Quels gestes professionnels ? : l'exemple de l'"Anneau de Gygès" au cycle 3 de l'école primaire / The role of literature and philosophy for children in value education. Which professional gestures ? : un example with The Ring of Gyges in third cycle of elementary school

Desault, Monique 03 October 2011 (has links)
The objective of this thesis concerns the education of values at the primary school through a system combining literary practices to those of the philosophy for children. Guided by the idea that in the elaboration of moral judgement, the affectivity precedes the work of the reason, we wanted to verify the major role played by the imagination and the empathy. In this perspective, the literature held a privileged place in the mediation. This research is based on sessions organized in classes in the 3rd cycle as from the platonic myth : ‘the Ring of Gygès’ and tries to answer to two main hypotheses : 1st hypothesis : when the discussion with philosophy aims begins with literary fictions, the pupils tend to develop ethical requirements and a capacity of deep thinking on values thanks to the empathy they have for the fictive characters and the teacher’s mediation. 2nd hypothesis : the mediation played by the adult and the quality of his professional gestures is one of the key of this development. The issue is to demonstrate the conditions which would favour the ‘education of the person and the citizen’ in order that literature deserves to appear in the pillar ‘Humanist Culture’ of the common teaching of the primary school.

Le droit international humaniste : entre crise et révolution de l'ordre juridique international / Humanist International Law : Between Crisis and Revolution of The International Legal Order

Murillo Cruz, David Andrés 17 December 2018 (has links)
The arrival of the globalization revealed the existence of two crises. The crisis of the nation state and the crisis of the international law. These crises became more acute because of the new problems of the humanity. Problems which escape both the control of the State and the regulation of the interstate international law. In the face of this problem, it appeared the global law, which claims to substitute the international law, by eliminating the United Nations, through the creation of a new international organization: The United Humanity. To save the international law as well as avoid the harmful consequences who could wear the global law for the international community, is proposed the creation of a new law, the international law for humankind, based on the protection of the interests of the people and the humanity. To make staff the international law for humankind, is proposed the concept of Tool- State as well as the implementation of the conventionality control, with the aim of harmonizing the state rights with the humanist regulation.

Language, ideology and control : a functional linguistic investigation into the language of literary criticism

Geslin, Nicole Francoise 01 1900 (has links)
This study uses the framework of systemic functional grammar to conduct the stylistic investigation of extracts from two texts of literary criticism written by F.R. Leavis and Paul de Man. The aims of the study are: i) to identify the characteristic features of the type of text known as professional literary criticism, and interpret the ideological significance of the textual features thus identified; ii) to identify the characteristic features of two specific registers of literary criticism, liberal humanist criticism and deconstruction, and interpret the relationship between linguistic and ideological variation -as exemplified in the texts which are analysed- and power. The features which make systemic functional grammar a powerful tool in stylistic analysis are identified, and a review of the applications of systemic grammar to text analysis is presented. A model of the relationship between text and context is presented, and its key terms and their relationship (discourse, ideology, genre, register, language) are discussed. The analysis of extracts from literary critical texts is conducted according to the three main features of the context of situation as identified in systemic grammar: field (subject matter of the discourse), tenor (participants in the discourse) and mode (medium of the discourse). Finally, the study considers the implications and applications of the conclusions drawn, particularly those that relate to the academic institution within which literary critical texts are produced and read. / The Francophonie as an actor in contemporary international relations : challenges and perspectives (1986-2010)

Nguyên̄, Khánh Toàn 26 September 2012 (has links)
Since 1986, in response to changes in the domestic and international context, the Francophonie has taken into consideration political objectives and showed ambition to become an influential actor in international relations. In order to achieve this goal, the organization has not stopped widening and gradually been equipped with necessary institutional and normative tools. Today, its political role begins to be internationally recognized. It has become a laboratory of a multi-polar international system which has been forming and of another humanist globalization project. It is also a new actor and political interlocutor of its members in terms of democracy, human rights, as well as conflict prevention and resolution. Nevertheless, several strategic challenges and lack of resources prevent it from becoming a major player at the forefront and its "achievements" remain fragile. Faced with this situation, it is important that the Francophonie, in the perspective of the new ten-year strategic framework (2015-2024), redefines its strategy. In fact, the future of the Francophonie can engage in several scenarios. Must it evolve towards a real political organization by abandoning its commitment to other sectors, particularly solidarity and development ? Must it, on the contrary, be faithful to its specificity and conjugate the factors of dialogue, solidarity, and development without sacrificing any of them ? Above all, it should again become a conqueror. By any means, it appears indispensable to make the Francophonie useful for the French-speaking peoples and to strengthen their engagement by fostering their common activities. Two domains are indispensable : education and economy.
