Jeu de Rôle Formatif et maturation des adultes - Co-recherche-action-formation et approche écobiopsychosociale

Le Jeu de Rôle Formatif (JdRF) associe un JdR ludique (sorte de conte interactif) à<br />un débriefing formatif. Dernier-né de la lignée des JdR (artistiques, thérapeutiques,<br />pédagogiques, ludiques), il explore plus particulièrement le processus maturationnel.<br />L'approche EcoBioPsychoSociale (EBPS), qui est issue d'une lecture systémique de cette<br />activité complexe, a permis à la fois de structurer cette étude et de mieux saisir les<br />apprentissages induits par le JdRF (collaboration, intersubjectivité, spontanéité, imaginaire<br />groupal, niveaux de réalité). Les participants y forment un groupe-chercheur engagé dans<br />une co-recherche-action-formation semi-dirigée par un animateur. Ce dernier, tant comme<br />meneur de jeu que comme facilitateur d'apprentissage, conjugue en permanence<br />improvisation et recherche de cohérence, deux facettes du processus maturationnel. C'est<br />pourquoi le JdRF encourage les participants à devenir animateurs.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This dissertation forms part of the Line Formation, Knowledge and Professional Development Post-Graduate Program in Education, of Federal University of Santa Maria. Taking as reference the formative experience of the Group of Studies and Research in Social Education and Imaginary GEPEIS, through the device group, we performed the research that has as study objective the Undergraduate Supplementary Discipline (elective) denominated Groupal Device and Teacher Formation, offered to Pedagogy course (diurnal) of the same university. The methodology employed was cartography, in which, through the observations of the participants, the group experiences, the narratives seized and records in the gradebook, configure the data of this research. In theoretical, about the formation issues we start from Ferry (2004); Nóvoa (2009), the theories of group Pichin-Rivière (1998), Barros (2009); Souto (2003), Fernandez (2006); Bleger ( 1998); Quiroga (1989), Oliveira (2006, 2009). For data analysis was used the hermeneutics approach from Delory-Momberger (2008); Gadamer (2008). Thus, the collective production of subjectivities processes around the formation of future teachers, and the group as a formation device, especially the importance of the teaching practice, shaped the study. Composing these processes, such as cartographic exercise meant much more than search : instigated and involved researchers and researched around the reflection of "place" of Groupal Device and its importance to teacher formation. Therefore, the context in which the formation of academics occurred in relation to theories of group, considering the complexity of this space, was permeated with significant learning related to the importance of this knowledge the groupal device - for the formation of teachers, school and Education. / Esta dissertação inscreve-se na Linha de Formação, Saberes e Desenvolvimento Profissional do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. Tendo como referência a experiência formativa do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Educação e Imaginário Social GEPEIS, através do dispositivo grupal realizamos a pesquisa que tem como objeto de estudo a Disciplina Complementar de Graduação (eletiva) denominada Dispositivo Grupal e Formação Docente, ofertada ao curso de Pedagogia (diurno) da mesma universidade. A metodologia utilizada foi a cartografia, em que, através das observações dos participantes, das vivências grupais, das narrativas apreendidas e dos registros no diário de classe, configuram os dados desta pesquisa. Na composição teórica, sobre as questões de formação partimos de Ferry (2004); Nóvoa (2009), nas teorias de grupo com Pichin-Rivière (1998); Barros (2009); Souto (2003); Fernández (2006); Bleger (1998); Quiroga (1989); Oliveira (2006, 2009). Para a análise dos dados utilizamos a abordagem hermenêutica a partir de Delory- Momberger (2008); Gadamer (2008). Assim, a produção coletiva dos processos de subjetividades em torno da formação dos futuros professores, e o grupo como dispositivo de formação, sobretudo pela importância deste à prática docente, configuraram o estudo em questão. Compor esses processos, como exercício cartográfico significou muito mais do que pesquisar: instigou e envolveu pesquisadores e pesquisados em torno da reflexão do lugar do Dispositivo Grupal e sua importância à formação docente. Portanto, o contexto em que ocorreu a formação dos acadêmicos em relação às teorias de grupo, considerando-se toda a complexidade deste espaço, foi permeado de aprendizagens significativas relacionadas à importância deste saber o dispositivo grupal - para a formação de professores, à escola e à Educação.

Suite à des travaux plastiques réalisés entre 2005 et 2012 entre Paris et Shanghai, cette thèse se propose d’étudier le portrait de groupe sous différents angles, il s’agit de portraits fictifs dont le principal enjeu est la place que peut occuper le spectateur face à des groupes sociaux divers qui le regardent dans une attitude où le silence domine, ces travaux nous invitent ainsi à une réflexion sur perméabilité entre les frontières de l’art, de l’ethnologie et des sciences sociales, sur la question d’identité du genre, l’interaction interculturelle et des modes de communication au-delà du langage des mots. Cependant, j’essaie d’élaborer une peinture qui mène vers un rapport impliqué et qui met en cause la possibilité d’échange entre le spectateur et le groupe de gens représentés, c’est le modèle qui devient spectateur, et vice versa. L’ouvrage de Michael Fried intitulé La place du spectateur me servira de point d’appui dans l’analyse de la théâtralité dans la peinture. Pendant mon séjour à Shanghai je me suis surtout inspirée des physionomies asiatiques et observé longuement le fonctionnement de cette société chinoise dotée de ses propres codes sociaux qui ne se limitent pas uniquement aux barrières de la langue mais vont au-delà des mots. Une société qui s’organise selon des groupes suivant diverses fonctions et métiers où le port de l’uniforme est très courant et l’on se heurte à diverses façades sociales. On tend vers un idéal, un succès probable, une utopie où hommes et femmes se bousculent dans toutes les professions et la place de la femme devient de plus en plus visible dans une société patriarcale depuis des décennies. L’image de l’androgyne se défile à travers une foule qui se meut et se déplace en masse en un mouvement de danse aux pas lourds. Je me suis beaucoup inspirée des chorégraphies de Jing Xing, danseuse Chinoise qui était homme à l’origine, et qui s’est fait transformer le corps en femme, c’est le passage du masculin au féminin et vice versa dans une société en pleine mutation. Deux confusions se créent : L’ambiguïté des sexes où les femmes sont de plus en plus présentes sur un terrain professionnel très compétitif d’une part et l’ambiguïté du langage et de la communication avec cette société vue par un étranger, c’est la barrière des codes sociaux et l’omniprésence du « Réseau » (Guanxi) comme outil indispensable pour pénétrer cette société. […] / Due to the series of artworks that I realized between 2005 and 2012 between Paris and Shanghai, this thesis proposes to study the group portrait from various angles, it is all about fictitious portraits whose main aim is the place that may hold the viewer facing a variety of social groups, in which represented people remain staring at the spectator in a silent way. These works invite us to reflect on and permeability between the boundaries of art, ethnology and social sciences, on the question of identity gender, intercultural interaction and methods of communication beyond the language of words. However I tried to develop a painting that conveys the possibility of an exchange between the viewer and the represented group of people. A painting in which the model becomes the beholder, and vice versa. Michael Fried's book entitled Absorption and Theatricality: Painting and Beholder served as a support for me in my initial observation of theatricality in painting. Living in Shanghai for the past three years, I have been most inspired by Asian faces. I’ve observed for a long time the functioning of the Chinese society with it’s own social codes which are not limited only to language barriers but can be expressions beyond words. A society that is organized in groups according to various functions and activities where the wearing of the uniform is very common and it runs into various social fronts. We, as humans, strive towards an ideal, a possible success, a utopia where men and women compete for professions, and the role of women have become more visible in society which has been patriarchal for decades. The image of the androgynous appears through a crowd that moves with heavy dancing steps, especially examining the choreography of Jing Xing, this Chinese dancer who was a man originally, and then decided to transform himself into a woman. It is the transition from male to female and vice versa in a society in mutation. This expression generates two kinds of confusion: the ambiguity of gender, where women are increasingly present in a highly competitive professional field on the one hand, and the ambiguity of language and communication for a foreigner in this society. It is the barrier of social codes and the omnipresence of "network" (Guanxi) as an essential tool to penetrate this society. [...]

A travers cette thèse réalisée auprès des français d'origine maghrébine, nous avons essayé de déceler le rôle de certains processus cognitifs, affectifs et motivationnels qui peuvent conditionner la perception de discrimination en milieu professionnel et déterminer les stratégies d’ajustements mises en œuvre face à la privation de l’emploi. Dans une première étude (Etude1), nous avons essayé d’évaluer les effets directs ou indirects du statut « social acquis » sur la perception de discrimination au niveau individuel et groupal ; en ce sens, nous amorçons un questionnement quant à leurs répercussions sur l’estime de soi et les stratégies d’ajustement cognitives et identitaires. Dans la continuité des travaux sur l'ambiguïté attributionnelle (Crocker & Major, 1989), la deuxième étude (Etude 2) s’est intéressée aux effets émotionnels, cognitifs et comportementaux de l’activation de la situation de la discrimination face à l’emploi selon qu’elle est explicite ou ambiguë. Dans la troisième étude (Etude 3), qui s’est déroulée en deux phases, nous avons étudié les processus de perception de discrimination selon la source de discrimination (endogroupale vs exogroupale). Enfin, dans notre dernière étude (Etude 4), également en deux phases, nous nous sommes intéressés à l’impact du processus de comparaison (intergroupale vs intragroupale) sur la dévaluation du travail et la Croyance en un Monde Juste. / Despite structural dimensions which are linked to the unchanging objective factors of discrimination, we have been focused on the issue of the cognitive, affective and motivational processes that condition the reactions of French citizens with Maghreb origins and their perception. The aim of the first study « Study 1 » was to evaluate the direct and the indirect effects of the « obtained social status » about the feeling of individual and group discrimination towards stigmatized people. In that way to initiate a reflection regarding their impact on the self esteem. Then, within the second study « Study 2 », we were inspired of the work on the attributional ambiguity (Crocker & Major, 1989) in order to interest us on the emotional and behavioural effects which cause explicit or implicit discrimination. Within the third study « Study 3 », in two phases we have studied the perception process according to the source of discrimination. This was carried out in two phases. Finally, in our last study « Study 4 », we were interested on the impact of the comparison impact made (intragroup vs intergroup) concerning the psychological withdrawal and the belief in a righteous world.

Notre étude démontre que les sujets dépressifs unipolaires et bipolaires, présentent une difficulté de régulation des flux excitatifs découlant de la défaillance de la fonction pare-excitative, nommée dans notre travail, « défaillance du contenant psychique ». Nous la mettons en relief à partir de la cotation de trente protocoles de Rorschach à l’aide d’un indice de régression, élaboré pour notre recherche. Nous réalisons, en complément, une étude prospective des notes T à trente échelles et sous-échelles du MMPI-2 de ces mêmes sujets. Nous y relevons certaines constantes en note T, caractérisant en fréquence cette population dépressive, dont une constante en note basse à l’échelle Force du Moi. Nous utilisons ces résultats cliniques pour argumenter l’intérêt d’une prise en charge thérapeutique à partir d’un dispositif basé sur un tissage de médiations groupales, comme voie de restauration du contenant psychique internalisé et de sa fonction pare-excitative. / Our study demonstrates that unipolar and bipolar depressed subjects present a difficulty of excitement flows regulation, arising from the failure of the pare-excitations function, named in our research: "psychic container failure". We highlight this malfunction by the cotation of thirty Rorschach protocols, using a regression index, developed for our research. We carry out a prospective study in complementary from the notes of the scales and subscales of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory 2 of these subjects. We identify the constants, low notes, and elevations, appearing frequently and significantly in this population, which is a constant low note to Ego Strength Scale. We use these results to point out the value of therapeutic support based on groupal mediations as way to restore the internalized psychic protective shield.
