ResPublica/Civitas Socialis – Strachotín, l. p. 2017 / ResPublica/Civitas Socialis - Strachotín

Řehořová, Martina January 2017 (has links)
The project deals with the design of the wine gallery and community center in smaller wine-growing village Strachotín, which is situated in the beautiful landscape under the hills, called "Pálavské vrchy", and also is on the edge of the magnificent waterwork - "Novomlýnské nádrže". The construction of the wine gallery and the community center is designed in the historical structure of the village, near the gothic church. The project follows up the analytical part, which dealt with the vision for the future development of the village Strachotín. The vision, which after thorough examination of the village included seventeen interventions of small or larger urban character, which would be beneficial for the development of the village and surroundings.

Nová synagoga Opava / New synagogue in Opava

Gracová, Michaela January 2019 (has links)
The subject of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of an architectural study of a new synagogue in Opava, which, with other necessary objects, will create a complex used by the jewish community and its members. The result of the design is a new community center. This has the task of restoring existence and supporting the development of the jewish community, which has not found its way back to Opava since world war II. Three separate objects cover the needs of this community for everyday and spiritual life. This includes education taking place in the library, the seat of the jewish community and its leaders, ritual cleansing areas of the mikveh and the commercial space of the kosher food or products store. It is necessary to have a kosher restaurant providing proper eating. An important part is also the space of cultural activities in the form of artistic or other exhibitions and events. The main area of the complex is a synagogue where prayers, festivities and meetings are held.

Kreativní centrum – Kopřivnice / Creative centre - Koprivnice

Křížová, Lucie Unknown Date (has links)
Right in the city center, there is a plot with old factory halls. These halls are fascinating and have great potential. But now, they are more of an obstacle. They form a barrier, they are in poor condition, and it robs the city of its values. In my diploma thesis entitled Creative Center in Kopřivnice, in addition to the design of the creative center, I will also deal with how to use the beauty and potential of these old halls, further, how to create beautiful and modernized buildings with a new value. I want to open the whole area, to create a place where people would like to meet and where various functions will be mixed- a place for fun, relaxation, culture, education or even just a shopping or walk. The work is very diverse - from the urban design of the entire plot, through the revitalization of old industrial halls and the layout of a new building, to the interior design of a new gallery.

Zwischen Aufbruch und Agonie

Walther, Sigrid 09 March 2011 (has links)

Jiří Kotalík a Spojené státy americké / Jiří Kotalík and the United States of America

Červená, Veronika January 2022 (has links)
The main focus of this diploma thesis is Jiří Kotalík, his relationship with the United States of America and projects in which he participated as the director of the National Gallery in Prague. To understand projects, it was necessary to clarify the broader circumstances, especially the relationship of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic to the United States of America and the cultural policy of both states. Therefore, the time frame was extended, both in the historical introduction and the first exhibition of American art in Czechoslovakia in 1947. It was also necessary to put into context the purpose for which large traveling exhibitions and other US cultural projects were organized and what reception they caused in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. The six largest exhibitions of American art, which took place in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in the years 1967-1990, were selected as a sample. In the end, other forms of cooperation of the National Gallery, respectively Jiří Kotalík with American institutions were indicated but also other forms of promotion of Czechoslovak art in the United States of America were indicated. Key words: Jiří Kotalík, National Gallery in Prague, Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, USA, Thomas Messer, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, propaganda, cultural policy,...

Tahiri, Abdelouahed 20 May 1992 (has links) (PDF)

Jaromír Neumann: znalec benátské malby / Jaromír Neumann: The connoisseur of Venetian painting

Lišková, Julie January 2014 (has links)
The work is dedicated to the personality Jaromír Neumann as an expert of Venetian painting in our country, whose approach is documented on a number of paintings from several institutions, which autorship determinated. Specifically, the images of the Prague Castle Picture Gallery, National Gallery in Prague, Olomouc Picture Gallery and significant Titian painting of Kroměříž Picture Gallery, which concentrated his interest for a long time. These are the works of painter's family Bassano, Paolo Veronese, Jacopo and Domenico Tintoretto, Bonifazio Veronese, Rocco Marconi, Pordenone and Titian. More generally, the work deals with issues of connoisseurship and restoration, but is not the purpose of extensive analysis, the more necessary as outlined in the context of the theme of the work. The result should be the definition and specification process of Neumann's autorship determination and the pursuit of affect key points that form its determination.
