Para alÃm de um olhar cujo lugar de pouso costuma situar-se à margem de uma tentativa de descriÃÃo dos mais variados contextos, com vistas ao aporte de novas e inusitadas aÃÃes pedagÃgicas, clama sutilmente aà residindo, insistindo e resistindo, uma instÃncia de onde tudo flui ou a partir do que tudo emperra. Mais ontolÃgico ainda que as anÃlises de contextos e pretextos propiciadoras ou dificultadoras do ato do ensinar, o que promoveria novas perspectivas para construÃÃo de tecnologias, saberes e desenvolvimento de competÃncias mais favorÃveis à aprendizagem, situa-se nesses lugares e instÃncias, o entrelaÃamento de desejos entrecortados, atalhados na direÃÃo de estradas e veredas que levam ao lugar de efetivaÃÃo da prÃxis educativa. From the Reich´s social understanding, we did an analysis of his legal formulations, showing its limitations and the elements which can be used for a better understanding of law. / Esta pesquisa dedica-se a retirar os proveitos jurídicos do trabalho desenvolvido pelo psiquiatra Wilhelm Reich. Neste percurso, partimos de um estudo situado no campo do marxismo e da psicanálise para, posteriormente, explicar como a psicanálise reichiana foi utilizada para uma compreensão crítica de nossa sociedade. A partir das análises sociais de Reich, partimos para uma análise das suas formulações jurídicas, evidenciando suas limitações e os elementos que podem ser utilizados para uma melhor compreensão do direito.

Essa análise se dá no quadro teórico da psicanálise Freudiana, que constitui uma das bases do tripé da Análise de Discurso Francesa. O quadro teórico da Análise de Discurso nos possibilita partir da premissa de um sujeito descentrado, cujo dizer tem mais de um significado. O quadro teórico da psicanálise freudiana nos possibilita olhar mais de perto esse sujeito, investigar mais detalhadamente sua condição de descentralização e ver o movimento caleidoscópico de seu dizer, revelando seu caráter polissêmico. Visto assim, o enunciado das aprendizes revela a riqueza do dizer e traz à tona a grandeza da dimensão psíquica no processo de ensino-aprendizado de uma L.E. The theory of the French Discourse Analysis gives us the possibility to understand the

In The Passion According to GH, Clarice Lispector novel, published in 1964, to verify how is the disintegration mimetic narrative, occurs an everyday and trite situation - a woman, identified only as G. H, kill a cockroach - but this fact in the story takes many dimensions and results an existential quest of character. This quest unleash changes in the psychology of GH, which are reviewed in the study, in the light of Freudian theory, especially the theory of drive, the element "strange" and the pleasure principle. We also verify the process of abjection, Kristeva, and their correspondence in the narrative. The analysis is done by inserting the reading in an attempt to show as getting rid of the referential illusion and the failure of the narrative, which finds its limits in silence. / Em A paixão segundo G. H., romance de Clarice Lispector, publicado em 1964, no qual se busca verificar como se dá a desintegração mimética na narrativa, ocorre uma situação cotidiana e banal uma mulher, identificada apenas como G. H, mata uma barata , mas esse fato adquire muitas dimensões na narração e origina uma busca existencial da personagem. Essa busca desencadeia transformações na psicologia de G. H., as quais são revistas, no estudo, à luz da teoria freudiana, principalmente, da teoria das pulsões, do elemento estranho e do princípio de prazer. Também se busca verificar o processo da abjeção de Kristeva, e suas correspondências na narrativa. A análise se faz pela inserção na leitura na tentativa de mostrar como acontece o desfazer-se da ilusão referencial e o fracasso da narrativa, que encontra seus limites no silêncio.

La thèse est née de la possibilité qui nous a été donnée d’analyser en exclusivité une partie des travaux inédits du critique italien et théoricien de la littérature, Francesco Orlando (1934- 2010), qui portent sur le thème de l’invention littéraire. Les perspectives contenues dans ces inédits, dûment contextualisées, sont autant de contributions au débat sur les instruments et les méthodes de recherche dans le domaine critico-thématique. Cette matière première, qui se compose de fiches de notes et d’un corpus consistant de leçons et d’interventions intégralement enregistrés à l’aide d’un appareil audio, permet de grands développements interprétatifs; elle se prête parfaitement à une recherche qui a pour point de départ le cadre de la proposition théorique et s’ouvre ensuite, dans une seconde phase de notre travail, à l’application des résultats à l’analyse comparée des œuvres de deux auteurs de la littérature italienne, Walter Siti, et française, Michel Houellebecq, que rapprochent d’importantes convergences aussi bien thématiques, formelles que du point de vue des figures utilisées. / The thesis considers previously unpublished works by Italian literary critic and theoretician Francesco Orlando (1934-2010) concerning the subject of literary invention. The ideas expressed in these works, with due contextualization, provide interesting contributions in the debate about methodologies and tools of research in the field of thematic criticism. The material I consider consists in notes and in the audio tapes of a consistent corpus of lectures and conferences, and leaves room for further interpretative developments. My research considers Orlando’s material as a theoretical frame for an analysis of Italian author Walter Siti and French author Michel Houellebecq, who share important common features both thematically and stylistically.

Previous issue date: 2008-07-10 / This thesis was made on the purpose of demonstrate the fundamental contributions and contrasts between Freud’s and Jung’s theories on the problem of the paranoiac delusions. To persecute this goal we have chosen to discuss the developments of both theories individually and, in doing so, demonstrate the primary conceits that were associated with them and then, finally, distinguish the main contributions between the two psychological systems. Afterwards we have shown how those influences were made possible and by which means they came to be. The main contributions verified were the inspiration of Freud’s theory of libido to Jung’s own, the importance of Jung’s complexes theory to Freud and their mutual interest in the archaic inheritances verified in the delusions of the paranoiac patients. We have found that the differences in the context, and the inevitable presuppositions did not cripple a dialogue and some significant contributions between them. Notwithstanding, these contributions were made possible only by a recreation of the ideas according to the internal context of the system which, of course, is modified in the process. / Esta dissertação tem por objetivo demonstrar as contribuições mútuas e contrastes fundamentais entre as teorias de Freud e Jung quanto ao delírio paranóico. Para alcançar esse objetivo, decidimos abordar individualmente as teorias e, por essa via, demonstrar os principais conceitos associados a elas para, apenas então, distinguir as principais contribuições entre os dois sistemas psicológicos a respeito do delírio. Em seguida, elucidamos como essas influências foram possíveis e de que maneira elas se originaram. As principais contribuições verificadas foram: a influência da noção freudiana de libido para a teoria de Jung, a importância da teoria junguiana dos complexos para a Psicanálise freudiana e seu interesse mútuo sobre as heranças arcaicas verificadas nos delírios. Constatamos que as diferenças no contexto e os inevitáveis pressupostos não impediram o diálogo e algumas contribuições importantes entre os dois pontos de vista. Os aportes, entretanto, somente foram possíveis com a recriação das noções de acordo com o contexto interno de cada sistema que, decerto, também se modifica no processo em sentido amplo.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Os meninos de rua constituem uma problemática que denuncia a exclusão social de crianças e adolescentes, os quais vagueiam pelas ruas, numa trajetória em que prevalecem a transgressão, a violência, a destruição de si e do outro, por meio dos quais o sujeito insiste em existir para o Outro. Esta tese resulta das inquietações de uma prática clínico-institucional e visou a analisar o que pode indicar uma ancoragem e enodamento na errância do sujeito adolescente em situação de rua a partir dos traços que o singularizam e o destacam do universo meninos de rua. Sustentamos a hipótese de que a errância, apesar da degradação subjetiva e da radical expulsão, pode constituir um movimento de vida e resistência, uma tomada de posição do sujeito. Baseando-se na proposição psicanalítica do Traço do Caso, a pesquisa foi norteada pela construção de dois casos clínicos, a partir do que fez tropeço na intervenção e de seus efeitos na escuta. À luz da Aufhebung freudiana e da topologia lacaniana do nó borromeu, destacamos uma realidade marcada por um esgarçamento do tempo e do espaço, uma diluição das fronteiras, uma prevalência do Real. A proposição de uma clínica borromeana situa a instituição como referente simbólico; suplência que opera, no recurso à palavra, reparos nos lapsos do nó. Trata-se de uma construção do adolescente e da instituição que transgride o instituído da exclusão, do saber, das práticas sedimentadas, buscando, num ato inventivo e de autoria do sujeito, uma ultrapassagem da marca da exclusão para a rasura de um traço, por meio de uma nominação simbólica; um entre que enoda e faz laço social; um ponto de ancoragem para quem vinha rodando pela rua. / The presence of "street kids" denounces the social exclusion of children and adolescents that wander the streets, in a trajectory that prevails transgression, violence, destructivity, through which the subject persists to exist for the Other. This thesis is a result of questionings from a clinical practice in an institution. This thesis envisions to analyze what could be related to an anchorage and enlacing in the wander of homeless adolescents, based on the traces that make them unique and detached from the universe of street kids. We propose the hypothesis that the wander, regardless of the subjective degradation and the expulsion, could constitute a movement of life and resistance, an emergence of the subject. Based on the psychoanalytic Trace of the Case, this research was guided by two clinical cases, from what constituted an interventions stumble and its effects in the listening process. Guided by the Freudian Aufhebung and the Lacanian borromean knot, we highlight a reality characterized by the fraying of time and space, a dilution of boundaries, a prevalence of the Real. The proposition of a borromean clinic places the institution as a symbolic reference; a substitute that functions, utilizing the word as a resource, as a repair to the lapses of the knot. This is about a construction that transgresses what is institutionalized about exclusion, knowledge, and established clinical practice. It aims, through an inventive act, a trajectory from the wound of the exclusion to the draft of a trace, through a symbolic nomination; a between space that promotes the knot and the social engagement; a source of anchorage for whom used to go rolling through the street.

Notre thèse de doctorat propose une analyse d’inspiration freudienne des œuvres romanesques du marquis de Sade. Elle relève, plus précisément, de la psychobiographie en ce qu’elle privilégie l’analyse des conflits des écrivains avec leurs parents, et les traumatismes psychiques subséquents. L’œuvre et l’écriture de Sade sont les résultats de nombreux facteurs : enfance multi-pathogène, personnalité borderline multi-pathologique (perverse et psychopathique), multi-récidiviste, incarcérations ou internements dans des asiles. Parmi tous ces paramètres psycho-socio-pathologiques, la prison est celui qui a aggravé, sous la forme d’une psychose carcérale réactionnelle, ses tendances morbides et la violence de son écriture. Se sentant menacé par une évolution de sa personnalité vers une psychose structurelle, Sade tente de prendre ses distances, en les rendant absurdes, avec les représentations pulsionnelles délirantes qu’il obtient grâce à ses rêves et à ses rêveries. C’est à ce moment-là qu’interviennent les procédés cathartiques et thérapeutiques de l’humour et/ou du comique pervers. Grâce à ces procédés symboliques, qu’il a mis au point dans sa correspondance avec sa femme et avec « Milly », l’une de ses amies, Sade se met en scène, lui et ses objets sexuels, dans des fantasmatiques pré-œdipiennes. Plus les décalages avec l’esthétique des réalités sexuelles œdipiennes (ou génitales) sont importants, plus l’humour pervers peut surgir. Grâce à l’humour pervers, Sade peut mimer une victoire narcissique illusoire. L’humour pervers facilite l’assassinat psychique, affectif et moral des lecteurs. Nous avons terminé notre étude en proposant l’analyse d’une forme extrême d’humour pervers, l’humour pervers nécrophile. / Our doctoral thesis suggests a Freudian analysis of Marquis de Sade novels. Our analysis is more precisely a work of psychobiography, which favours writers’ conflicts with their parents, and the subsequent psychological traumas. Sade novels and writing are the results of many parameters : a multi-pathogen childhood, a multi-pathological borderline personality (psychopathic and perverse), being a multi-recidivist, imprisonment or internment in asylums. Among all those psycho-socio-pathological parameters, prison, is the one that worsened his morbid tendencies and the violence of his writing, thus creating a prison psychosis. Threatened by the development of his personality towards a structural psychosis, Sade attempts to distance himself from those parameters, making them absurd, crazy instinctual representations coming from his dreams and reveries. The cathartic and therapeutic methods of humour and/or perverse comic played a part at that very moment. Owing to these symbolic methods he has developed in his correspondence with his wife and with « Milly », one of his friends, Sade stages himself and his sexual objects in pre-Oedipal fantasies. The stranger the aesthetics of Oedipal (or genital) sexuality are, the funnier it becomes. By means of perverse humour, Sade manages to mimic an illusory narcissistic victory. The perverse humour facilitates the psychic, emotional and moral murders of his readers. We completed our study by providing an analysis of an extreme form of perverse humour, necrophiliac perverse humour.

An exploration of the intrapsychic development and personality structure of serial killers through the use of psychometric testingBarkhuizen, Jaco 12 September 2005 (has links)
The mystery surrounding serial homicide is the apparent lack of motive for the murder. No extrinsic motive such as robbery, financial gain, passion or revenge exists, as there usually is in the case of other murders. Serial homicide is a serious, worldwide problem that has received a large amount of media attention, but only a relatively small amount of scientifically based research exists on this phenomenon. Since the 1970s various models such as the psychosocial theory model, learning theory, the motivational, fantasy, neurological theory, psychiatric, post-modern, feminist and the paranormal/demonological models were used to explain the phenomenon of serial homicide. The researcher, however, states that these models do not satisfactorily address the intrapsychic/object relation development of the serial killers personality. The structure of the research project consists of analysis of the background information of two serial killers which was gathered from one semi-structured personal interview, psychometric testing (Thematic Apperception Test, Test of Object Relations and the Picture Test of Separation and Individuation) as well as from relevant literary sources. The information was interpreted using the selected psychoanalytic theory of Sigmund Freund and the object relation theory of Melanie Klein and the data was then analysed, interpreted and tested against the following research questions: “What is the intrapsychic origin of serial homicide?”; “What is the parent-child relationship like?”; “How does the parent-child relationship influence the object relations of the serial killer?”; “How does the parental relationship influence the serial killer’s interpersonal relationships?”. These questions determine the specific internalised factors that may have contributed to the eventual development of a serial killer’s personality. The research method that is employed is a qualitative, exploratory case study method. A qualitative study was selected due to the fact that there are currently not enough incarcerated serial killers in South Africa and from those incarcerated serial killers only two were willing to participate in the research. The case study method was selected because it deals with contemporary events, multiple data sources may be used and the findings can be generalised to other case studies. Data gathering was done by psychometric testing (TAT, PTSI and TOR), a semi-structured interview and other biographical information on the subjects. The data was analysed by the descriptive-dialogic case study method. The data integration method that was selected is the data integration method of the descriptive-dialogic case study method. The data was discussed in relation to the already developed theories. This implies that parallels were drawn between the processed information and the theories. The proposition of a borromean clinic places the institution as a symbolic reference; a substitute that functions, utilizing the word as a resource, as a repair to the lapses of the knot. This is about a construction that transgresses what is institutionalized about exclusion, knowledge, and established clinical practice. It aims, through an inventive act, a trajectory from the wound of the exclusion to the draft of a trace, through a symbolic nomination; a between space that promotes the knot and the social engagement; a source of anchorage for whom used to go rolling through the street . / Os meninos de rua constituem uma problemática que denuncia a exclusão social de crianças e adolescentes, os quais vagueiam pelas ruas, numa trajetória em que prevalecem a transgressão, a violência, a destruição de si e do outro, por meio dos quais o sujeito insiste em existir para o Outro. Esta tese resulta das inquietações de uma prática clínico-institucional e visou a analisar o que pode indicar uma ancoragem e enodamento na errância do sujeito adolescente em situação de rua a partir dos traços que o singularizam e o destacam do universo meninos de rua . Sustentamos a hipótese de que a errância, apesar da degradação subjetiva e da radical expulsão, pode constituir um movimento de vida e resistência, uma tomada de posição do sujeito. Baseando-se na proposição psicanalítica do Traço do Caso, a pesquisa foi norteada pela construção de dois casos clínicos, a partir do que fez tropeço na intervenção e de seus efeitos na escuta. À luz da Aufhebung freudiana e da topologia lacaniana do nó borromeu, destacamos uma realidade marcada por um esgarçamento do tempo e do espaço, uma diluição das fronteiras, uma prevalência do Real. A proposição de uma clínica borromeana situa a instituição como referente simbólico; suplência que opera, no recurso à palavra, reparos nos lapsos do nó. Trata-se de uma construção do adolescente e da instituição que transgride o instituído da exclusão, do saber, das práticas sedimentadas, buscando, num ato inventivo e de autoria do sujeito, uma ultrapassagem da marca da exclusão para a rasura de um traço, por meio de uma nominação simbólica; um entre que enoda e faz laço social; um ponto de ancoragem para quem vinha rodando pela rua .
