation of health care in the Civil Code. With aim to provide a coherent point of view of this type of contract, this part briefly describes other possible conceptions of this legal institute. Besides the solutions, which provided a source of inspiration to Czech legislators, and those which are similar to the new Czech regulation, conceptions of health care used in other states of mainly continental Europe are mentioned. That is followed by introduction of interpretation of relation between provider of care and patient applied in the Czech Republic before the new Civil Code...

Purpose: The study relies upon the development of green buildings due to an increased level of acknowledgement of environmental impacts, caused by the building industry. Building materials are one big factor that have a negative impact on the environment. Building Information Modeling (BIM) are constantly being developed in the construction industry because of unlimited technology. The purpose of this study is to see a digitalization of documentation of materials by using BIM, and what consequences this meets regarding coordination. Method: The study used three qualitative methods: literature study, interviews and document analysis. The literature study is based on current research on the subject. An analysis consisting of documents including requirements from three green building certification systems has been done to present how they differentiate. The interviews complete the work with a practical point of view. It presents the work towards green buildings and on what level BIM may be included in the building industry. Respondents are people working with environmental questions, construction management and experts within the field of BIM. Findings: Green building certifications in Sweden are developing to be much more alike, because they are starting to relay on the same kind of requirements. This means there are not many differences when using one or several types of green building certification systems. The combination leads to effects of synergies. The results from Aspö Eko-logi shows that its time consuming and cost inefficient since documentation is required. BIM is established in the construction business, but not with regards to material documentation. Several issues regarding coordination could be solved through BIM. Research on BIM connected with green building certification has been studied on an international level, regarding LEED. This study shows how this could be adapted with Swedish environmental certification systems and also proves that the technology exists. The study presents benefits from using BIM with regards to coordination. Implications: Implications of the study shows that more than one environmental certification system on a project does not have big difference on the documentation of materials. The study creates awareness within the building industry regarding the potential of BIM and its implementation on environmental certification. A BIM-based method could cause benefits such as efficiency, improved coordination, more clarity and digital documentation. Limitations: The study examines a project, which is one of the first in Sweden that uses more than one green building certification system. The report does also only examine LEED, Miljöbyggnad and Svanen. The study has produced a possible BIMbased method regarding material documentation, which partly is based on interviews with persons in the construction process of a project. This will affect all the involved professions throughout the building project, none of which has been interviewed in this study. This makes the result not applicable to other professions. However, they will still be applicable to similar companies and projects within construction manufacturing. / Syfte: Studien granskar utvecklingen gällande miljöcertifiering av byggnader. Detta beror på allt större medvetenhet kring byggindustrins miljöpåverkan. Byggmaterial är en av byggindustrins största faktorer till miljöpåverkan. Tillika rusar Building Information Modeling (BIM) med framfart inom byggbranschen på grund av teknologins utveckling de senaste åren. Syftet med rapporten är att studera hur materialdokumentation vid miljöcertifiering kan kopplas till BIM och vilka konsekvenser som det leder till i byggprocessen. Arbetet behandlar till stor del samordning vid materialdokumentation, med och utan BIM. Metod: Undersökningen har genomförts med tre kvalitativa metoder; litteraturstudier, intervjuer och dokumentanalys. Genom litteraturstudier har information kring aktuell forskning tagits fram. Dokumentanalysen informerar om skillnaderna mellan olika miljöcertifieringssystem. Intervjuerna bidrar med hur arbetet fungerar i praktiken utan BIM och hur aktuellt BIM är gällande materialdokumentation. Respondenter var personer inom miljösamordning, produktion samt experter inom BIM. Resultat: Miljöcertifieringar i Sverige utvecklas mot att bli allt mer lika varandra, eftersom de ställer allt mer lika krav. Det betyder att skillnaden mellan att använda fler certifieringar jämfört med att bara använda ett, inte blir stor. Kombinationen leder till synergieffekter. Det riskerar att orsaka extra kostnader på grund av att mer tid och resurser läggs på att dokumentera fler miljöcertifieringssystem, baserat på ett referensprojekt. BIM har etablerats i byggbranschen men inte när det gäller materialdokumentation. Flera problem angående samordning hade lösts med hjälp av BIM. Internationell forskning visar att kopplingen mellan BIM och materialdokumentation är aktuell. Denna studie visar på hur kopplingen kan anpassas till svenska miljöcertifieringssystem. Studien visar fördelarna med BIM när det gäller samordning. Konsekvenser: Denna studie visar att användningen av fler än ett miljöcertifieringssystem inte har någon större påverkan på materialdokumentation. Det skapar medvetenhet hos aktörer i byggbranschen gällande potentialen som finns med koppling mellan BIM och miljöcertifiering. En BIM-baserad arbetsmetod hade medfört fördelar som effektivitet, förbättrad samordning, ökad tydlighet och digital dokumentation. Begränsningar: Studien undersöker ett projekt, som är bland det första i Sverige, att använda fler än ett miljöcertifieringssystem. Endast miljöcertifieringssystemen Miljöbyggnad, Svanen och LEED har granskats som grund till rapporten. Studien presenterar en möjlig BIM-baserad arbetsgång vid miljöcertifiering baserat på intervjuer med personer som har kopplingar till produktionen. Detta skulle beröra hela byggprocessen, men projektörer, förvaltare och beställare har inte intervjuats i denna studie. Detta gör att resultatet inte är applicerbart på dessa arbetsgrupper. Denna studie kommer däremot kunna vara applicerbar på liknande entreprenadföretag samt projekt med liknande rutiner.

Ambulanssjuksköterskors upplevelser av att arbeta med digitala journalsystem prehospitalt - en kvalitativ intervjustudie / Ambulance nurses’ experiences of working with electronic medical records - a qualitative interview studyWahlroos, Sanna, Westman, Stefan January 2017 (has links)
Tidigare forskning visar på att utvecklingen inom sjukvården har gått snabbt, framförallt prehospitalt. De tekniska lösningarna har utvecklats och det finns många gånger datorer både fram och bak i dagens ambulanser som har ersatt de traditionella pappersjournalerna. Forskning pekar på åldersfaktorer och tidigare datorkunskap som faktorer som påverkar hur väl nya system mottagits. Patientsäkerheten, tydligheten och enhetligheten framhålls i nutidens journalsystem samtidigt som den eventuella dehumaniseringen kring omvårdnaden lyfts fram i och med teknikens framfart. Få studier beskriver hur ambulanspersonal upplever de nya journalsystemen prehospitalt en tid efter införandet. Syftet med studien var att belysa ambulanssjuksköterskors upplevelser av att arbeta med digitala journalsystem prehospitalt. En kvalitativ ansats valdes och personliga intervjuer genomfördes. Åtta ambulanssjuksköterskor deltog i studien och intervjuerna analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen resulterade i 7 kategorier. Studiens frågeställningar blev resultatets 3 huvudrubriker. Huvudrubrikerna var ”Ambulanssjuksköterskans upplevelse av den prehospitala journalföringens utveckling”, ”Ambulanssjuksköterskans upplevelse av dagens digitala journalsystem” och ”Ambulanssjuksköterskans upplevelse av det patientnära arbetet”. I resultatet framkom att ambulanssjuksköterskor såg en negativ påverkan på det patientnära arbetet sedan införandet av digitala journalsystem som kopplades till utökade åtgärder och undersökningar. Patientsäkerheten hade förbättrats sedan införandet av standardiserat och strukturerat omhändertagande. Möjligheter för ambulanssjuksköterskorna att påverka utvecklingen kring det digitala journalsystemet skulle leda till underlättande av arbetssätt. Förutom nöjda ambulanssjuksköterskor skulle det ge en positiv påverkan för patienten i form av tid och omhändertagande. Vidare forskning kring utvecklingen av de digitala journalsystemen behövs för att kunna följa hur det påverkar patienten, vårdaren och den prehospitala verksamheten.
