De um sonho de ambientalistas há décadas, adquiriu recentemente o status de real agente redutor das emissões de gases tóxicos. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo avaliar em condições reais de campo, o desgaste de motores Sisu Diesel modelo 620DSR da frota comercial de tratores de propriedade da Usina Catanduva. Utilizou-se diesel, biodiesel de óleo de mamona na proporção de 5%, biodiesel de óleo de soja nas proporções de 5% e 20%, sendo este biodiesel produzido pelo LADETEL/USP – Ribeirão Preto, SP. O tempo de avaliação foi de 18 meses, o que resultou em média 3.624 horas de trabalho efetivo de campo (preparo de solo) para cada trator avaliado, sendo os mesmos da marca Valtra, modelo BH180. Após os testes em campo procedeu-se á retirada e envio para as instalações da fábrica do fabricante Valtra em Mogi das Cruzes, SP, onde se procedeu á abertura dos mesmos sob criteriosa avaliação dos componentes. Os resultados evidenciaram que, a condição de desgaste dos motores que funcionou com biodiesel de soja e de mamona não apresentou anormalidade em comparação ao motor que funcionou com diesel. Avaliando o sistema de alimentação observaram-se pequenos depósitos de coloração escura na bomba injetora dos motores testados com biodiesel de soja e presença de desgastes severos na bomba injetora que equipava o motor testado com biodiesel de mamona, ocasionando o travamento (quebra), em função de deficiência de lubrificação do combustível provocada pela contaminação com água / The use of biofuels should consolidate-over the coming years. A dream for decades, environmentalists has recently acquired the status of real reducing agent of emissions of toxic gases. This work was to evaluate in real conditions of field, the wear Sisu Diesel engine model 620DSR commercial fleet tractors of ownership of Plant Catanduva. Used-diesel, biodiesel castor oil in the proportion of 5% and biodiesel of soya oil in the proportions of 5% and 20% (B20-soybean), being this biodiesel produced by LADETEL/USP Ribeirao Preto, SP. This diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of critical essay writing in the context of contemporary Austrian literature as exemplified by the author Robert Menasse. The introductory chapter presents Robert Menasse's life and work. The following chapter deals with Austria's interpretation of, and its struggle to come to terms with, its part in the complicated history of the last century as well as how this is reflected in post-war Austrian literature. The focus of the chapter is the issue of national identity - the development and re- definition of the proposition of Austria as the "first victim" of Nazi Germany - and its reflection in Austrian post-war literature. The key element of the thesis is an analysis of the essay collections, The country without qualities and Explain Austria to me. Through critical analysis of a wide range of topics in his essays - social partnership, the Austrian Independence Treaty, neutrality etc., Menasse presents a comprehensive picture of Austria with all its contradictions.

Nagrinėjami šie minėtų autorių esė rinkiniai: „Nuogi drabužiai“ (2002), „Miegas ir kitos moterys“ (2005), „Vilkų saulutė“ (2003), „Suplanuotos akimirkos“ (2004), „Vitaminų pardavėjas“ (2007). Darbo tikslas – analizuoti Parulskio, Beresnevičiaus, Radvilavičiūtės, Tamošaičio eseistiką kaip asmeninę esė, atskleidžiant šios esė estetikos ir poetikos ypatybes, eseistų individualumą. Uždaviniai: 1) Pateikti asmeninės esė teorines apibrėžtis, nurodant jų ribas ir problemas; 2) Identifikuoti asmeninės esė autoriaus mąstymo bei raiškos ypatybes; 3) Nagrinėti lietuvių autorių esė būdingas poetines priemones ir estetines pozicijas; 4) Palyginti skirtingų autorių eseistikos savybes, jų panašumus ir skirtumus; 5) Nustatyti asmeninės esė skaitytojo tipus, jų sąryšį su autoriaus institucija ir tekstu; 7) Atskleisti adresato „lūkesčių horizontą“ ir jo reikšmę skaitomų tekstų suvokimui ir interpretavimui. Tyrimo metodologija – komparatyvistikos teorija, Billo Roorbacho „asmeninės esė“, Umberto Eco „atviro kūrinio“ bei „pavyzdinio skaitytojo“ ir „empirinio skaitytojo“, Hanso Roberto Jausso „lūkesčių horizonto“ koncepcijos. Tasks: 1) to present theoretical concepts of the personal essay, by defining their limits and problems; 2) to identify peculiarities of thinking and expression of the personal essay author; 3) to analyse poetic aids and aesthetical positions, characteristic to essays of Lithuanian authors; 4) to compare peculiarities of essays of different authors, their similarities and differences; 5) to define types of personal essay readers, their links with institution of the author and the text; 7) to reveal the “horizon of expectation” of the addressee and its effect on perception and interpretation of the read texts. This diploma thesis provides an insight on fraudulent behaviour of university students in an international context that is often lacking in literature. Based on data obtained from Global Essay Mills Survey which was spread across Europe, Australasia and Americas, a rate of cheating in 14 selected countries is identified, and a relationship between this rate and selected economic indicators is examined. Particular attention is paid to contract cheating and essay mills services which are becoming a world-wide issue. As a result of this thesis, not only compa-rison of student behaviour in selected countries has been made, but also recommendation on how to reduce the unethical behaviour at universities.

Home Planet is a collection of travel essays about climate change. Like most works in the personal essay tradition, these essays reveal the mind as it works its way through a problem or question, all while inviting writer and readers to foster empathy as a mode of being. Also, like most works in the travel essay subgenre, these essays blend narrative, setting, and thought, suggesting important parallels between interior reflection and exterior displacement. Finally, since the essays in this collection take on climate change as their theme, they attempt to make meaning of climate-related subjects like extreme heat, mass extinction, and ice patch archaeology. Ultimately, the force that unites these essays is love. By describing, hinting at, and plainly stating love for people, landscapes, and more-than-human beings, the essays invite readers to consider their own relationship to the Earth, especially during a time of environmental crisis.

Lietuvių kalba išsiskiria ne tik turtingu žodynu, bet ir plačiomis galimybėmis mintis reikšti įvairios sandaros sakiniais: vientisiniais (asmeniniais dvinariais ir asmeniniais vienanariais, beasmeniais, asmeninių sakinių modifikacijomis), sudėtiniais (sujungiamaisiais, prijungiamaisiais, bejungtukiais, mišriaisiais). Mokinys, baigęs dešimtą klasę, turėtų išmanyti visas lietuvių kalbos sakinių rūšis, sandarą ir funkcijas, turėtų gebėti laisvai teorines žinias taikyti praktikoje – rašyti ir kalbėti funkcionaliais, įvairios sandaros sakiniais. Darbo tema – mokinių rašinių sakinio sandra ir funkcijos. Kalbant apie rašinius, daug dėmesio skiriama paties rašinio turiniui, stiliui, formai. Mokinių rašinių sakinio sintaksė ir funkcijos yra mažai tyrinėtos, nėra ištirta, kokios sandaros sakiniai mokinių rašiniuose dominuoja, o kokios sandaros vartojami retai, kas gali turėti įtakos mokinių rašinių sakinio struktūrai ir funkcijoms, neaišku, ar su amžiumi, lyginant 9–12 klasių mokinių sakinius, sakinio struktūra sudėtingėja. Ištyrus 60 vyresniųjų klasių (9–12) rašinių, galima pastebėti, kad mokiniai iš tiesų geba vartoti įvairių funkcinių tipų ir įvairios sandaros sakinius. Taip pat galima teigti, kad rašinio žanras turėjo įtakos funkcinių sakinių tipų vartojimui. Sakinių sandara taip tiesiogiai su rašinio žanru ar mokinių amžiumi susijusi nebuvo. Vyresniųjų klasių mokiniai vartojo sudėtingos struktūros sakinių, kurių visiškai nevartojo arba vartojo minimaliai jauniausi iš tirtų... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The Lithuanian language is not only prominent in its rich vocabulary but also there are quite a lot of possibilities to express ideas and thoughts using different sentence structures, such as: simple sentences (personal binomial and personal monomial, impersonal, modifications of personal sentences), complex sentences (coordinate, subordinate, parataxis and composite). The tenth form leaver should know all kinds of sentences, sentence structure and its function. He/she should be able to use all his/her theoretical knowledge in practice, it means he/she should be able to speak and write using functional, various sentence structures. The theme of the work – sentence structure and function in schoolchildren‘s essays. Considering essays themselves, a lot of attention is paid to the context, style and form of the essay. There was little research done of sentence syntax and function in schoolchildren’s essays. There was no research done what kind of sentence structure dominate in schoolchildren essays, what sentence structure is rarely used and what makes an influence which sentence structure and function to use. Moreover, it is not clear, if sentence structure becomes more complex according to the schoolchild’s age, comparing schoolchildren’s essays of the 9th–12th form.
