Teaching outdoors with the youngest children in preschool is a topic that is not often raised in preschools' skills development. The youngest children in preschool are often seen as only in need of care and the teaching comes when they are older. The purpose of the study is to visualize preschool teachers' views on outdoor education with the youngest children in preschool. The youngest children are competent and need to be prioritized just as much as the older ones. The theoretical basis of the study is sociocultural theory through the concepts that are typical of the theory and is the basis for how the results are presented and analyzed. The sociocultural theory places great emphasis on social interaction and the role of the educator in teaching, which the respondents' answers also highlight as important. To answer the questions in the study, a qualitative, semi-structured interview and thematic analysis were used. The results show that the respondents point out that the pedagogue's commitment and knowledge are of great importance for the children's opportunities for education. In addition, the importance of the environment for the children's education is highlighted, especially if the children are to be able to influence the teaching. / Undervisning utomhus med de yngsta barnen på förskolan är ett ämne som inte lyfts ofta i förskolors kompetensutveckling. De yngsta barnen på förskolan ses ofta som enbart i behov av omsorg och undervisningen kommer sedan när de är äldre. Studies syfte är att synliggöra förskollärares syn på undervisning utomhus med de yngsta barnen på förskolan. De yngsta barnen är kompetenta och behöver prioriteras lika mycket som de äldre. Den teoretiska grunden i studien är sociokulturell teori genom de begrepp som är typiska för teorin och ligger till grund för hur resultatet presenteras och analyseras. Den sociokulturella teorin lägger stor vikt vid socialt samspel och pedagogens roll i undervisningen, vilket respondenternas svar också belyser som viktigt. För att besvara frågeställningarna i studien användes en kvalitativ, semistrukturerad intervju och tematisk analys. Resultatet visar att respondenterna påpekar att pedagogens engagemang och kunskaper har stor betydelse för barnens möjligheter till undervisning. Utöver det lyfts miljöns betydelse för barnens undervisning, särskilt om barnen ska kunna ha inflytande över undervisningen.

Syftet med studien är att identifiera och få förståelse om rektorers uppfattningar om pedagogiska ledarskapet i relation till undervisning i förskolan. Jag har valt att kombinera två teorier, ledarskapsteori och organisationsteori. Utifrån dessa två teorier har jag tagit ut följande centrala begrepp: pedagogiskt ledarskap, distribuerat ledarskap, styrkedja samt undervisning, som ligger till grund för min studie.  Studien har en kvalitativ ansats. Elva rektorer som alla är verksamma i olika förskolor inom samma kommun har intervjuats i semistrukturerade intervjuer. En tematisk analys har genomförts för att kunna skapa mönster i det insamlade materialet på ett effektivt sätt och därefter kunna skapa en helhet som är relevant för studien och som besvarar studiens frågeställningar.  Resultatet visar att rektorer i förskolan ser pedagogiskt ledarskap som en viktig process i organisationen men administrativa uppgifter har blivit mer tidskrävande. Detta har lett till att deras fokus på pedagogiska uppgifter minskat. Resultatet visar även att rektorer anser att en tydlig struktur för att kunna utveckla förutsättningar för undervisning i förskolan. Rektorerna uttrycker att de organiserar olika mötes nätverk där möjligheter ges för förskollärare att reflektera med varandra och i sitt arbetslag kring undervisningen.  Avslutningsvis framkommer det att det pedagogiska ledarskapet för rektorer bör tydliggöras mer i förskoleverksamheten. Studien visar även att några rektorer saknar huvudmannens stöd som behövs för att kunna frigöra tid att leda det pedagogiska arbetet. / The purpose of the study is to identify and gain an understanding of principals' perceptions of pedagogical leadership in relation to teaching in preschool. I chose to combine two theories, leadership theory and organizational theory. Based on the two theories, I chose some key concepts: pedagogical leadership, distributed leadership, chain of command and teaching that form the basis of my study. The method that has been used in this study is semi-structured interviews with eleven principals who work at different preschools within the same municipality. In the analysis part, a thematic analysis has been used and the reason for this is to effectively create patterns in the collected material and to get different perspectives. The results show that principals in preschools see pedagogical leadership as an important process in the organization, but administrative tasks have become more time-consuming. This has led to a decrease in their focus on educational tasks. The results also show that principals consider a clear structure to be able to develop conditions for teaching in preschool. The principals express that they organize different meeting networks where opportunities are given for preschool teachers to reflect with each other and in their work team around teaching. Finally, it appears that the pedagogical leadership for principal should be clarified more in preschool activities. The study also shows that some principals lack the principal's support needed to be able to free up time to lead the pedagogical work.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to investigate the position of Christian education in preschool education in Spain and how it is practically applied in preschool facilities. Theoretical part deals with Spanish education system, education of religion in European context, educational legislation with an emphasis on religion and its connection with Spanish state, the specifics of teaching of religion and teacher qualification requirements. The practical part aimed to translate and analyse the content of the Curriculum for the religious area and catholic morality in preschool education. This analysis found out that teaching of religion is a unique way to naturally connect several different educational areas. The second part of the research consisted of case studies of four preschools, two catholic and two public. The characteristics of the visited schools, observations of lessons of religion and three teaching materials were analysed and compared. There were observable similarities and differences between visited catholic and public schools, for example in the way the school presented itself or in the ratio of the number of students attending Religion lessons to Ethics lessons. The diploma thesis follows up on the author's bachelor's thesis, in which was proposed the sixth educational area for the Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education entitled The Child and His Spirituality. At present, the concept of children's spirituality is unaccepted and therefore neglected in academic areas in preschool education. However, for several decades, many authors have spoken of children's spirituality as a scientifically substantiated thesis. Therefore, the work deals with concepts of how to grasp children's spiritual education and how it could be practiced in the Czech secular kindergarten. It is shown that the Czech legislation represented by the Education Act is on the side of this education and does not go against it. The essence of spiritual children's capacity and how spirituality is realized and perceived in human life are discussed. One of the essential points of the work also lies in explaining that it is necessary to distinguish religion from spirituality. This distinction is crucial when looking for ways to talk about spirituality. The usage of puppets in nursery school In its theoretical part, my diploma thesis presents the preschool-age children's game and focuses on its object and the perception of the puppet as a toy. It approaches the theory and function of the puppet from its educational point of view. Further, it points to various methods of their usage and to the relation between the teacher and a puppet. In the conclusion, it includes some suggestions to make simple puppets. Next part of this work results from the research on the relation between children and puppets within the educational process in nursery school. It approximates children's displays towards the puppet and their ability to distinguish between the puppet and the teacher. This thesis introduces a folk-tale as a basement for projects in nursery school. The main goal of the thesis is to show a regional folk-tale and its processing for projects, and as a whole the tale serves as a suitable device for fulfilling goals of preschool education. Theoretical part is focused on providing knowledge of literal theory, methodology of work with text in nursery school, drama education, development psychology and preschool education in context of Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education. The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of cultivating microgreens in nursery school. Microgreens are young plants of various species of vegetable, that are grown in soil and are harvested approximetely after ten days. The simplicity of growing microgreens makes it an appropriate activity for preeschool-age children. Besides rewarding the children with nutricious food, it brings children the oppoturnity to develop key competences and pre- literacies. The theoretical part is an information base for growing microgreens in kindergarten conditions. The Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education is a legislative curriculum document which establishes the basic requirements for the state preschool education. The educational objectives and requirements are binding for the teachers. However, the way in which those objectives and requirements are met, is fully in the hands of each nursery school. This diploma thesis illustrates one of the possible ways of educating preschool children, namely the dramatic education. The dramatic education is presented here not only as an educational method but also as a style of pedagogical work.
