The Cross-Strait between Taiwan Area and Mainland Area has been ruled separately for over five decades since 1949 after losing the Chinese mainland as a result of the Chinese Civil War (1947), the ROC government under the Kuomingtang (KMT) relocated to Taiwan. After long time of separated ruling of Cross-Strait, there are major differences in political system, government decision, legal system and style of social society. And also the end of martial law was declared by the government in July 15 of 1987. In the same year of November 2, it was also allowed visits to relatives on the mainland. In 1992, the government allowed Chinese spouses to settle down in Taiwan. And Taiwan has implemented the enforcement rules for the Act Governing relations between peoples of the Taiwan area and the Mainland area and its articles which will be the legal base among the people of Taiwan and mainland China for their social interactions. Prior to Taiwan government allowing its nationals to travel to China, people of China area have been smuggling to Taiwan to work and prostitute for a long time. Early, people of China area who smuggled to Taiwan working and prostitution were arranged by ¡§snakeheads¡¨ or people smugglers, using the fishing boats by sea route to enter Taiwan, then prostituted agency or middle man will control and arrange them to do work and prostitute. Because of the high risk that is involved in smuggling, Chinese nationals seem to favor other means of entering the country. Since the government opened private exchanges between the two sides of Taiwan Strait, based on the ¡§Regulations for Permitting the Spouse Residency; Long Duration of Stay, and Permanent Residence of Mainland People in the Taiwan Area¡¨, the spouse who is from Mainland Area applying for family reunion or family visit is quite easy to get a permit, that provides a great opportunity for the snakeheads. The snakeheads and people smugglers are using the legal reason to help the People of Mainland Area entering Taiwan Area illegally. It also creates corrupted police problems and affects seriously on the public security and safety of the Country. This study aims to discuss how to prevent and regulate Chinese citizens trying to enter Taiwan with fake marriage.The research approach of the study is while Chinese citizen of faked marriage in Taiwan, Chinese female who has disregarding the regulations of the relations of Cross-Strait and performing or working the non-permitted criminal activities. Using the police agency prevent and regulate the Chinese citizens of faked marriage to come to Taiwan as an issue boundary. The research purpose: Reviewing since 1990 the Cross-Strait marriage has begun, under established the legal system of the governing law and governing structures, the current situation of prevention and regulation of legal system for the problem of faked marriage of Chinese citizens, truly understating the practical structure of prevention and regulation system. Making sure we have fully understood the current situation of prevention and regulation system and concerning the thoughts of governing management and those directly involved party to discover the existed issues of related legal structures, andmaking legislation to regulate and solve the problems of Chinese citizens getting faked marriage to enter to Taiwan. Also using the structure of the Governing law with 5 major points¡V Theory, Organization, Authority, Relief and Supervisor, we expect to establish a completed legal system of prevention and regulation focusing on ¡§People of Mainland Area fake-marriage to enter to Taiwan problem¡¨.

When first-line service providers are confronted with customers, they are usually demanded by the organization to display certain emotion to meet organization¡¦s service standard, such work condition is known as emotional labor. The purpose of present study was to explore the relationship between emotional management methods (i.e. surface acting and deep acting), the antecedents-personality (i.e. extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experiences, and neuroticism) and the consequences-burnout (i.e. emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and diminished accomplishment) of emotional labors. To be specific, the study examined the relationships between personalities with two ways of acting and burnout, and also tends to explore what sort of relationship exists between two ways of acting and burnout. To test these hypotheses, self-report data were collected from 186 cosmetics saleswomen through questionnaires. The results suggested that extraversion; agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experiences had significant negative correlation with surface acting but had positive correlation with deep acting, and neuroticism had significant positive correlation with surface but negative correlation with deep acting; surface acting had significant positive correlation with three dimensions of burnout, while deep acting had significant negative correlation with three dimensions of burnout; the results also suggested that emotional management methods had moderating effect on the relationship of personalities and burnout. Implications for future research and service work were also discussed at the end.

Abstract Over the past decades, with different theories of personality, many scholars had attempted to explore the relationship between personality traits and job performance. Though plenty substantial conclusions were inducted; however, a systematic integration is still required. Not until 1990s, academics, such as Digman, Hough, John and Kamp began to organize and review the past related study and proposed a milestone theory called "Big Five", which provides a specific direction for recent empirical research and study to follow in. This research cooperated with Chunghwa Telecom, which transformed from a government organization into a company system and therefore emphasized on the service and achievements of sales department to meet strong t competition. Looking back to the concerning researches about sales personnel management; the personality traits of sales personnel were highly emphasized by supervisors in the selection and administration of sales personnel. When observing the qualities of sales careers, the activities of sales are considered getting involved into frequent personal interaction and acting with independence. There's no direct relationship between job description, performance evaluation and the behaviors which are performed actively by sales staffs and can benefit customers, colleges, supervisors and organizations. Researcher believes that successful performance evaluation should stress on not only productivity evaluation but also Organizational Citizenship Behaviors to elevate the overall effectiveness and efficiency of organization. This research took 218 sales personnel in Chunghwa Telecom as the study object, attempted to construct the influencial model of salesperson's personality traits and OCB with LISREL, as well as to examine the intermediary effect in this model. The result shows personality besides directly effects Organizational Commitment and OCB, it also influences OCB through Organizational Commitment. The goodness-of-fit to structural equation model is acceptable. Expecting the result of this research reminds administrators pay much attention to the relationship among Personality, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of sales personnel and in addition, provides a profound and significant logic for enterprises in the selection and administration of sales personnel. Abstract The biotechnology industry is an industry that uses applied science and bioengineering to employ living organisms or parts of organisms to make or modify products. Although there are many websites, databases, and research instruments focused on this field, the information given is still incomplete. Therefore, in this research report we will find that Taiwan¡¦s Biotechnology Industry has certain characteristics: it is going through its developing period, it has long research & development cycles, faces many government rules and regulations, has a complex value chain, is technique intensive, innovation oriented, has low energy dependence, high add-value, etc. After analyzing the literature and data from the case company, the results of the research indicate that: 1. Product: There is high threat from substitutes, so the case company should emphasize its differences from other products, make product level enlargements, create more extensions to their products, recheck its product positioning in the market to reduce threat. 2. Price: The case company should refer to the market price when deciding on a product price; they should take a more active approach in their pricing strategy. Moreover, they should take into consideration the whole operation system when deciding on a price by evaluating each product¡¦s break-even-point. 3. Place: The case company uses traditional methods of transporting its products, so it should enlarge its logistic channels, to make the products more popular and easier to buy. They should use a vertical marketing system to reduce the relocation of resources, and reinforce the sales techniques of its salesmen. 4.Promotion: The case company uses direct marketing so they know their customers¡¦ needs, but they have limited customer resources. The company should increase its product publicity, and improve its promotion strategy and public relationship to draw in more potential customers. With the highest density of 12-inch factory per area in the world, Taiwan is in the first tier of semiconductor equipment buyers. In year 2006, for an example, there was about eight billion US dollars spent in this island for her semiconductor manufacturing capacity expansion, which weighted 18.7% in the worldwide semiconductor equipment capital spending in 2006. It was only second to Japan. For a 12-inch fab, that will cost it 75% more in its whole capital spending. However, it is less than 1% spent in local equipment companies. That is no doubt we should pay more attention on this missing part of Taiwan semiconductor supply chain. After millennium, the center of semiconductor manufacturing has been migrating toward to Great Asia, the most promising and emerging area in the world. For the semiconductor equipment capital expense, according to Gartner Dataquest survey results, great Asia including Japan is the number one expense area in more than 50% weight in the world after year 2000. And the great Asia except Japan has been becoming the highest growing area in the expense of semiconductor equipment. Furthermore, its CAGR from 2005 to 2011 is estimated more than 11% which is 3% higher than the worldwide average at the same period. In order to identify the key elements of Taiwan's Lighting industry development, Michael Porter's five forces Model and SWOT analysis has been adopted in this paper. A domestic LED lighting manufacturer-D Co, Ltd. was interviewed as a case study in this paper. The results indicated that the advantage of Taiwan¡¦s lighting industry development advantage lies in the well industrial chain integrity, professional and technical research and development staff. On the other hand, the disadvantage is that LED lighting products are priced too high. If the production can not achieve economies of scale, it is difficult to promote products. The paper proposes from both marketing and production operations to improve in marketing. To formulate business strategy and understand the market needs of customers and how to achieve customized marketing for D Company is the urgent need to address. For the aspect of production, the performance measurement systems must be established to strengthen research and development and technical staff production performance. In addition, it must have a sound accounting system and management information system to enable the overall operation of D Company and to improve the allocation of production resources for maximum effectiveness.

This research focuses on the development of the worldwide futures industry, the positioning and strategics of major exchanges, utilizing tools such as FIVE FORCE model, SWOT model to analyze TAIFEX¡¦s current operation conditions and core value, so as to raise the efficiency and value of TAIFEX. It also refers to the experiences and strategies of other major futures exchanges, setting the long term goal for TAIFEX, in order to gain its competitiveness under the trends of globalization and electronic trading. The research concluded that TAIFEX has currently faced the predicament of products centralization and saturation of domestic demand. Products centralization can be resolved through the continuous launch of more new products. However, the success of the new products lies upon the domestic demand. After careful evaluation, among all the new products that under research that might be launched, currency futures and stock futures can meet the requirements of the local markets. The interest futures is unlikely to be launched in the foreseeable future under the current Central Bank¡¦s policy. Whereas the stock futures has the advantages of simplicity in trading and easy promotion, it might raise the issue of substitution with the the securities loans business. Therefore, this research suggests that TAIFEX should put more efforts on the market promotion and enhancement of the depth and broadness of the existing products. The legal system of the investigation on the police moral cases is examined herein by the basic methods of administrative law, namely, the five major frameworks, including administrative principles, administrative organization, limitation of administrative power, administrative relief, and administrative supervision from every respect and viewpoint. Meanwhile, bibliography exploration, historical narration, comparative research, and case analysis are adopted as the principal research approaches to explore whether there¡¦s any improvement required regarding the legal system of the investigation on the police moral cases on the basis of five major frameworks of administrative law. Additionally, practical implementation and suggestions for regulations and actions concerning future investigation on the police moral cases are hereby provided to achieve the goal of protecting procedural justice and the police¡¦s right as well. With the exploration by means of five major frameworks of administrative law, the legal system of the investigation on the police moral cases yet obeys the three administrative principles according to laws and the seven principles of procedural justice and has formed the prototype as that of countries ruled by law. However, problems such as inappropriate system design of special duty and administrative plan , incomplete decrees and laws, uncertain legal concepts, unclear meanings still remained in the existing and getting rid of the traditional concept of ¡§special right relation¡¨. As a whole, restriction exceeds protection. The suspect against ¡§Criminal Code¡¨ is still possessed with legal human rights, the police against administrative law shouldn¡¦t be possessed with human rights procedurally and substantively. Indeed, ¡§ moral is the lifeblood of the police¡¨, since moral is so important, the governor of the police authorities shall view that to be a topic of demanding immediate attention and examine the problems dwelling in the legal system of the investigation on the police moral cases on the basis of five major frameworks of administrative law as soon as possible and further to review and perform modification to be convinced of all the police and promote the police¡¦s appearance and public reliance.
